背景技术
在建筑工地上，检修作业会极其频繁地用到移动式脚手架，使用时有的搭建两层移动式脚手架，有的则搭建层数更高的脚手架；随着搭设的高度增加，脚手架的重心逐步上移，尤其是移动式的脚手架，其底部支撑不足，非常容易倾倒发生事故。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种移动式脚手架的防倾覆装置，其能够有效防止移动式脚手架在使用时发生倾倒事故。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型是这样实现的：
一种移动式脚手架的防倾覆装置，它包括支腿、上横撑、下横撑、竖向支架及连接件；所述支腿及竖向支架竖直设置并且两者间分别用上横撑及下横撑连接，其中，支腿的底部焊接有底板，竖向支架通过连接件与移动脚手架底部固定连接，所述的连接件呈板状，其上开有两个通孔，该两通孔分别用于穿设竖向支架及移动脚手架的立柱。本装置采用上述设计，可用多个本装置分别与移动式脚手架底部各立柱相连接，从而增大移动式脚手架底部的支撑面积，进而增加移动式脚手架的稳定性避免其倾倒。
进一步，所述的移动式脚手架的防倾覆装置，上横撑、下横撑分别位于竖向支架上下两端部的内侧；如此，竖向支架在增大与移动式脚手架立柱的接触面积的同时也降低脚手架的重心，上横撑位于支腿的上端部，下横撑位于支腿下端部的内侧，如此在起到降低脚手架重心的同时，减小了占地面积。

图1所示，一种移动式脚手架的防倾覆装置，它包括支腿1、上横撑2、下横撑3、竖向支架4及连接件5；所述支腿1及竖向支架4竖直设置并且两者间分别用上横撑2及下横撑3连接，其中，支腿1的底部焊接有底板，竖向支架4通过连接件5与移动脚手架7底部固定连接，所述的连接件5呈板状，其上开有两个通孔，该两通孔分别用于穿设竖向支架4及移动脚手架7的立柱。本装置采用上述设计，可用多个本装置分别与移动式脚手架底部各立柱相连接，从而增大移动式脚手架底部的支撑面积，进而增加移动式脚手架的稳定性避免其倾倒。
进一步，所述的移动式脚手架的防倾覆装置，上横撑2、下横撑3分别位于竖向支架上下两端部的内侧；如此，竖向支架4在增大与脚手架7立柱的接触面积的同时也降低脚手架7的重心，上横撑2位于支腿1的上端部，下横撑3位于支腿1下端部的内侧，如此在起到降低脚手架重心的同时，减小了占地面积。

1.一种移动式脚手架的防倾覆装置，其特征是：它包括支腿、上横撑、下横撑、竖向支架及连接件；所述支腿及竖向支架竖直设置并且两者间分别用上横撑及下横撑连接，其中，支腿的底部焊接有底板，竖向支架通过连接件与移动脚手架底部固定连接，所述的连接件呈板状，其上开有两个通孔，该两通孔分别用于穿设竖向支架及移动脚手架的立柱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的移动式脚手架的防倾覆装置，其特征是：上横撑、下横撑分别位于竖向支架上下两端部的内侧；上横撑位于支腿的上端部，下横撑位于支腿下端部的内侧。
