Abstract
本实用新型公开一种口罩,包括:口罩本体;粘贴部,设置在所述口罩本体上,所述粘贴部用于将所述口罩本体粘贴在人体上。本实用新型通过在口罩本体上设置粘贴部,通过粘贴部将口罩本体粘贴在人体的脸部上,能够在不使用系带的情况下将口罩稳定地佩戴在脸部,因此使用者佩戴口罩时,可避免耳朵的不适感,并且在做了发型或带帽子等情况下也能够非常方便地佩戴口罩,还能够免除由于不同人体的脸部大小的不同需要调整系带所带来的不便。

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及防护用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种口罩。
背景技术
[0002] 口罩主要是为了防止人体吸入异物而使用的,在日常生活中,人们为了防寒保暖、阻挡细菌传播、防止吸入污染空气,经常使用口罩。
[0003] 口罩通常具有用于过滤异物的口罩本体以及用于佩戴时固定在脸部的系带,该口罩本体可以采用无纺布制成。现有的口罩中系带大体分为两种,一种是挂在耳朵上的系带,另一种是套在头部的系带。
[0004] 若将系带挂在耳朵上,长时间佩戴时耳朵部分会感到不适,或者系带经常从耳朵脱落给用户带来不便。
实用新型内容
[0005] 为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型一个方面提供一种口罩,可以包括:
[0006] 口罩本体;
[0007] 以及粘贴部,设置在所述口罩本体上,所述粘贴部用于将所述口罩本体粘贴在人体上。
[0008] 如上所述的口罩中,所述粘贴部设置在靠近所述口罩本体外缘的部位,且所述粘贴部呈封闭环状。
[0009] 如上所述的口罩中,所述粘贴部采用硅胶或聚烯烃制成。
[0010] 如上所述的口罩,还包括:结合构件,设置在所述口罩本体和所述粘贴部之间,所述结合构件用于使所述口罩本体与所述粘贴部固定。
[0011] 如上所述的口罩中,还包括:压鼻条,设置在所述口罩本体与鼻梁贴合部位的所述口罩本体中或远离所述人体的一侧。
[0012] 如上所述的口罩中,所述压鼻条为金属片或金属丝。
[0013] 如上所述的口罩,还包括:排气孔,设置在所述口罩上,所述排气孔远离所述人体的一侧设置有密封片,所述密封片用于在所述口罩内部压力上升到第一预设压力的状态下打开所述排气孔,且在所述口罩内部压力下降到第二预设压力的状态下封堵所述排气孔。
[0014] 如上所述的口罩,还包括:防护罩,设置在所述口罩本体外侧,盖住所述密封片。
[0015] 如上所述的口罩,还包括:贴片,所述贴片设置在所述口罩本体靠近所述人体的一侧,所述贴片靠近所述人体的一侧设置有芳香族聚合物层。
[0016] 如上所述的口罩中,所述芳香族聚合物层包括多层芳香层。
[0017] 如上所述的口罩中,所述芳香族聚合物层包括以下层中的至少一层:薄荷芳香层、薰衣草芳香层、迷迭香芳香层、松香芳香层、尤加利芳香层、茶树精油芳香层、香草芳香层、乳香精油芳香层。

具体实施方式
[0024] 以下参照附图详细说明本实用新型的优选实施例。首先,需要注意的是在对各图的构成要素添加附图标记方面,相同的构成要素即使在不同的附图上显示也尽可能添加相同的附图标记。另外,以下将说明本实用新型的优选实施例,但本实用新型的技术方案并不限定或限制于此,本实用新型所属技术领域的技术人员可做多种变形实施。在本实用新型中靠近人体的一侧为内侧,远离人体的一侧为外侧。

[0026] 本实施例提供一种口罩。图1为根据本实用新型一个实施例的口罩的结构示意图。
