背景技术
[0002] 在采矿、选煤等工业领域的含尘气体净化中,常会遇到浓度高、硬度大、粒径范围宽的粉尘污染物,随着空气质量标准的日益严格,对烟尘排放浓度的要求也愈来愈严格,因此对烟气净化设备也提出了更高的要求。作为控制固体颗粒物对大气污染的主要设备除尘器则面临着巨大的发展机遇。惯性除尘器一般多用于密度大、颗粒粗的金属或矿物性粉尘的处理,对密度小、颗粒细的粉尘或纤维性的粉尘不宜采集,因此是常用的前置除尘设备;湿式除尘器的理论除尘效率高达100%,但是会消耗大量的水,造成资源浪费,若处理不当还易造成水污染、二次污染等问题;电除尘器和布袋除尘器除尘效率高,也存在占地面积和占用空间体积较大,造价维护费用相对较高等缺点。为提高除尘效率,降低投资成本,现在多米用多级除尘系统。
[0003] 基于此,国内外的科研工作者亦作了很多前期研宄工作,申请日:2014.03.20,申请号:201420127244.1的中国实用新型专利公开了一种水雾多级除尘装置,该装置包括前喷淋室和后喷淋室,前喷淋室和后喷淋室并排设置,具有双重除尘效果,设置有前沉淀池和后沉淀池双重沉淀装置,使得工业用水可以回收利用,但是存在沉淀池中的污泥量太大需要二次处理等问题;申请日:2014.03.10,申请号:201420105399.5的中国实用新型专利公开了一种多级除尘器,包括除尘塔体、文丘里紊流系统、冲击式水浴装置,各级除尘有机结合而又互相辅助,使的除尘效率提高、安装简单且维护成本低,但是气流比较大时,塔体可造成二次扬尘使其在湿式除尘中用水量增大;申请日:2014.03.05,申请号:201410076985.6的中国实用新型专利公开了一种横向极板双极静电凝并除尘装置及其方法,解决了现有除尘装置结构复杂、除尘效果较差的问题,但是使用电除尘对设备要求高,成本增加;申请日:2013.11.26,申请号:201320752634.3的中国实用新型专利公开了一种多级多管复合式旋风除尘装置,包括具有引风口、排风口和卸料阀的除尘箱体以及沿竖直方向依次设置在所述除尘箱体内的多个除尘机构,具有多级除尘、占地面积小、气压损失少等优点,在处理高浓度或磨损性大的粉尘时,入口处和锥体部位都容易磨坏。
[0004] 森林或道路两旁的泡桐,因其独特的构造而具有高效的滞尘作用,电镜观察发现,叶表皮具沟状组织、密集纤毛的树种滞尘能力强,叶表皮具有瘤状或疣状突起的树种滞尘能力差。多茸毛和可湿性(蜡质层)能分泌粘性油脂和汁浆,滞尘能力强;但叶表面无毛的树种,通过电镜观察发现若具有沟状组织,其滞尘能力很强。泡桐叶大多毛,分泌粘液,叶面有沟状组织,能吸附粉尘,净化空气,并能对二氧化硫、氯气、氟化氢、硝酸雾等有毒气体有较强的抗性,被称为天然吸尘器。
[0005] 综上所述,已公开的多级除尘器都存在适用除尘范围小,成本高,对器壁磨损严重等问题,由此增加了除尘的动力消耗和维护成本。因此急需一种能耗更低,且结构简单,价格便宜,便于推广使用的除尘设备。

[0020] 2、在此多级除尘器中,仿生叶片均模仿泡桐叶状制作,其上表面具有沟状结构,有利于集尘,下表面多毛,有利于粉尘颗粒的捕集;而对于泡桐叶粘液的仿造,则通过喷雾湿式除尘装置来实现。因此该多级除尘器通过将普通的惯性除尘器与仿生叶片、干式及喷雾湿式除尘效果巧妙地结合为一体,从而大大提高了除尘效率。

