[0012] 图1、2为本实用新型的熔炼装置一个具体实施例,三个圆形熔炼炉2排列成正三角形,通过连通烟道5连成一体。圆形熔炼炉2由钢板筒体及内砌耐火材料构成。

[0025] 熔炼炉C熔炼时产生的高温烟气通过熔炼炉A-C之间的连通烟道5进入熔炼炉A,加热熔炼炉A内的铅泥(或待熔炼物料);高温烟气再通过熔炼炉A-B之间的连通烟道5进入熔炼炉B,加热熔炼炉B内的铅泥(或待熔炼物料)。同样,随着高温烟气与熔炼炉A、熔炼炉B内的铅泥(或待熔炼物料)的接触将其加热、熔化,一方面烟气温度得以降低烟气余热得以利用,一方面烟气中的尘会随着烟气温度的降低和与待熔炼物料的接触而部分落入到熔炼炉A和熔炼炉B内。烟气通过熔炼炉B的排烟口烟道7排出炉外。
[0026]由于熔炼炉C内的铅泥(或待熔炼物料)受到熔炼炉A、熔炼炉B熔炼时产生的高温烟气的连续加热,炉内的铅泥(或待熔炼物料)已熔化或基本熔化,所以熔炼炉C的熔炼时间会大为缩短。与同规模传统反射炉相比,可降低燃料消耗量约20%。
[0027]同样,对熔炼炉C的熔炼结束后,又开始对熔炼炉A内的铅泥(或待熔炼物料)进行熔炼(同时给熔炼炉C加料),这时熔炼炉A内的铅泥(或待熔炼物料)受到熔炼炉B、熔炼炉C熔炼时产生的高温烟气的连续加热,炉内的铅泥(或待熔炼物料)已熔化或基本熔化。所以熔炼炉A的熔炼时间同样会大为缩短。

Claims (6)
1.一种熔炼装置,其特征在于由三个熔炼炉组成,排列成三角形,并通过连通烟道连成一体;熔炼炉上设有排烟口烟道,连通烟道上设置阀门。
2.根据权利要求1所述的熔炼装置,其特征在于三个熔炼炉两两之间用连通烟道连接,每段连通烟道上均设有阀门。
3.根据权利要求1所述的熔炼装置,其特征在于每个熔炼炉上均设排烟口烟道,排烟口烟道上均设有阀门。
4.根据权利要求1~3之一所述的熔炼装置,其特征在于所述阀门为水冷闸板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的熔炼装置,其特征在于熔炼炉为圆形,三个熔炼炉排成正三角形。
6.根据权利要求1、2、3或5所述的熔炼装置,其特征在于每个熔炼炉均设有加料口、烧嘴口、放渣口和液态金属放出口。
