[0002] 在北方城镇的主要供暖方式中,热电联产因单位供暖煤耗远低于区域锅炉和各类分散供暖方式,是目前公认的能源转换效率最高的热源形式。目前,电厂的的供暖方式有两种方式,其一是利用汽轮机的抽汽直接加热采暖循环水的方式,此种方式具有供暖温度比较高、供回水温差大和供暖服务面积比较大的特点,适用于大中小型抽凝式汽轮机,采用该种方式还有一部分的乏汽凝结热最终通过冷却水散失到大气中;其二是采用低真空供暖的方式,此种方式适用于一次网回水温度比较低且供水温度不太高、供暖服务面积较小的场合,采用此种方式具有热效率高的优点。但以上两种方式都有自己的缺点,方式一在运行的时候会有大量的乏汽凝结热释放到大气中,而方式二的供水温度不能太高,且一般需要提高汽轮机的排汽压力,影响发电量。

[0003] 本实用新型的目的是克服以上两种供热方式的不足,提出一种基于大温差换热技术的乏汽余热回收系统,本系统利用回水温度低的特点,在不提高汽轮机排汽压力的前提下直接回收凝汽器凝汽器的一半的余热,同时凝汽器的另一半作为溴化锂吸收式热泵的余热源,对热网回水进行二次加热。汽水换热器作为第三级加热,将一次网回水加热到设计温度后输送至大网。具有在同等供热量的前提下,汽轮机的发电量更多,供水温度更高。

[0011] 本系统的工作原理及效果:该技术主要增设大温差换热机组,降低回水温度,从而在不提高汽轮机排气压力的基础上直接回收乏汽的凝结热。同时还增设溴化锂吸收式热泵,利用热泵技术直接回收凝汽器另一半的乏汽余热,最终利用汽水换热器对热网水进一步加热,做到了能量的梯级利用。该技术路线与低真空采暖技术相比,一是可以降低排气压力;二是可以提高供水温度。同时,乏汽的余热利用量以及设备的发电量远大于传统的汽轮机抽汽供暖方式。
[0012] 本实用新型利用大温差换热技术降低一次网回水温度,从而在不改变汽轮机排汽压力的前提下直接利用乏汽加热一次网热网回水,同时利用汽轮机的抽汽驱动溴化锂吸收式热泵回收剩余乏汽余热用于对一次网回水进行二级加热,从而避免了热量通过冷却塔系统而造成大量的浪费。

[0018] 5、溴化锂吸收式热泵:为成熟产品,根据加热量、余热侧的进出口温度以及加热侧的进出口的温度确定,如RHP20 ;
[0019] 6、一次热网循环水泵,根据热负荷及供回水温度确定热网的流量,根据最不利环路确定水泵的扬程,根据扬程和流量确定水泵的型号;
[0020] 7、余热水循环水泵,根据余热负荷以及凝汽器的进出口的温差确定余热水循环水量,根据余热水循环系统的水阻确定水泵的扬程,根据扬程和流量确定水泵的型号;
[0021] 8、大温差换热机组,根据换热量以及热网供水和回水温度以及二次网的供回水温度确定大温差换热机组的型号;

Claims (1)
1.一种基于大温差换热技术的乏汽余热回收系统,其特征在于,该系统主要由汽轮机、凝汽器、凝结水泵、汽水换热器、溴化锂吸收式热泵、一次网循环水泵、余热水循环泵、大温差换热机组、二次网循环水泵以及连接管道组成;其连接关系为:汽轮机的高压主蒸汽入口与高温高压蒸汽管道相连,汽轮机的乏汽出口与凝汽器的乏汽入口相连,凝汽器的凝结水出口与凝结水泵的入口相连,凝结水泵的出口与凝结水主管道相连;汽轮机的抽汽口分别与汽水换热器的蒸汽入口和溴化锂吸收式热泵的驱动蒸汽的入口相连,溴化锂吸收热泵的凝结水出口分别与汽水换热器的凝结水出口和凝结水管道相连;汽水换热器的热水出口分别与大温差换热机组的一次侧入口和其他换热机组的一次侧的供水管道相连;大温差换热机组的一次侧出水口分别与一次网循环水泵的入口和其他大温差换热机组的一次侧出水管道相连,一次网循环水泵的出口与凝汽器的冷却侧入口相连,凝汽器的冷侧出口与溴化锂吸收式热泵的加热侧热水入口相连,溴化锂吸收式热泵的加热侧热水出口与汽水换热器的热水入口相连;溴化锂吸收式热泵的余热水入口与余热水循环泵的出口相连,溴化锂吸收式热泵的余热水出口与凝汽器的冷却侧入口相连,凝汽器的冷却侧出口与余热循环泵的入口相连;二次网循环水泵入口侧与二次网回水管道相连,二次网循环水泵的出口与大温差换热机组的二次网入口相连,大温差换热机组的二次网出口与供水管道相连。
