本实用新型涉及一种设有防脱落垃圾钉的平板模具。它包括上模板和下模板，下模板底部设有顶针板，下模板上端面安装有若干个垃圾钉，垃圾钉的钉帽位于下模板和顶针板之间，使得下模板和顶针板之间产生间隙；下模板下端面设置有若干个螺钉，紧固垃圾钉于下模板上。该实用新型的有益效果是：垃圾钉安装在下模板和顶针板间，使其间产生一个空间，使平板模具在生产过程中产生的垃圾不影响顶出杆和型芯的复位，而且，即便是顶针板在弹簧回弹力作用下，不断撞击垃圾钉，造成螺钉折断也不会使垃圾钉脱落。此结构安装简单，成本低，效果好，非常适合产量大的平板模具使用，并容易制定标准，形成系列。

本实用新型属于平板模具，具体涉及一种设有防脱落垃圾钉的平板模具。
背景技术
现有技术中的平板模具，在生产中为了防止杂物掉进顶针板下面，造成合模不到位，或回位杆回不到位，造成产品不易脱模的问题，通常采用在下模板上安装垃圾钉的方法。但普通的平板模具垃圾钉的结构为垫片形状的，在平板模具上完全靠沉头螺钉紧固。平板模具在长时间生产过程中，顶针板在弹簧回弹力作用下，不断撞击垃圾钉，造成螺钉受力折断使垃圾钉脱落在模具板间，影响平板模具的正常使用。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型目的在于提供一种台阶形垃圾钉，此结构保证其在平板模具长时间生产过程中不脱落，并易于更换。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种设有防脱落垃圾钉的平板模具，包括上模板和下模板，所述的下模板底部设有顶针板，其特征在于：所述的下模板上端面安装有若干个垃圾钉，所述的垃圾钉的钉帽位于下模板和顶针板之间，使得下模板和顶针板之间产生间隙；下模板下端面设置有若干个螺钉，紧固垃圾钉于下模板上。
该实用新型的有益效果是：垃圾钉安装在下模板和顶针板间，使其间产生一个空间，使平板模具在生产过程中产生的垃圾不影响顶出杆和型芯的复位，而且，即便是顶针板在弹簧回弹力作用下，不断撞击垃圾钉，造成螺钉折断也不会使垃圾钉脱落。此结构安装简单，成本低，效果好，非常适合产量大的平板模具使用，并容易制定标准，形成系列。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图1、2所示，设有防脱落垃圾钉的平板模具，包括上模板1和下模板2，下模板2底部设有顶针板3，下模板2上端面安装有若干个垃圾钉4，垃圾钉4的钉帽位于下模板2和顶针板3之间，用来定位、支撑顶针板3，并使得下模板2和顶针板3之间产生间隙；在垃圾钉4钉柱中心做螺纹孔，下模板2下端面设置有若干个高强度的内六角螺钉5，紧固在垃圾钉4的钉柱上，将垃圾钉4固定于下模板2上。

1.一种设有防脱落垃圾钉的平板模具，包括上模板（1）和下模板（2），所述的下模板（2）底部设有顶针板（3），其特征在于：所述的下模板（2）上端面安装有若干个垃圾钉（4），所述的垃圾钉（4）的钉帽位于下模板（2）和顶针板（3）之间，使得下模板（2）和顶针板（3）之间产生间隙；下模板（2）下端面设置有若干个螺钉（5），紧固垃圾钉（4）于下模板（2）上。