[0027] 如图1所示,本实施例的口罩I包括口罩本体10以及粘贴部20,粘贴部20设置在口罩本体I上,粘贴部20用于将口罩本体10粘贴在人体上,例如粘贴在人体脸部的皮肤上。
[0028] 本实施例的口罩本体10可以采用高活性吸附材料,口罩本体10的形状可以与脸部的形状相应地具有半球形状,也可以如图2所示,口罩本体10具有与鼻子部位相应地凸出并且具有与下颁部分相应的弧度的形状。本实用新型的口罩本体10的形状不限定在以上描述的形状,可以具有适合脸部的各种形状,或者传统的方形形状。
[0029] 本实施例的粘贴部20可以包括由高活性吸附材料制成的吸附结构,该吸附结构可以设置在口罩本体10与人体接触的一侧,例如口罩本体10的内侧,通过粘贴部20使口罩本体10稳定地贴合在脸部。其中,高活性吸附材料可以是硅胶(silicone)、聚烯烃(polyolefin)等具有特定粘性,这样的材料使得粘贴部20从人体脱离时,不会对人体皮肤产生伤害。
[0030] 粘贴部20可以以条状或圆形形状设置于口罩本体的内侧,也可以与口罩本体10的外轮廓具有相同的形状,具体地,粘贴部20可以设置在靠近口罩本体10外缘的部位,且粘贴部20呈封闭环状,如图4所示,粘贴部20的外缘与口罩本体10的外缘重合。粘贴部20的面积不需要太大,如果粘贴部20的面积过大,不仅需要更多的吸附材料,而且整个口罩I的重量也会增加以及成本也会上升,并且粘贴部20的面积越大,口罩本体10的过滤部分将变得越小,增加从口罩本体10吸入空气的难度,因此,粘贴部20具有能够稳定地将口罩I粘贴在人体脸部的面积即可,粘贴部20的面积可以是小于或等于口罩本体10的面积的1/2。粘贴部20与脸部两侧接触的部分可以向头后部延伸至预定长度,S卩,使得粘贴部20与人体接触的部位更多,从而可以更加稳定地将口罩I贴合在人体脸部。
[0031] 根据本实施例的口罩I,通过粘贴部20将口罩本体10粘贴在人体的脸部上,能够在不使用系带的情况下将口罩I稳定地佩戴在脸部,因此使用者佩戴口罩I时,可避免耳朵的不适感,并且在做了发型或带帽子等情况下也能够非常方便地佩戴口罩1,还能够免除由于不同人体的脸部大小的不同需要调整系带所带来的不便。

[0033] 本实施例在上述实施例口罩的基础上做进一步补充说明。本实施例主要对上述实施例的粘贴部20与口罩本体10的结合方式做进一步补充说明。
[0034] 由于硅胶及聚烯烃是广泛应用于女性隐形文胸的材料,现有技术中已经有很多种硅胶及聚烯烃等吸附材料与文胸的结合方式,粘贴部20与口罩本体10可以采用相同的结合方式,在此不再赘述,当然,粘贴部20与口罩本体10的结合方式还可以采用其它的结合方式,例如粘贴部20通过缝纫线缝制在口罩本体10上。
[0035] 当然,还可以采用图2、3所示的方式。图2为根据本实用新型的另一个实施例的口罩的结构示意图,图3为图2中A部分的剖面图。如图3所示,本实施例的口罩I还可以包括结合构件30,结合构件30可以设置在口罩本体10和粘贴部20之间,结合构件30用于将粘贴部20粘接固定在口罩本体10。
[0036] 具体地,该结合构件30可以是胶黏层,例如可以将胶黏剂涂布形成胶黏层,然后设置在口罩本体10的一侧或粘贴部20的一侧。这种情况下,粘贴部20通过结合构件30贴合在口罩本体10。胶黏剂可以采用通用再揭开型胶黏剂。
[0037] 例如,口罩I使用一段时间后,口罩本体10由于过滤空气中的细菌或污浊物质后变脏,此时可将粘贴部20从口罩本体10取下,然后将该粘贴部20通过另一个口罩本体10上的结合构件30与该另一个口罩本体10再次贴合固定,这样粘贴部20可以重复利用。由于粘贴部20可以重复利用,结合构件30配置在口罩本体10,能够避免结合构件30配置在粘贴部20并重复更换口罩本体10后,配置在粘贴部20的结合构件30的粘性会降低,很难比较牢固地将粘贴部20与口罩本体10贴合在一起的情况。
