本实用新型涉及一种罐车的电子称量限位总成,包括罐体、与所述罐体固定相连的罐体支撑件、与罐车的平台固定相连且用于与所述罐体支撑件配合的平台支撑件,所述罐体支撑件上开设有第一限位口,所述平台支撑件上开设有可与所述第一限位口对应的第二限位口,且所述电子称量限位总成中还包括带有伸缩臂的动力装置,所述动力装置的伸缩臂上设置有可穿过所述第一限位口和所述第二限位口的限位件。该电子称量限位总成可有效简化罐体限位和解除限位的操作过程,提高了操作效率,并且消除了操作过程中人工攀爬的安全隐患。本实用新型还公开了一种具有上述电子称量限位总成的罐车。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及罐体运输称量技术领域,特别涉及一种罐车以及罐车的电子称量限位总成。
背景技术
罐车在多种工程领域中均得到了广泛应用,通过罐车可以实现多种物料的运输,例如建筑行业的水泥、能源领域的石油和天然气以及钻井领域的压裂粉末等等。
在特定的工程中,罐体中所盛装的物料需要进行重量测量,以钻井领域中用于运输压裂粉末的罐车为例来进行说明,为了实现罐体中粉末重量的称量,需要在罐体的下部设置用于进行重量测量的称量装置。
目前的称量装置主要为电子称,在进行油井压裂的过程中,需要实时掌握压裂粉末的使用量及其剩余量,因此在此过程中需要始终保持罐体与电子称接触,而在运输过程中为了避免电子称传感器与罐体直接接触受到冲击,需要设置电子称量限位总成来对罐体进行固定,以便使罐体固定在高于电子称的位置。
现有的电子称量限位总成包括与罐体固定相连的多根支撑管、套管和销轴,其中支撑管和套管上开设有对应的通孔,销轴同时穿过支撑管和套管上的通孔后实现罐体在高于电子称位置上的固定,虽然该种电子称量限位总成可以满足罐体的限位需求,但是由于每个支撑管以及与其配合的套管上均需有一个销轴连接定位,这就需要人工反复攀登爬梯来完成各个支撑管和套管连接处的销轴的安装,整个操作过程较为繁琐费力,效率较低,并且由于反复攀登爬梯,操作过程还存在着较大的安全隐患。
因此,如何能够提供一种操作简单,效率较高的罐车电子称量限位总成是目前本领域技术人员亟需解决的技术问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的之一是提供一种罐车的电子称量限位总成,以便能够简化电子称量限位总成的操作过程,提高操作效率,并消除操作过程中的安全隐患。
本实用新型的另一目的在于提供一种具有上述电子称量限位总成的罐车。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供的罐车的电子称量限位总成,包括罐体、与所述罐体固定相连的罐体支撑件、与罐车的平台固定相连且用于与所述罐体支撑件配合的平台支撑件,并且所述罐体支撑件上开设有第一限位口,所述平台支撑件上开设有可与所述第一限位口对应的第二限位口,所述电子称量限位总成中还包括带有伸缩臂的动力装置,所述动力装置的伸缩臂上设置有可穿过所述第一限位口和所述第二限位口的限位件。
优选的,在上述电子称量限位总成中,所述罐体支撑件为固定设置在所述罐体上的多根支撑管,所述平台支撑件为与所述支撑管对应,且可供所述支撑管套入的套管。
优选的,在上述电子称量限位总成中,所述第一限位口和所述第二限位口为直径相等的圆孔,且所述限位件为销轴。
优选的,在上述电子称量限位总成中,所述罐体支撑件和所述平台支撑件为可以相互贴合的支撑板件。
优选的,在上述电子称量限位总成中,所述第一限位口和所述第二限位口为尺寸相等的方孔,且所述限位件为与所述方孔形状适配的插板。
优选的,在上述电子称量限位总成中,所述动力装置为气缸或者油缸,且所述气缸或油缸的活塞杆形成所述伸缩臂。
优选的,在上述电子称量限位总成中,还包括固定设置在所述罐车的平台上,且用于支撑所述气缸或油缸的支撑架,所述气缸或油缸的缸体与所述支撑架铰接。
优选的,在上述电子称量限位总成中,所述动力装置包括:
滑动设置在所述罐车的平台上的电机,且所述电机的输出轴上固连有丝杆;
固定设置在所述平台支撑件上,且与所述丝杆配合的丝母,其中所述丝杆形成所述伸缩臂。
本实用新型中还公开了一种罐车,该罐车中包括电子称量限位总成,并且该电子称量限位总成为上述任意一项中所公开的罐车的电子称量限位总成。
