Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种室外防雨箱，主要由防雨顶盖、面门、底板、安装板支架、安装板、箱体、铰链、门锁、观察窗、内门左侧板、出线盖板、内门右侧板、内门组成，其特征在于：箱体与上、下底板采用内焊接方式成为一体，底板上设有出线盖板，面门通不锈钢铰链与箱体安装在一起，面门与箱体间还设有密封条，安装板支架用马车螺栓固定在箱体上，然后安装板固定在支架上。整个柜体采用特殊组装方式，保证了柜体表面无焊点，从而使外观更加美观。安装方便，美观。

本实用新型涉及电气工程领域常用的一种装置，具体地说是一种室外防雨箱。
技术背景
目前市场上的防雨箱，大多虽然具有面板遮拦的开启式开关柜，有正面有防护作用，但背面和侧面仍能触及带电部分，防护等级低，只能用于对供电连续性和可靠性要求较低的工矿企业，且所用钢板大多采用焊接工艺，容易弯曲变形。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决上述技术问题，提供一种采用优质不锈钢板折弯焊接成形，具有外形美观、耐腐蚀，抗静电耐冲击等优良性能的室外防雨箱。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种室外防雨箱，由防雨顶盖、面门、底板、安装板支架、安装板、箱体、铰链、门锁、观察窗、内门左侧板、出线盖板、内门右侧板、内门组成，其特征在于：箱体与上、下底板采用内焊接方式成为一体，箱体上端设有防雨顶盖，防雨顶盖与箱体用马车螺栓固定在一起，底板上设有出线盖板和进出线孔，所述面门通过铰链与箱体安装在一起，面门带有发泡式密封条，与箱体防雨槽紧密压合，并设有防雨用的门锁，所述面门还设有可视观察窗，面门内设有内门，内门上设有内门左侧板和内门右侧板，并带有指示灯，安装板支架用不锈钢马车螺栓固定在箱体上，所述安装板固定在安装板支架上。
本实用新型由于采取上述结构，板面表面无焊点，提高了使用寿命，同时通过创新设计，提高了防护等级，而且安装方便，美观。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述：
如图所示，本实用新型涉及一种室外防雨箱，由防雨顶盖1、面门2、底板3、安装板支架4、安装板5、箱体6、铰链7、门锁8、观察窗9、内门左侧板10、出线盖板11、内门右侧板12、内门13组成，柜体采用特殊组装方式，保证了柜体表面无焊点，从而使外观更加美观。首先，箱体与上、下底板采用内焊接方式成为一体，底板上拆下出线盖板，可看到预留的进出线孔；面门通过304不锈钢铰链箱体安装在一起，面门带有先进的发泡式密封条，与箱体防雨槽紧密压合，达到了防雨、防尘的效果，并带有高档防雨门锁；面门还带有可视观察窗，可以不打开外门就可看到内门，内门带有的指示灯，指示工作状态；安装板支架用不锈钢M8马车螺栓固定在箱体上，然后安装板又固定在支架上；防雨顶盖与箱体用M6x15马车螺栓固定在一起，安装方便，美观。

1.一种室外防雨箱，由防雨顶盖、面门、底板、安装板支架、安装板、箱体、铰链、门锁、观察窗、内门左侧板、出线盖板、内门右侧板、内门组成，其特征在于：箱体与上、下底板采用内焊接方式成为一体，箱体上端设有防雨顶盖，防雨顶盖与箱体用马车螺栓固定在一起，底板上设有出线盖板和进出线孔，所述面门通过铰链与箱体安装在一起，面门带有发泡式密封条，与箱体防雨槽紧密压合，并设有防雨用的门锁，所述面门还设有可视观察窗，面门内设有内门，内门上设有内门左侧板和内门右侧板，并带有指示灯，安装板支架用不锈钢马车螺栓固定在箱体上，所述安装板固定在安装板支架上。