[0038] 结合构件30还可以是具有与粘贴部20相同形状的双面胶。通过结合构件30双面的粘性胶面将粘贴部20与口罩本体10贴合固定在一起。
[0039] 另外结合构件30可以是分别设置在口罩本体10及粘贴部20的纽扣、粘扣条等,以及拉链等。
[0040] 本实施例中,通过在粘贴部20与口罩本体10之间设置结合构件30,口罩本体10经过长时间使用后变脏的情况下只更换口罩本体10,并可重复利用成本较高的粘贴部20,从而可以降低使用口罩的成本。

[0044] 如图2所示,本实施例的口罩I还可以包括压鼻条160,压鼻条160设置在口罩本体10与鼻梁贴合部位中的口罩本体10中或口罩本体10远离人体的一侧。图2中示出的是压鼻条160贴在口罩本体10远离人体的一侧。
[0045] 佩戴根据本实施例的口罩I时,可以根据使用者的鼻梁形状,调整压鼻条160,这样,佩戴口罩I后能够防止口罩I与鼻梁接触的部分产生缝隙,从而确保佩戴后口罩I的密封性,确保使用者只吸入通过口罩本体10过滤的空气。
[0046] 压鼻条160可以是金属片或金属丝,可以配置在口罩I与鼻梁接触部位的口罩中或口罩I远离人体的一侧面上。
[0047] 图4为根据本实用新型的又一个实施例的口罩的内侧示意图。
[0048] 如图2、4所示,可选地,本实施例的口罩I还包括排气孔110,排气孔110设置在口罩本体10上,排气孔110远离人体的一侧设置有密封片120,密封片120的一部分与排气孔110的一侧固定连接,密封片120用于在口罩I内部压力上升到第一预设压力的状态下打开排气孔110,且在口罩I内部压力下降到第二预设压力的状态下封堵排气孔110。第一预设压力可以为大于或等于常压的压力,第二预设压力可以为小于等于常压的压力。
[0049] 密封片120在口罩I内外侧的压力相同或者内侧压力小于外侧压力的情况下贴合在排气孔110从而防止空气从排气孔流入口罩I的内侧,并且使用者佩戴口罩I后吸气时,口罩I与人体脸部之间的空间压力下降,若小于或等于第二预设压力,密封片120会封堵排气孔110以避免外部大气流入口罩I的内部,当使用者呼气时,口罩I与人体脸部之间的空间压力上升,若大于或等于第一预设压力,则密封片120的一部分与排气孔110分离而打开排气孔110,这时口罩I与人体脸部之间空间的空气向外部排出,并在排出空气后压力会再次下降到,直至密封片120封堵排气孔110。
[0050] 本实施例中,通过排气孔110,使用者在呼吸时可以非常容易地通过排气孔110排出呼出的气体,并且由于排出气体时可以顺利地排出呼出的气体中的湿气,因此口罩I与人体脸部之间的空间能够保持干爽的状态,特别是口罩本体10由能够过滤细微可吸入颗粒的过滤层构成时,通过排气孔110使用者呼吸方面能够更加顺畅。
[0051] 可选地,如图2所示,口罩I的排气孔110的外侧上方还可以设置防护罩130,防护罩130的一面与密封片120具有预设间隔,例如0.5-2cm,该预设间隔将防护罩130与密封片120隔离,从而确保密封片120的一部分从排气孔110分离时需要的空间,防护罩130的作用是防止密封片120受到外部物体的挤压而变形。该防护罩130与口罩本体10接合的部位可以是排气孔110的边缘部位。防护罩130具有多个通孔,通孔可以是圆形或条状通孔。优选地,多个通孔位于防护罩130的侧面。