由以上技术方案可以看出本实用新型所提供的电子称量限位总成中,罐体上设置有罐体支撑件、罐车的平台上固定设置有用于与罐体支撑件配合的平台支撑件,罐体支撑件上设置有第一限位口,平台支撑件上设置有可与第一限位口对应的第二限位口,在此基础上还增设了动力装置,其中动力装置带有伸缩臂,伸缩臂上设置有可穿过第一限位口和第二限位口的限位件。
通过动力装置的伸缩臂带动限位件同时穿入第一限位口和第二限位口中,即可实现罐体在竖直方向上的固定,此时罐体与电子称之间保持一定间隙,这就可以避免运输过程中罐体对电子称传感器造成冲击;当需要对罐体中的物料进行称量时,仅需通过动力装置的伸缩臂带动限位件从第一限位口和第二限位口中拔出,并使罐体下降至与电子称接触即可。由此可见本实用新型中所公开的电子称量限位总成实现了通过动力装置带动限位件实现插拔,相比于人工攀爬并逐个安装销轴的方式而言,有效简化了操作过程,提高了操作效率,并且消除了操作过程中人工攀爬的安全隐患。
本实用新型中所公开的罐车中由于采用了上述电子称量限位总成,因而该罐车兼具上述电子称量限位总成相应的优点,本文中对此不再进行赘述。

本实用新型的核心之一是提供一种罐车的电子称量限位总成,以便能够简化电子称量限位总成的操作过程,提高操作效率,并消除操作过程中的安全隐患。
本实用新型的另一核心在于提供一种具有上述电子称量限位总成的罐车。
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本实用新型方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明。
请同时参考图1和图2,图1为本实用新型实施例所提供的电子称量限位总成的侧面结构示意图,图2为图1的左侧示意图。
本实用新型实施例所提供的罐车的电子称量限位总成中,包括罐体1、罐体支撑件2、平台支撑件4以及动力装置5,其中罐体支撑件2固连在罐体1上形成用于支撑罐体1的罐体支撑架,平台支撑件4与罐车的平台3固定相连后形成平台支撑架,平台支撑件4用于与罐体支撑件2相互配合,并且罐体支撑件2上开设有第一限位口,平台支撑件4上开设有可与第一限位口对应的第二限位口,动力装置5带有伸缩臂,并且伸缩臂上设置有可穿过第一限位口和第二限位口的限位件。
请同时参考图1和图2,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,当限位件同时穿过第一限位口和第二限位口后,将实现罐体1的定位,为了在罐体1定位后避免罐体1与电子称表面产生接触,在设计时需要保证罐体1定位后下表面与电子称表面存在间隙。
上述实施例中所公开的电子称量限位总成,在罐体1运输的过程中,通过动力装置5的伸缩臂带动限位件同时穿入第一限位口和第二限位口中,即可实现罐体1在竖直方向上的固定,此时罐体1与电子称之间保持一定间隙,这就可以避免运输过程中罐体1对电子称传感器造成冲击;当需要对罐体1中的物料进行称量时,仅需通过动力装置5的伸缩臂带动限位件从第一限位口和第二限位口中拔出,并使罐体1下降至与电子称接触即可,在实际操作的过程中,罐体1的升降是通过千斤顶实现的。由此可见上述实施例中所公开的电子称量限位总成实现了通过动力装置5带动限位件实现插拔,相比于人工攀爬并逐个安装销轴的方式而言,有效简化了操作过程,提高了操作效率,并且消除了操作过程中人工攀爬的安全隐患。
实际上,罐体支撑件2可以为固定设置在罐体1上的多根支撑管,相应的,平台支撑件4也就设置为与支撑管相对应,并且可供支撑管套入的套管,在此基础上,第一限位口和第二限位口可以均设置为直径相等的圆孔,限位件为可同时穿入第一限位口和第二限位口中的销轴,当然,第一限位口和第二限位口也可为方孔或者其他形状的孔,销轴仅需与第一限位口和第二限位口的形状适配即可。
在本实施例中,罐体支撑件2和平台支撑件4也可以为相互贴合的支撑板件,如图2中所示,在此基础上,第一限位口和第二限位口为尺寸相等的方孔,并且限位件为与第一限位口和第二限位口形状适配的插板;请参考图2,图2中的罐体支撑件2和平台支撑件4为相互贴合的支撑板件,但是第一限位口与第二限位口却并不相同,其中第一限位口为对称开设在罐体支撑件的两侧竖直边上,且向罐体支撑件2的中部延伸的方形凹槽,第二限位口为与第一限位口对应的完整方孔,并且限位件为与完整方孔适配的插板7,需要进行说明的是,完整方孔的高度应当与方形凹槽的高度一致,并且方形凹槽的槽底优选的与完整方孔的一边对齐,如图2中所示。
