本实用新型公开了一种工业硅熔体精炼用感应吹炼炉,其包括炉体、炉罩、感应加热系统、底吹吹气系统;所述炉体外侧安装有支撑耳,炉体内设置有镁砂坩埚,镁砂坩埚外涂覆有石墨发热体,镁砂坩埚顶部设置有出硅口;炉罩上设置有排气口、可视窗、起吊装置,炉罩设置在炉体上,本实用新型是一种保温效果好、能耗低、精炼效果好、环境污染小、生产效率高的工业硅熔体吹炼炉。

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种能够实现炉外精炼的吹炼炉,特别涉及一种在矿热炉生产工业硅过程中,能实现工业硅熔体直接炉外精炼的吹炼炉,属于冶金设备技术领域。
背景技术
[0002] 工业硅的质量直接关系到后续冶金法制备太阳能级多晶硅产品的质量。为了提升工业硅产品的质量,工业硅生产的企业普遍采用抬包这一精炼设备对从矿热炉内放出的工业硅熔体进行氧气和空气底部混吹精炼,该方法对Al和Ca的去除效果较好,但是对杂质B和P的去除效果较差。传统的抬包采用包底单喷嘴设计,气-液接触的均匀性差并造成硅熔体的死角,严重影响了工业硅炉外精炼效果。另外,由于上端敞开,抬包中硅熔体散热快,温度降低很快,只能依靠硅的氧化放热反应维持,精炼温度过低,杂质不能有效的去除。为了防止硅水的粘包而造成更大的经济损失,只能在较短的时间内结束精炼,影响工业硅产品质量的提高。此外,敞口抬包精炼过程烟尘的排空,对车间生产环境带来影响。现有的工业硅炉外精炼已经不能满足光伏产业对工业硅原料的要求,对工业硅炉外精炼设备与技术进行改进显得十分重要。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型旨在解决工业硅熔体炉外精炼时,精炼温度过低和热量散失过快而不能进行长时间精炼和杂质去除效率低的问题,尤其是硅中非金属杂质B和P较难去除的生产难题,为工业硅熔体炉外精炼提供一种工业硅多气体混吹高效去除Al、Ca、B、P等典型杂质以及减少热量损失和环保的精炼用感应吹炼炉。
[0004] 本实用新型工业硅熔体精炼用感应吹炼炉,包括炉体15、炉罩11、感应加热系统、底吹吹气系统;所述炉体15外侧安装有支撑耳14,炉体15内设置有镁砂坩祸3,镁砂坩祸3外涂覆有石墨发热体4,镁砂坩祸3顶部设置有出硅口 2 ;炉罩11上设置有排气口 1、可视窗12、起吊装置13,炉罩11设置在炉体15上,炉罩具有保温功能,排气口 I与烟尘回收装置相连,减少车间环境污染,起吊装置13用于合上和移走炉罩,可视窗12由高温玻璃构成,通过可视窗可以观察吹炼过程炉内情况;
[0005] 所述底吹吹气系统包括吹气装置、底吹喷嘴6、气体预热器10,3个以上底吹喷嘴6均匀设置在炉体15底部,并与镁砂坩祸3连通,底吹喷嘴通过管道和气体预热器10连通,吹气装置包括进气管9、进气孔8,5个进气孔设置在进气管9上,进气管9与气通过体预热器10与底吹喷嘴连通;5个进气孔分别通入水蒸气、氧气、空气、氢气和氩气五种气体,在每个管道上设有流量阀门,以便控制五种气体的流量和气体组合方式;气体预热装置,通过调控预热装置的功率来控制通入气体的温度,使气体充分预热并混合均匀。
[0006] 所述感应加热系统包括感应加热线圈5、感应加热电源和水冷电缆,感应加热线圈5设置于石墨发热体4外侧,感应加热线圈5通过水冷电缆与感应加热电源相连。
[0007] 所述炉体15外壳为铸铁外壳。
[0008] 所述进气孔8上设置有阀门。
[0009] 所述镁砂坩祸3底部与炉体15间设置有保温材料7。
[0010] 所述炉体内部用于盛放高温硅熔体的是高纯镁砂耐火材料精炼坩祸,精炼坩祸外部附有石墨发热体,采用感应加热的方式可以充分搅拌硅熔体,利于杂质的去除,并且具有更快速的加热效果。
[0011] 本实用新型的优点:本装置是一种保温效果好、能耗低、精炼效果好、环境污染小、生产效率高的工业硅熔体吹炼炉,具体体现在以下几方面:
[0012] (I)生产效率高:采用本实用新型进行炉外精炼,可强化精炼效果,控制和提高精炼温度,缩短炉外精炼时间;此外,自动化水平高,操作方便、大大提高了生产效率。
[0013] (2)精炼效果好:采用本实用新型进行炉外精炼,可定量控制吹入多种混合气体并进行气体种类的组合,大大提高了工业硅中杂质的去除效率,并有效的降低了非金属杂质B和P的含量,可获得很好的精炼效果。
[0014] (3)能耗低:由于在炉体上方加装了保温炉罩,降低了精炼过程硅熔体热量的损失,降低了能耗;同时,通过在吹气装置和底吹元件之间设有气体预热装置,减少因吹入冷气体而造成硅熔体温度的降低。
[0015] (4)环境污染小:利用本实用新型进行工业硅炉外精炼,通过炉罩上设置的排气口对精炼过程进行收尘作业,实现清洁生产,减少环境负荷,符合绿色冶金节能减排的要求。

1.一种工业硅熔体精炼用感应吹炼炉,其特征在于:包括炉体(15)、炉罩(11)、感应加热系统、底吹吹气系统;所述炉体(15)外侧安装有支撑耳(14),炉体(15)内设置有镁砂坩祸(3),镁砂坩祸(3)外涂覆有石墨发热体(4),镁砂坩祸(3)顶部设置有出硅口(2);炉罩(11)上设置有排气口(I)、可视窗(12)、起吊装置(13),炉罩(11)设置在炉体(15)上; 所述底吹吹气系统包括吹气装置、底吹喷嘴、气体预热器(10),3个以上底吹喷嘴均匀设置在炉体(15)底部,并与镁砂坩祸(3)连通,底吹喷嘴通过管道和气体预热器(10)连通,吹气装置包括进气管(9)、进气孔(8),5个进气孔设置在进气管(9)上,进气管(9)与气通过气体预热器(10)与底吹喷嘴连通; 所述感应加热系统包括感应加热线圈(5)、感应加热电源和水冷电缆,感应加热线圈(5)设置于石墨发热体(4)外侧,感应加热线圈(5)通过水冷电缆与感应加热电源相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工业硅熔体精炼用感应吹炼炉,其特征在于:炉体(15)外壳为铸铁外壳。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的工业硅熔体精炼用感应吹炼炉,其特征在于:进气孔(8)上设置有阀门。
4.根据权利要求3所述的工业硅熔体精炼用感应吹炼炉,其特征在于:镁砂坩祸(3)底部与炉体(15)间设置有保温材料(7)。
