背景技术
通常的钛铁矿选矿设备都是单机单独选别，人工用斗车搬运矿物料，生产连续性差、工人劳动强度大、产量低，造成生产成本大，难以形成大规模生产。不适应现代化工业发展要求。因此提出本实用新型，可以实现机械化连续生产，降低产品的生产成本，实现更好的经济效益。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可以实现机械化连续生产、降低产品生产成本的钛铁矿连续选矿装置。
本实用新型提供的钛铁矿连续选矿装置，把至少三台磁选机并联安装在一起，每台磁选机对应有一台提升机和一个矿斗，在磁选机的精矿出口、中矿出口和尾矿出口下面分别有输送精矿、中矿和尾矿的精矿皮带输送机、中矿皮带输送机和尾矿皮带输送机。
上述中，磁选机一共有十台。
本实用新型具有以下优点：
1、能够实行机械化连续流水线生产。
2、节省人工，提高生产效率，降低生产成本。
3、结构简单，便于安装。
4、装置简单，便于操作。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型提供的钛铁矿连续选矿装置，把十台磁选机2并联安装在一起，每台磁选机2对应有一台提升机1和一个矿斗6，在磁选机2的精矿出口8、中矿出口7和尾矿出口9下面分别有输送精矿、中矿和尾矿的精矿皮带输送机4、中矿皮带输送机3和尾矿皮带输送机5。
本实用新型把十台磁选机并联安装在一起，组成一条磁选流水线装置：装载机把需要选别的钛铁矿铲到矿斗6，通过提升机1送到磁选机2进行磁选，选别后的精矿通过精矿皮带输送机4集中送去进行产品包装，中矿则通过中矿皮带输送机3集中送到中矿库待后再选别，尾矿通过尾矿皮带输送机5集中送走。有效地把精矿、中矿和尾矿进行分离和存放，实现钛铁矿的选别。

1.一种钛铁矿连续选矿装置，其特征在于，把至少三台磁选机（2）并联安装在一起，每台磁选机（2）对应有一台提升机（1）和一个矿斗（6），在磁选机（2）的精矿出口（8）、中矿出口（7）和尾矿出口（9）下面分别有输送精矿、中矿和尾矿的精矿皮带输送机（4）、中矿皮带输送机（3）和尾矿皮带输送机（5）。
