本实用新型公开了一种智能洁净新风装置,它由监控装置、受监控装置控制启、停的新风净化装置组成;其空气净化装置结构为:靠密闭外壳出风口向内依次设置有过滤器、负氧离子发生器、紫外线杀菌灯、高静压净声风机,外壳另一面与端口内设有止回阀,防雨格栅新风管相连;监控装置由控制模块、控制器组成,与监控装置通用数据线相连有二氧化碳传感器、氧气浓度传感器、温度传感器、两个压力传感器、显示器模块、调速模块、紫外线杀菌灯负氧离子发生器的驱动模块相连。本装置运行能耗低、自动化水平高、可靠性强、设备费用低、具有多种功能集成、可用于提高过渡季、空调季、采暖季室内空气品质。

[0002] 本实用新型属于室内环境保护技术领域,尤其涉及一种能够调节、净化室内空气环境的智能洁净新风装置。

[0004] 在雾霾天气下,开窗通风将造成雾霾空气中PM2.5细微颗粒物长驱直入,污染室内空气,直接威胁室内人员健康;即使室外空气质量良好时,开窗通风会造成室内采暖、空调的房间负荷剧烈增加,室内温度难以保证、环境舒适度大大降低、室内能耗成倍上涨等不良后果;春、冬季等过度性季节,室外空气温度、湿度较适宜,由于雾霾的影响造成人们无法采用自然通风的绿色节能方式改善室内空气品质,造成“资源”严重浪费。
[0005] 为有效解决以上问题,通常采用室内空气净化器,室内空气净化器存在一下问题:I无法防止室外空气侵入,难以克服室外空气通过门窗开启及围护结构空隙渗入造成的空气污染,只能被动治理;2为保证室内空气质量,净化器需时刻运行,否则净化器停止运行室内空气将迅速再次被污染;3长时间运行造成的噪声污染及能耗较高问题;4由于缺乏新风系统造成室内C02浓度过高氧气浓度过低,室内空气品质低下。
[0006] 新风系统常应用于大型中央空调系统,无中央空调系统的空调房间、采暖房间无新风供应导致室内空气品质较差,部分新风装置虽然可以向室内供应经净化的新风但由于新风引入口设置不当导致雨水、室外较大颗粒异物倒灌进入系统,导致过滤部件潮湿发霉、细菌滋生等导致空气二次污染,过滤部件极易堵塞,使用寿命过短;由于装置自控水平低,导致系统无法按需供应,新风供应过少无法满足室内空气品质要求,新风供应过多将导致采暖、空调的房间负荷剧烈增加,室内温度难以保证,室内能耗成倍上涨等不良后果;
[0007] 综上所述:常规的空气净化器通常采用室内空气反复循环被动净化技术,为保证室内空气洁净度空气净化器需时刻处于运行状态,一旦净化器停机室外空气将迅速再次污染室内空气,持续长时间运行导致噪声污染和房屋能耗不断增长,而直接开窗通风或开门导致室外PM2.5细微颗粒物污染室内洁净空气,使空气净化失去意义,并且无人为组织的室外空气气流紊乱,可能把卫生间和厨房的异味带入客厅和卧室,生活品质大大折扣,目前空气净化器一般价格较高,工作时需要室内保持封闭状态,室内密闭将导致室内空气C02浓度不断攀升,室内氧气浓度降低,霉菌、细菌、病毒等各种微生物大量繁衍在寝具、地毯、窗帘、家具上,空气品质低下,室内舒适度无法保证,造成室内人员胸闷、心慌、头晕、无力、易怒、紧张、失眠、工作效率和健康状况下降等。

