Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种用于氯化苯真空精馏的液环式真空泵系统,包括精馏塔、真空分配台、液环真空泵、循环槽、第一循环泵、干燥器和冷却器,精馏塔与真空分配台相连,真空分配台与液环真空泵进气口相连,液环真空泵出气口与循环槽的进液口连接,循环槽的出液口通过第一循环泵与干燥器连接,干燥器联接冷却器,冷却器出口与液环真空泵进液口相连。本系统的循环液体工作介质采用已脱除无机杂质的氯化液,液环式真空泵的使用可弥补现有技术的不足,而且真空度更高,更能满足真空精馏工艺的要求,由于该系统的工作介质采用氯化液,与需要精馏处理的物料相同,使该系统没有废液排放,无需配套的废水处理设施,减少废水处理成本。
Description
技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型属于有机化工生产技术中真空泵应用领域,尤其是用于氯化苯生产中氯化液真空精馏纯化的液环式真空泵系统。
背景技术
[0002] 氯化苯(一氯苯)的生产采用苯与氯气在触媒铁环作用下在氯化反应器内混合反应制取,氯化反应后生成氯化液,其中含少量多氯苯、微量氯气、稀盐酸(质量含量O〜0.5%)、三氯化铁及未反应完全的苯。氯化液经水洗、碱洗除去氯化液中的三氯化铁、酸和氯气等无机杂质后,再经精饱分离苯和其他苯的氯化物,最后得一氯苯成品,由于一氯苯的沸点较高,而且二氯苯在较高温度下会分解放出腐蚀性气体,造成设备的损坏,因此一氯苯的纯化常采用减压精馏,这就需要配备真空制造系统。
[0003] 现有的氯化苯生产中氯化反应后精馏过程的真空是由水喷射真空泵产生的,其示意图如图1所示,原理为:真空循环水槽21中的液体水,经真空循环水泵22采出,形成具有一定压力的工作介质,在水喷射器23内通过喷嘴向吸入室高速喷出形成高速射流;吸入室中的气体被高速射流强制携带与之混合,形成气液混合流,进入扩压器,从而使吸入室的压力降低,与吸入室相连的容器24内压力也同时降低,形成真空,在扩压器的扩张段,混合射流的动能转变为压力能,速度降低压力升高,气体被进一步压缩,与水一起排出泵外,在真空循环水槽21中气-水分离,气体释放入大气,水由真空循环水泵22循环再利用,周而复始达到抽真空的目的,水喷射真空泵虽然能满足工艺上对真空度的要求,但仍存在缺陷和不足:水喷射真空泵产生的真空度低,喷嘴容易损坏,系统出现漏点,空气易进入系统,导致真空度下降,使精馏温度升高,而二氯苯具有热敏性,高温易分解释放腐蚀性气体,对设备有一定损坏;水喷射真空泵的工作介质为水,吸收随气流抽出的气相介质,溶入工作介质水中,产生废水,后续需要对废水进行处理,增加成本。
实用新型内容
[0004] 本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于氯化苯真空精馏的液环式真空泵系统,本系统的循环液体工作介质采用已脱除无机杂质的氯化液,液环式真空泵的使用可弥补现有技术的不足,而且真空度更高,更能满足真空精馏工艺的要求,由于该液环式真空泵的工作介质采用氯化液,与需要精馏处理的物料相同,使得该系统没有废液排放,无需配备废水处理设施,节约了废水处理成本。
[0005] 为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种用于氯化苯真空精馏的液环式真空泵系统,包括精馏塔、真空分配台、液环真空泵、循环槽、第一循环泵、干燥器和冷却器,精馏塔与真空分配台相连,真空分配台与液环真空泵进气口相连,液环真空泵出气口与循环槽的进液口连接,循环槽的出液口通过第一循环泵与干燥器连接,干燥器联接冷却器,冷却器出口与液环真空泵进液口相连。

[0007]启动第一循环泵,将循环槽中的已脱除无机杂质的氯化液泵入干燥器,经干燥后流入冷却器,温度下降后进入液环真空泵,通过液环真空泵将液体泵入循环槽,由液环真空泵中相邻叶片旋转造成与液环之间的空间变化,形成的空气往复压缩,在液环真空泵进气口处形成真空,打开联接的精馏塔的阀门,精馏塔即产生真空。
[0008] 为简洁说明问题起见,以下对本实用新型所述的用于氯化苯真空精馏的液环式真空泵系统均简称为本系统。
[0009] 本系统的工作介质采用已脱除无机杂质的氯化液,与所需真空精馏的物料相同,使得整个系统没有废液排放,无需配套的废水处理,减少废水处理的成本;由于工作介质只在循环槽、第一循环泵、干燥器、冷却器、液环真空泵和循环槽中循环,使得整个系统无漏点,密封性更好,产生的真空度更高,更能满足真空精馏工艺的要求利用后序碱液吸收系统吸收尾气,减少了腐蚀性气体的挥发带来的空气污染,正是由于本系统能够产生较高的真空度,从而降低精馏温度,减少了二氯苯的高温分解率,有效防止了二氯苯分解释放的腐蚀性气体对设备损坏。
[0010] 作为本实用新型的改进,所述真空分配台和所述液环真空泵之间还联有真空缓冲罐,真空缓冲罐的进口与真空分配台连接,真空缓冲罐的出口与液环真空泵的进气口连接。这样可防止突然真空造成的精馏塔内物料逆流入液环真空泵,避免因物流逆流造成液环真空泵损坏。
[0011] 作为本实用新型的进一步改进,循环槽的气相出口与尾气喷淋塔连接,尾气喷淋塔的进口和出口之间有第二循环泵,尾气喷淋塔的出口通过阀门与污水处理池连接,由精馏塔抽出的尾气经循环槽进入尾气喷淋塔,经循环吸收后,排入污水处理池处理,防止精馏塔的尾气排入大气造成的环境污染。

[0017]启动第一循环泵6,缓冲槽5内已脱除无机杂质的氯化液经干燥器7干燥和冷却器8冷却后进入液环真空泵4的进液口,在液环真空泵4进气口处形成真空,打开精馏塔I的阀门,精馏塔I内即产生真空。
[0018] 由精馏塔I抽出的尾气经循环槽5进入尾气吸收系统,即进入尾气喷淋塔10,经碱液循环吸收后,去污水处理工序处理。
[0019] 需要说明的是,本实用新型的液环式真空泵系统不仅适用于氯化苯生产中一氯苯的真空精馏纯化,也适用于其它需要真空精馏的工艺,只是在使用于其它真空精馏时,需要将工作介质替换为与需要真空精馏的物料相同的物料。

1.用于氯化苯真空精馏的液环式真空泵系统,包括精馏塔、真空分配台、液环真空泵、循环槽、第一循环泵、干燥器和冷却器,其特征在于:精馏塔与真空分配台相连,真空分配台与液环真空泵进气口相连,液环真空泵出气口与循环槽的进液口连接,循环槽的出液口通过第一循环泵与干燥器连接,干燥器连接冷却器,冷却器出口与液环真空泵进液口相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于氯化苯真空精馏的液环式真空泵系统,其特征在于:所述真空分配台和所述液环真空泵之间还连有真空缓冲罐,真空缓冲罐的进口与真空分配台连接,真空缓冲罐的出口与液环真空泵的进气口连接。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的用于氯化苯真空精馏的液环式真空泵系统,其特征在于:所述循环槽的气相出口与尾气喷淋塔连接,尾气喷淋塔的进口和出口之间有第二循环泵,尾气喷淋塔的出口与污水处理池连接。