[0052] 可选地,如图4所示,本实施例的口罩I还包括贴片140,贴片140设置在口罩本体10靠近人体的一侧,贴片140靠近人体的一侧设置有的芳香族聚合物层150。芳香族聚合物层150可以包括多层芳香层。如图5所示,芳香族聚合物层150可以包括以下层中的至少一层:薄荷芳香层、薰衣草芳香层、迷迭香芳香层、松香芳香层、尤加利芳香层、茶树精油芳香层、香草芳香层、乳香精油芳香层。各层具体可以通过在吸附性较强的纸片上滴入各种芳香液制成,例如,薄荷芳香层是在纸片上通过滴入薄荷芳香液、薰衣草芳香层是在纸片上通过滴入薰衣草芳香液等方式制成。
[0053] 贴片140可以是通过粘贴的方式设置在口罩本体10靠近人体的一侧。使用者可以根据自己的喜好将具有特定芳香层的贴片设置在口罩I中使用。另外芳香族聚合物层150包括多层芳香层时,使用者在最上面的芳香层的气味变淡时将最上层的芳香层揭掉,即靠近人体一侧的芳香层揭掉,露出下面的芳香层,由于下面的芳香层并未在空气中暴露,这时可以保持比较浓的气味。多层芳香层中的各层可以是不同的芳香层,使用者在佩戴时可以闻到各种不同的气味,从而可以解决长时间佩戴口罩时发生异味的问题,当然可以根据实际需要选择相同的芳香层。
[0054]另外尤加利芳香具有抗菌、缓解咳嗽以及祛痰的功效,薄荷芳香具有通鼻的功效,茶树精油芳香具有强烈的杀菌功效,香草芳香具有护肤的功能,乳香精油芳香具有缓解咳嗽、预防感冒以及护肤的功效。因此,使用者在佩戴口罩I时还可以得到治疗效果。
[0055] 可选地,排气孔110与贴片140之间可以具有预设距离,以使两者互相不会产生影响。例如如图4所示,排气孔110和贴片140可以分布在口罩本体10的中轴对称线的两侦牝该中轴对称线将口罩本体10分为平均的两部分。可选地,贴片140也可以配置在排气孔I1上的密封片120上靠近人体的一侧。

1.一种口罩,其特征在于,包括: 口罩本体; 粘贴部,设置在所述口罩本体上,所述粘贴部用于将所述口罩本体粘贴在人体上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的口罩,其特征在于,所述粘贴部设置在靠近所述口罩本体外缘的部位,且所述粘贴部呈封闭环状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的口罩,其特征在于,所述粘贴部采用硅胶或聚烯烃制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的口罩,其特征在于,还包括: 结合构件,设置在所述口罩本体和所述粘贴部之间,所述结合构件用于使所述口罩本体与所述粘贴部固定。
5.根据权利要求1所述的口罩,其特征在于,还包括: 压鼻条,设置在所述口罩本体与鼻梁贴合部位的所述口罩本体中或远离所述人体的一侧。
6.根据权利要求5所述的口罩,其特征在于,所述压鼻条为金属片或金属丝。
7.根据权利要求1所述的口罩,其特征在于,还包括: 排气孔,设置在所述口罩上,所述排气孔远离所述人体的一侧设置有密封片,所述密封片用于在所述口罩内部压力上升到第一预设压力的状态下打开所述排气孔,且在所述口罩内部压力下降到第二预设压力的状态下封堵所述排气孔。
8.根据权利要求7所述的口罩,其特征在于,还包括: 防护罩,设置在所述口罩本体外侧,盖住所述密封片。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的口罩,其特征在于,还包括: 贴片,所述贴片设置在所述口罩本体靠近所述人体的一侧,所述贴片靠近所述人体的一侧设置有芳香族聚合物层。
10.根据权利要求9所述的口罩,其特征在于,所述芳香族聚合物层包括多层芳香层。
11.根据权利要求9所述的口罩,其特征在于,所述芳香族聚合物层包括以下层中的至少一层:薄荷芳香层、薰衣草芳香层、迷迭香芳香层、松香芳香层、尤加利芳香层、茶树精油芳香层、香草芳香层、乳香精油芳香层。
