Abstract
本实用新型公开一种带有箱式结构的机床工作台，包括工作台、底座、加固板，底座设于工作台底部中间位置，加固板设于工作台底部，且加固板上设有箱式结构；底座上也设有加固板，其与工作台底部的加固板为一体的，且上面也设有箱式结构,本实用新型通过在机床工作台的底部焊接上一块加固板，而为了在不减少工作台强度的同时进一步减轻工作台的重量，本实用新型将加固板上设置箱式结构，利用箱式结构的优点，实现在不增加工作台重量的同时提高其强度。

本实用新型涉及机床工作台，尤其涉及一种带有箱式结构的机床工作台。
背景技术
现有的机床工作台只有一个平台，由于其工作环境的要求，该平台需耐磨、耐腐蚀等功能，通常工作台为加强加厚的板筋构成，而这种结构虽然耐用，但是由于太厚，笨重，不便于移动，而如果厚度不够又无法满足运行环境。为此，特设计一种带有箱式结构的机床工作台。
发明内容
为克服上述不足，本实用新型提供了一种带有箱式结构的机床工作台。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种带有箱式结构的机床工作台，包括工作台、底座、加固板，所述的底座设于工作台底部中间位置，其特征在于：所述的加固板设于工作台底部，且加固板上设有箱式结构；所述的底座上也设有加固板，其与工作台底部的加固板为一体的，且上面也设有箱式结构。
所述的箱式结构可以是规则的圆形和规则的长方形以及规则的方形。
本实用新型通过在机床工作台的底部焊接上一块加固板，而为了在不减少工作台强度的同时进一步减轻工作台的重量，本实用新型将加固板上设置箱式结构，利用箱式结构的优点，实现在不增加工作台重量的同时提高其强度。

如图1所示本实用新型一种带有箱式结构的机床工作台，包括工作台1、底座2、加固板3，底座2设于工作台1底部中间位置，加固板3设于工作台1底部，且加固板3上设有箱式结构4；底座2上也设有加固板3，其与工作台1底部的加固板3为一体的，且上面也设有箱式结构4；箱式结构4可以可以是规则的圆形和规则的长方形以及规则的方形。

1.一种带有箱式结构的机床工作台，包括工作台(1)、底座(2)、加固板(3)，所述的底座(2)设于工作台(1)底部中间位置，其特征在于：所述的加固板(3)设于工作台(1)底部，且加固板(3)上设有箱式结构(4)；所述的底座(2)上也设有加固板(3)，其与工作台(1)底部的加固板(3)为一体的，且上面也设有箱式结构(4)。