[0009] 为了解决目前人们居住或工作的房间内流通或不流通的空气存在着危害人的身体健康的问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够对室内空气进行净化、提高采暖季、空调季室内空气品质、避免室内空气二次污染的一种智能洁净新风装置。
[0010] 本实用新型的技术方案是以下术方式实现的:
[0011] 一种智能洁净新风装置,它由监控装置、受监控装置控制启、停的空气净化装置组成;其空气净化装置结构为:密闭外壳,外壳一面是出风口,靠出风口向内依次设置有高效过滤器、光催化UP-钛过滤网、初效过滤器、紫外线杀菌灯、负氧离子发生器、高静压净声风机,外壳另一面与新风引流直管弯管相连,新风引流直管与新风引流弯管相连,新风引流弯管外端口内设有止回阀,防雨格栅;监控装置由控制模块、控制器组成,与监控装置通用数据线相连有二氧化碳传感器、氧气浓度传感器、温度传感器、压力传感器、显示器模块、调速模块、紫外线杀菌灯、负氧离子发生器的驱动模块相连,继电器与调速模块相连,调速模块与高静压净声风机的变频电机相连,与监控装置通用数据线还相连有红外线接收器。

[0013] 吸附过滤器采用高密活性炭网光触媒催化剂网结构。
[0014] 二氧化碳传感器、氧气浓度传感器、温度传感器设在外壳外。
[0015] 二氧化碳传感器、氧气浓度传感器、温度传感器设在外壳内。
[0016] 压力传感器为两个、分设在智能洁净新风装置壳体紫外线灯旁、壳体出风口旁,防雨格栅与新风引流弯管通过螺纹连接。
[0017] 本实用新型的积极效果是:运行能耗低、可靠性强、设备费用低、具有多种功能集成、可用于提高过渡季、空调季、采暖季室内空气品质,即根据不同使用要求自动智能为房间添加洁净新风,可主动治理室内PM2.5并为室内添加洁净的新鲜空气以提高室内品质,可以根据使用房间全天每一时刻监控的CO2浓度、氧气浓度、室内温度参数,在保证室内空气品质的同时以最节能的方式运行。

[0026] 由图1、图2、图3、图4可以看出:一种智能洁净新风装置,它由监控装置、受监控装置控制启、停的空气净化装置组成;其空气净化装置结构为:密闭外壳,外壳一面是出风口 6,靠出风口 6向内依次设置有高效过滤器8用来过滤PM2.5颗粒物、细菌,光催化UP-钛过滤网9用来吸附分解细菌、病毒、颗粒物)、初效过滤器11用来过滤颗粒稍大颗粒物、及部分PM2.5颗粒物,紫外线杀菌灯13用来杀死过滤网上的细菌、病毒等微生物,负氧离子发生器13、高静压净声风机14,外壳另一面与新风引流直管弯管16相连,新风引流直管16与新风引流弯管17相连,新风引流弯管17外端口内设有止回阀16,防雨格栅18,防雨格栅18与新风引流弯管17通过螺纹连接;监控装置由控制模块10、控制器24组成,与监控装置通用数据线相连有二氧化碳传感器1、氧气浓度传感器2、温度传感器3、压力传感器为两个(4、5)、显示器模块7、调速模块23、紫外线杀菌灯12、负氧离子发生器13的驱动模块相连,继电器21与调速模块23相连,调速模块23与高静压净声风机14的变频电机22相连,与监控装置通用数据线还相连有红外线接收器24。