通常情况下,动力装置5可以选择气缸或者油缸,气缸或者油缸的活塞杆形成了上述伸缩臂,为了对气缸或者油缸进行固定,还可在罐车的平台3上设置支撑架6,如图1中所示,支撑架6用于支撑气缸或者油缸,并且气缸或者油缸的缸体与支撑架6铰接。
可以理解的是,动力装置5除气缸或者油缸外,还有其他选择,如本实施例中所公开的动力装置中包括电机、丝杆和丝母,其中电机滑动设置在罐车的平台3上,并且电机的输出轴上固连有丝杆,丝母固定设置在平台支撑件4上,当电机带动丝杆转动时,丝杆和电机所形成的组件整体进行前后滑动,因此丝杆形成了上述伸缩臂。
更为优选的,上述动力装置5的操纵杆或者控制开关均设置在方便人员在地面直接操作的位置,例如平台3的下方,以避免操作人员反复攀登爬梯对动力装置5进行操作,从而进一步提高安全性。
本实用新型中还公开了一种罐车,包括电子称量限位总成,该电子称量限位总成为上述任意一实施例中所公开的电子称量限位总成。
由于该罐车中设置了上述电子称量限位总成,因而该罐车兼具上述电子称量限位总成的相应优点,本申请文件中对此不再进行赘述。

Claims (10)
1.一种罐车的电子称量限位总成,包括罐体(1)、与所述罐体(1)固定相连的罐体支撑件(2)、与罐车的平台(3)固定相连且用于与所述罐体支撑件(2)配合的平台支撑件(4),其特征在于,所述罐体支撑件(2)上开设有第一限位口,所述平台支撑件(4)上开设有可与所述第一限位口对应的第二限位口,且所述电子称量限位总成中还包括带有伸缩臂的动力装置(5),所述动力装置(5)的伸缩臂上设置有可穿过所述第一限位口和所述第二限位口的限位件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子称量限位总成,其特征在于,所述罐体支撑件(2)为固定设置在所述罐体(1)上的多根支撑管,所述平台支撑件(4)为与所述支撑管对应,且可供所述支撑管套入的套管。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电子称量限位总成,其特征在于,所述第一限位口和所述第二限位口为直径相等的圆孔,且所述限位件为销轴。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电子称量限位总成,其特征在于,所述罐体支撑件(2)和所述平台支撑件(4)为可以相互贴合的支撑板件。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电子称量限位总成,其特征在于,所述第一限位口和所述第二限位口为尺寸相等的方孔,且所述限位件为与所述方孔形状适配的插板(7)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的电子称量限位总成,其特征在于,所述第一限位口为对称开设在所述罐体支撑件(2)的两侧竖直边上,且向所述罐体支撑件(2)的中部延伸的方形凹槽,所述第二限位口为与所述第一限位口对应的完整方孔,所述限位件为与所述完整方孔适配的插板(7)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电子称量限位总成,其特征在于,所述动力装置(5)为气缸或者油缸,且所述气缸或油缸的活塞杆形成所述伸缩臂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的电子称量限位总成,其特征在于,还包括固定设置在所述罐车的平台(3)上,且用于支撑所述气缸或油缸的支撑架(6),所述气缸或油缸的缸体与所述支撑架(6)铰接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的电子称量限位总成,其特征在于,所述动力装置(5)包括:
滑动设置在所述罐车的平台(3)上的电机,且所述电机的输出轴上固连有丝杆;
固定设置在所述平台支撑件(4)上,且与所述丝杆配合的丝母,其中所述丝杆形成所述伸缩臂。
10.一种罐车,包括电子称量限位总成,其特征在于,所述电子称量限位总成为如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的罐车的电子称量限位总成。
