本实用新型提出一种油田污水处理装置。装置包括进水管进水管连通收油池底部，收油池底部另有溶气泵通过溶气罐伸入收油池进水管下部，收油池顶部设有刮板机，刮板机一侧设有储油池，储油池底部的收油池一侧有管道连通升压泵进口，升压泵出口管道连通混凝反应池的进口，混凝反应池的另一侧连通絮凝反应池进口，絮凝反应池出口连通斜板沉降池，斜板沉降池底部有管道连通污泥回流泵进口，污泥回流泵出口连通主旋流分离器进口，主旋流分离器底部出口位于絮凝反应池上方，主旋流分离器的溢流出口连接副旋流分离器进口，副旋流分离器底部出口位于污泥浓缩机上方。具有处理速度快，实现污泥减量化处理，系统不需反冲洗、连续运转，装置体积小、处理量大，且水质合格。

背景技术：
油田污水处理一般采用沉降过滤工艺，该工艺通过沉降罐将污水中的泥水杂质沉降至底部，沉降后的水进入过滤罐过滤，上述工艺的问题在于处理过程时间长，投资大，同时后续处理如沉降罐内的污泥和上部漂浮的原油都没有更合适的方法。
实用新型内容：
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型提出一种油田污水处理装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：油田污水处理装置，包括进水管，进水管连通收油池底部，收油池底部另有溶气泵通过溶气罐伸入收油池进水管下部，收油池顶部设有刮板机，刮板机一侧设有储油池，储油池底部的收油池一侧有管道连通升压泵进口，升压泵出口管道连通混凝反应池的进口，混凝反应池的另一侧连通絮凝反应池进口，絮凝反应池出口连通斜板沉降池，斜板沉降池底部有管道连通污泥回流泵进口，污泥回流泵出口连通主旋流分离器进口，主旋流分离器底部出口位于絮凝反应池上方，主旋流分离器的溢流出口连接副旋流分离器进口，副旋流分离器底部出口位于污泥浓缩机上方。
混凝反应池的进口管处和絮凝反应罐的进口管处均有加药管道。
混凝反应池和絮凝反应池均设有搅拌器。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果：处理速度快；常规絮凝反应、沉降、过滤等水质净化工艺流程由于絮凝物的沉降、上浮的速度缓慢，加之滤质的阻力致使固液分离达到水质清澈需耗时至少2个小时以上，装置由于独特的固液分离方法，投加特制的石英砂作为反应介质，使得污水中的絮团的沉降时间大大缩短，免去了絮凝固体沉降、上浮和过滤的时间，因此，整个水的处理时间就大大缩短；系统不需反冲洗、连续运转，处理过程不需要停留时间；由于整个水处理过程是无阻力的流淌式的，水流也不存在遇阻受堵的问题；装置体积小、处理量大；通过对絮凝反应时间及流量容积的计算,设备设计规格尺寸优化到最小，减少占地面积，可节省大量的场地和基建、维护及运行费用，且水质还更好。

由图1所示，油田污水处理装置，包括进水管1，进水管1连通收油池2底部，收油池2底部另有溶气泵5通过溶气罐6伸入收油池2进水管1下部，收油池2顶部设有刮板机3，刮板机3一侧设有储油池4，储油池4底部的收油池2一侧有管道连通升压泵7进口，升压泵7出口管道连通混凝反应池8的进口，混凝反应池8的另一侧连通絮凝反应池10进口，絮凝反应池10出口连通斜板沉降池14，斜板沉降池14底部有管道连通污泥回流泵15进口，污泥回流泵15出口连通主旋流分离器11进口，主旋流分离器11底部出口位于絮凝反应池10上方，主旋流分离器11的溢流出口连接副旋流分离器12进口，副旋流分离器12底部出口位于污泥浓缩机上13方。
混凝反应池8的进口管处和絮凝反应池10的进口管处均有加药管道。
混凝反应池8和絮凝反应池10均设有搅拌器9。
污水在溶气泵通过，溶气泵产生微型气泡将污水中的原油携带至水面，通过收油池的刮板机将污水中的原油收集后进入储油池，污水经升压泵升压后进入混凝反应罐，通过加入混凝剂进行混凝反应，在混凝反应后的污水进入絮凝反应池，在絮凝反应池上方投加一定量的细微石英砂颗粒，同时投加絮凝剂，石英砂颗粒与混凝反应后的污水中的破乳的微型絮团结合，依靠石英砂的密度大，在搅拌器的作用下，快速结合絮凝剂进行搭桥作用形成大的絮团进入斜板沉降池，沉降在底部的污泥经污泥回流泵进入主旋流分离器，主旋流分离器将密度大的石英砂从底部出口进入混凝反应池重复利用，分离出来的污泥经主旋流分离器的顶部溢流口进入副旋流分离器，副旋流分离器将污泥进一步分离进入污泥浓缩机进行浓缩处理，处理后的清水经斜板沉降池的上部出口流出。
由于投加了石英砂颗粒参与处理，加快了污水处理的进程，同时使得泥水分离更加容易，石英砂可以重复使用，降低了污水处理成本，缩短污水处理时间，减少了投资和占地。

1.一种油田污水处理装置，包括进水管(1)，其特征在于：进水管(1)连通收油池(2)底部，收油池(2)底部另有溶气泵(5)通过溶气罐(6)伸入收油池(2)进水管(1)下部，收油池(2)顶部设有刮板机(3)，刮板机(3)一侧设有储油池(4)，储油池(4)底部的收油池(2)一侧有管道连通升压泵(7)进口，升压泵(7)出口管道连通混凝反应池(8)的进口，混凝反应池(8)的另一侧连通絮凝反应池(10)进口，絮凝反应池(10)出口连通斜板沉降池(14)，斜板沉降池(14)底部有管道连通污泥回流泵(15)进口，污泥回流泵(15)出口连通主旋流分离器(11)进口，主旋流分离器(11)底部出口位于絮凝反应池(10)上方，主旋流分离器(11)的溢流出口连接副旋流分离器(12)进口，副旋流分离器(12)底部出口位于污泥浓缩机上(13)方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油田污水处理装置，其特征在于：混凝反应池(8)的进口管处和絮凝反应罐(10)的进口管处均有加药管道。
