    本实用新型涉及显示屏技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示屏段差调节装置。
背景技术
LED显示屏其主要特点在于可以用多个单元箱体进行无缝拼接成更大的尺寸,为了达到最佳的显示效果,通常要求单元箱体拼接部位不能有任何过大或过小的间隙,且箱体显示面必需完全在一水平面上,误差要求仅为零点几毫米内。然而,由于箱体加工生产时各工序部件误差,使得单元箱体在拼装过程中不可避免的出现了各种不同情况的段差和拼缝,针对段差问题,目前只能通过人工采用前后推挤的方式,调整到显示面在一个平面后,再锁连接片固定,此方法虽可达到效果,但由于从前面直接对LED灯珠产生作用力,很容易将LED灯珠造成死灯或虚焊。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种显示屏段差调节装置。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种显示屏段差调节装置,包括有四个显示屏箱体,将四个显示屏箱体呈田字型拼接,在四个显示屏箱体的相邻的四个角上固定有调节模块,所述的调节模块包括有圆形调节板,在圆形调节板上开有分别与四个显示屏箱体相对应的四个固定螺丝孔和四个弹簧滚珠安装孔,在四个弹簧滚珠安装孔内分别安装有弹簧滚珠,在四个显示屏箱体上分别开有与四个固定螺丝孔相对应的通孔,圆形调节板通过固定螺丝安装在固定螺丝孔和通孔内与四个显示屏箱体固定连接。
当四个箱体拼接好后,在相邻的四个角处使用调节装置分别通过固定镙丝,锁到对应箱体上,弹簧滚珠在固定镙丝的作用力下,压缩至最小状态,此时,如果其中一箱体凸出显示平面,只需要调松另外三个箱体固定镙丝,这三个箱体在弹簧滚珠的作用力下将箱体顶出,直到与箱体一齐平;如其中一个箱体凹进显示平面时,只需调松该箱体固定镙丝,同样利用弹簧滚珠将箱体顶出,达到最终调节要求。
本实用新型的优点是:本实用新型可任意调节一个或多个箱体段差问题,利用镙丝扭力和弹簧滚珠配合,无需外加作用力,很好的保护了LED灯珠受外力的影响,方便实用。

如图1、2、3、4所示,一种显示屏段差调节装置,包括有四个显示屏箱体1,将四个显示屏箱体1呈田字型拼接,在四个显示屏箱体1的相邻的四个角上固定有调节模块2,所述的调节模块2包括有圆形调节板3,在圆形调节板3上开有分别与四个显示屏箱体1相对应的四个固定螺丝孔和四个弹簧滚珠安装孔,在四个弹簧滚珠安装孔内分别安装有弹簧滚珠5,在四个显示屏箱体1上分别开有与四个固定螺丝孔相对应的通孔,圆形调节板3通过固定螺丝4安装在固定螺丝孔和通孔内与四个显示屏箱体1固定连接。
