背景技术
本人从事研究床垫20年经验，根据古人养生方式，倡导侧式睡眠，平式睡眠姿势会导致身体紧张，很多器官、肌肉、骨骼、经络得不很好的休息。侧式睡眠面大限度减少身体紧张感，保证脊椎经络肌肉的放松和自然状态。目前市面床垫无法满足人们侧睡需求，因为人体，肩部和整体臀部骨骼暴露，且差距较大，根据分析，髋骨离腰间最低点成人一般在3-5公分，肩部离腰部最低点成人一般在6-9公分，要达到最好支撑就是减少身体各部分的压力。结论就是提升保证臀部支撑和肩部区域柔软和能最大变下沉6-9公分左右，又不会压迫感，另外肩部着力点较小，因此，接触点必须柔软，才不会肩部有紧张感和压迫感，另外为了减少睡眠时翻身次数，必须提高接触点舒适度，和热量适度释放才不会有闷热感和出汗，因此设计上材料搭配上必须保证此特性，才能让人最自然状态休息。

相比现有技术，本实用新型提供了一种可满足侧睡的床垫，主体结构分成三层支撑层，首层先保证中区臀部、腰部的支撑力，和肩部支撑软度；二层缓冲，缓冲层保证舒适和填充身体曲线部分和二层透气让人体压力向下沉时肩部 舒适度压到底时候，长时间接触点热量释放。舒适层身体接触保证皮肤接触舒适性，皮肤温度热感采用亲水绵材料，二层是3D材料，三层采用乳胶材料。
