背景技术
目前管道应用的中丝扣阀门结构，设置在阀盖和阀体之间的中口胶垫一般采用石棉垫或者胶垫进行密封，密封效果差；而且阀杆和压盖直接密封配合，在使用时，开关阀门时，阀杆在压盖内转动，造成阀杆和压盖磨损快，使用寿命短。

针对上述问题，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种使用寿命长、磨损小且加工方便的中丝扣阀门。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
本实用新型包括阀体、设置在阀体内腔的闸板、设置在阀体上端的阀盖、设置在阀盖和阀体之间的中口胶垫、设置在阀盖上端的且具有内止口的填料函、设置在填料函和阀盖内的阀杆、设置在填料函上端的填料压盖以及设置在阀杆和填料函内止口之间的填料石墨；所述阀杆下端连接闸板，所述中口胶垫为O型圈，所述填料压盖和填料函螺纹连接，所述填料函和阀盖通过螺纹连接，所述阀杆上端设有手轮。
进一步，在所述阀杆表面上设置有镀铬层。
本实用新型有益效果如下：
本实用新型通过在阀体和阀盖之间采用O型圈密封，密封性好；在阀盖和阀杆之间增加填料函、填料压盖，使得阀盖和填料函之间静密封，在阀杆和填料函之间采用动密封，以石墨作为密封材质，减少摩擦力，密封性好，提高阀盖的使用寿命，只需更换填料函即可；阀杆表面镀铬，提高阀杆使用寿命，本实用新型使用方便、结构紧凑且组装方便，适合大规模推广。

如图1所示：本实用新型包括阀体1、设置在阀体1内腔的闸板2、设置在阀体1上端的阀盖5、设置在阀盖5和阀体1之间的中口胶垫4、设置在阀盖5上端的且具有内止口的填料函6、设置在填料函6和阀盖5内的阀杆3、设置在填料函6上端的填料压盖8以及设置在阀杆3和填料函6内止口之间的填料石墨7；所述阀杆3下端连接闸板2，所述中口胶垫4为O型圈。所述填料压盖8和填料函6螺纹连接，所述填料函6和阀盖5通过螺纹连接；所述阀杆3上端设有手轮9。所述阀杆3表面镀铬。

所述阀杆（3）下端连接闸板（2），所述中口胶垫（4）为O型圈；
所述填料压盖（8）和填料函（6）螺纹连接，所述填料函（6）和阀盖（5）通过螺纹连接；所述阀杆（3）上端设有手轮（9）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中丝扣阀门，其特征在于：在所述阀杆（3）表面上设置有镀铬层。
