[0031] 分散污水进入一体化收集预处理装置后,首先经过拦污网筐,将大块物质拦截在 拦污网筐内,定期提升拦污网筐除渣,混有小块悬浮物和泥砂的污水继续向环形格栅流动, 在流经收集池的过程中,比重较大的泥砂沉入池底,汇入集泥斗定期排出,带有小块悬浮物 的污水流经环形格栅,将小块悬浮物拦截;经过一体化收集预处理装置去除浮渣和泥沙后 的污水经污水提升泵排入生物处理单元,经过一体化收集预处理装置去除浮渣和泥沙后, 污水的可生化性大大提高。该装置采用一体式构造,大大降低了建造成本;同时,简化了预 处理设备,降低了运行维护成本,大大提高了运行效率。

Claims (4)
1. 一种分散污水一体化收集预处理装置,其特征在于该装置由收集池、进污管、排水管 构成;收集池顶部依次设置拦污网筐口、清渣口和格栅口;收集池底部中央设置集泥斗,集 泥斗内置排泥管一端,排泥管另一端穿过收集池一侧壁上部置于收集池外; 所述收集池前端池壁连接进污管,与进污管对应的收集池顶部设置拦污网筐口,对应 拦污网筐口的收集池内壁设置网筐固定钩,拦污网筐设置在网筐固定钩下方,拦污网筐的 底部低于进污管底部,拦污网筐顶部设置网筐提升环利用绳索与拦污网筐口内壁的网筐固 定钩相连; 所述收集池末端池壁连接排水管,与排水管对应的收集池顶部设置格栅口,对应格栅 口的收集池内壁设置格栅固定钩,环形格栅设置在格栅固定钩下方,污水提升泵与排水管 一端相连设置在环形格栅底部,环形格栅顶部设置格栅提升环利用绳索与格栅口内壁的格 栅固定钩相连。
2. 根据权利要求1所述分散污水一体化收集预处理装置,其特征在于所述收集池长、 宽比为1.5:1~2:1 ;收集池底部呈坡形,底部中央设置集泥斗;收集池深度3~4m,集泥斗 深度1~I. 5m。
3. 根据权利要求1所述分散污水一体化收集预处理装置,其特征在于所述拦污网筐呈 立方体,拦污网筐与进污管接触部位设有与进污管口径相同的开口;拦污网筐网孔孔径为 50~80mm,拦污网筐的底部低于进污管底部0. 3~0. 6m。
4. 根据权利要求1所述分散污水一体化收集预处理装置,其特征在于所述环形格栅呈 立方体,环形格栅底部距收集池底部为1~I. 5m,环形格栅网孔孔径为15~25mm。