[0030] 两个压力传感器(4、5 )分设设在智能洁净新风装置壳体紫外线灯旁、壳体出风口芳。
[0031] 由图5可以看出:与控制器23的相连的不同安装位置的二氧化碳传感器1、氧气浓度传感器2、温度传感器3、压力传感器4、5将检测到的浓度参数数据、温度数据实时(5s每次)传递给控制器,在控制器中将(CO2)浓度、氧气浓度、压差设定值分别设定为lOOOppm,15%, O0C, lOOPa,控制器23将实时监测到的二氧化碳浓度参数、氧气浓度参数、室外温度参数t、压差参数Λ P分别与设定值对比;将CO2浓度、氧气浓度、室外温度、压差进行或运算,当任一监控参数超标时控制器23将发送信号触发继电器20使变频风机电机21开启运转,室外新风首先经过经室外新风进风口 16,进风口 16可有效预防雨水、室外体积较大异物进入新风引入管,新风经高静压净声风机通过初效过滤器11、吸附过滤器9、高效过滤器8、负氧离子发生器25处理后,使新风洁净度达到控制要求,然后通过出风口 6以送入室内,直至0)2浓度降低至设定范围内,氧气浓度达到设定要求后控制器23控制高静压净声风机13停止运行,根据冬夏季与过渡性季节(室外温度)的不同特点和室内不同时刻、不同新风需求量可通过红外线接收器24、控制器23、调速模块22通过遥控板控制设备以白天模式、夜晚模式、一般模式、舒适模式、加强模式等不同运行模式运行,由于设备可24h实时监测室内二氧化碳、氧气浓度智能运行当室内二氧化碳、氧气满足设定要求后设备自动停止运行,设备在保证室内空气品质的同时大大降低了运行能耗,提高了使用的便捷性,通过显示面板7可显示设备运行信息与传统新风装置相比由于该装置可实时监控室内空气氧浓度、二氧化碳浓度等影响室内品质的主要参数,进而自动控制智能运行,以最低的能量消耗满足室内洁净新风需求,有效降低系统运行能耗和新风对室内空调负荷、采暖负荷的影响,该设备可根据室内不同时段、不同新风需求设置不同运行模式,控制器具有可扩充模块,后期可扩充设备监控参数,设备集成度较高,新风处理可根据不同需求安装不同新风处理组合部件方便更换滤芯,新风入口利用特殊结构设计有效初过滤新风和防止雨水倒灌有效提高了系统运行周期和新风处理效果。与传统室内过滤器相比:该装置可向室内添加洁净新风提高室内环境品质,可使室内处于正压状态有效控制室外雾霾进入室内污染室内空气。

1.一种智能洁净新风装置,它由监控装置、受监控装置控制启、停的空气净化装置组成;其特征在于:空气净化装置结构为:密闭外壳,外壳一面是出风口(6),靠出风口(6)向内依次设置有高效过滤器(8)、光催化UP-钛过滤网(9)、初效过滤器(11)、紫外线杀菌灯(13)、负氧离子发生器(13)、高静压净声风机(14),外壳另一面与新风引流直管弯管(16)相连,新风引流直管(16)与新风引流弯管(17)相连,新风引流弯管(17)外端口内设有止回阀(16),防雨格栅(18);监控装置由控制模块(10)、控制器(24)组成,与监控装置通用数据线相连有二氧化碳传感器(I)、氧气浓度传感器(2)、温度传感器(3)、压力传感器(4、5)、显示器模块(7)、调速模块(23)、紫外线杀菌灯(12)、负氧离子发生器(13)的驱动模块相连,继电器(21)与调速模块(23)相连,调速模块(23)与高静压净声风机(14)的变频电机(22)相连,与监控装置通用数据线还相连有红外线接收器(24)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能洁净新风装置,其特征在于:显示器(7)连接在外壳出风口(6)的上面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的智能洁净新风装置,其特征在于:光催化UP-钛过滤网(9)采用高密活性炭网光触媒催化剂网结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的智能洁净新风装置,其特征在于:二氧化碳传感器(1)、氧气浓度传感器(2)、温度传感器(3)设在外壳外。
5.根据权利要求3所述的智能洁净新风装置,其特征在于:二氧化碳传感器(1)、氧气浓度传感器(2)、温度传感器(3)设在外壳内。
6.根据权利要求1、2、3、4、5任一项所述的智能洁净新风装置,其特征在于:两个压力传感器(4、5 )分设设在智能洁净新风装置壳体紫外线灯旁、壳体出风口旁,防雨格栅(18)与新风引流弯管(17)通过螺纹连接。