[0047] 1、此多级除尘器设备的制作费用不高,加上是分段处理,虽然湿式喷雾除尘的运行费用比挡板和仿生叶片除尘的运行费用高,但其负荷并不大,且相对单一的湿式除尘器而言,运行费用也将降低,因此综合性价比高;
[0048] 2、在此多级除尘器中,仿生叶片均模仿泡桐叶状制作,其上表面具有沟状结构,有利于集尘,下表面多毛,有利于粉尘颗粒的捕集;而对于泡桐叶粘液的仿造,则通过喷雾湿式除尘装置来实现。因此该多级除尘器通过将普通的惯性除尘器与仿生叶片、干式及喷雾湿式除尘效果巧妙地结合为一体,从而大大提高了除尘效率。

Claims (10)
1.一种利用仿生叶片提高除尘效率的多级除尘器,其特征在于:包括一惯性除尘装置、一仿生叶片装置以及一喷雾湿式除尘装置;所述惯性除尘装置与仿生叶片装置贯通连接,所述仿生叶片装置与所述喷雾湿式除尘装置贯通连接; 所述仿生叶片装置包括一仿生室主体、一气流分配器、一弯曲管道、一仿生叶片集层以及一振荡器;所述仿生室主体的底部通过所述气流分配器连接所述惯性除尘装置,所述仿生室主体的顶部通过所述弯曲管道连接所述喷雾湿式除尘装置,所述仿生叶片集层设在所述仿生室主体的内部,所述振荡器设在所述仿生室主体的内壁。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种利用仿生叶片提高除尘效率的多级除尘器,其特征在于:所述惯性除尘装置包括一惯性除尘室主体、一干式集尘槽以及至少一除尘挡板;所述惯性除尘室主体的顶部通过所述气流分配器与所述仿生室主体连接,所述惯性除尘室主体上设有一进气管道,所述干式集尘槽设置在所述惯性除尘室主体的底部,所述除尘挡板设置在所述惯性除尘室主体的内部,并对准所述进气管道设置。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种利用仿生叶片提高除尘效率的多级除尘器,其特征在于:所述喷雾湿式除尘装置包括一喷雾除尘室主体、至少一雾气喷头、至少一湿式集尘槽以及一除雾器;所述喷雾除尘室主体的前端通过所述弯曲管道与所述仿生室主体连接,所述喷雾除尘室主体的末端设有一气流输出管,所述雾气喷头设在所述喷雾除尘室主体的顶部,所述湿式集尘槽设置在所述喷雾除尘室主体的底部,所述除雾器设置在所述气流输出管内。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种利用仿生叶片提高除尘效率的多级除尘器,其特征在于:所述仿生叶片装置在与所述惯性除尘装置的连接断面处设有一内径渐扩结构,且该内径渐扩结构的上下直径之比为1:1.1〜3。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种利用仿生叶片提高除尘效率的多级除尘器,其特征在于:所述内径渐扩结构的壁面相对水平面倾斜30〜80°,该内径渐扩结构的铅垂高度为200〜700mm,该内径渐扩结构的上沿内径为2000〜5000mm。
6.如权利要求2所述的一种利用仿生叶片提高除尘效率的多级除尘器,其特征在于:所述进气管道的内径为960〜2992mm,外径为1000〜3000mm。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种利用仿生叶片提高除尘效率的多级除尘器,其特征在于:所述弯曲管道包括直管部分和弯管部分,该弯曲管道的内径为500〜800mm,所述直管部分的高度为200〜900mm,所述直管部分与弯管部分之间的夹角为50〜87°。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种利用仿生叶片提高除尘效率的多级除尘器,其特征在于:所述仿生叶片集层包括复数片仿生叶片,每所述仿生叶片均模仿泡桐叶状制作,其上表面具有沟状结构,下表面多毛。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种利用仿生叶片提高除尘效率的多级除尘器,其特征在于:所述仿生叶片与仿生叶片之间通过钢丝连接,且每所述仿生叶片均为玻璃纤维仿生叶片。
10.如权利要求3所述的一种利用仿生叶片提高除尘效率的多级除尘器,其特征在于:所述惯性除尘室主体、仿生室主体、喷雾除尘室主体、弯曲管道、干式集尘槽以及湿式集尘槽均采用Q235钢板制成。
