[0017] 如图1-3所示,本实用新型实施例所述的一种制作凤凰卷的全自动机器,包括:机架I,所述机架I下部安装有传动组件2,所述传动组件2上设有轨道组件11,并在所述轨道组件11上设置有模板组件5,所述模板组件5包括模板,所述机架I的前部安装有用于打开所述模板的开模组件6,所述机架I后部安装有用于关闭所述模板的关模组件8 ;气路系统14安装在所述机架I后面,所述气路系统14为安装在所述机架I上部的多个加热系统13供气,所述机架I上部安装有注浆机构9 ;模板限位组件10安装在所述机架I上部,所述模板限位组件10前部安装有压饼组件12,所述模板限位组件10前端安装有模板防转组件7 ;所述机架I上还安装有清扫所述模板的清模组件15 ;所述注浆机构9前方设有撒芝麻组件16,所述机架I下部四个角上均安装有调整支座17,所述机架I上部还安装有对折组件3与卷饼组件4。
[0018] 所述机架是各系统和组件都要装配在机架上才能组成一台完整的机器;气路系统由燃气和压缩空气混合分流供给各个加热组件;轨道组件是由内轨道和外轨道平行组成并安装在机架上方;模板组件是由上下各18块模板组成18组并和传动系统连接运行在轨道上面;加热组件是由上下各4组,每组分4条火管组成,分别安装在上模板的上方和下模板的下方,用来烘烤上下模板的表面(可用天然气和液化石油气),来加热到模板所需要的温度;传动系统由电机带动连接模板组件的传动链条在轨道上运行;开模组件是由气缸的伸缩动作来打开上模板的;夹芯组件是由气缸的伸缩动作来完成夹芯馅料的定量供给;对折组件是由气缸的摆动动作来完成饼皮的两边的对折,达到饼皮所需要的宽带度要求;卷饼组件是由气缸的伸缩和摆动动作来完成卷饼的三次翻折,完成饼的卷制并摆动到取饼组件处;取饼组件是由气缸的伸缩动作来完成取饼并放在压饼组件上;压饼组件是由电机输送的方式和上下挤压来完成凤凰卷的定型作用;清扫组件是由食品级的硅胶来完成模板的自动清扫;洒芝麻组件是由气缸的伸缩动作来完成定量的芝麻洒在模板上;供浆组件气缸的伸缩动作来完成注浆和注浆开关的连惯动作(活塞式),来完成定量供浆;电气控制系统是由主电箱和操作触摸屏组成:主电箱主要安装电气元件和整台机器的电路分布,操作触摸屏分手动模式,自动模式,自动清洗和参数设置,手动模式分各个组件的单独点击按钮,是对各组件进行手动调节和设置的一个功能;自动模式分自动运行和自动关闭,正常自动运行时点击自动运行,系统会自动运行各个组件完成各部分动作进入自动运行状态;当工作结束时点击运行关闭,系统会自动完成各部分动作后停止运行,进入待机状态;自动清洗是工作结束后对浆斗和注浆活塞的自动清洗,是由注浆和注浆开关的连续动作来完成清洗。
[0019] 具体使用时:是由传动系统运行轨道上的模板组件,一次运行一组模板,开模组件会自动打开模板,当模板运行至关模组件时,关模组件会自动关上模板;气路系统供气到加热组件并点火,开始预热模板组件,待模板组件的温度达到所需温度后,启动供浆组件,供浆组件会注浆到模板上,待传动系统运行到设定的次数时,启动夹芯组件,夹芯组件定量洒上夹芯馅料在饼皮上面,模板运行到对折组件面前时,对折组件会自动工作,完成饼皮的两边对折,达到所需宽度后,对折组件的动作自动回到初始位置,以等待下一个动作。待模板运行至卷饼组件面前时,系统自动启动卷饼组件各部位动作,依次完成对凤凰卷的三次卷折,待卷折好后再摆动到取饼组件处。取饼组件自动启动完成取饼并放在压饼组件上面,压饼组件自动启动完成对凤凰卷的压平工作。折饼组件和取饼组件会自动回到初始位置,以等待下一个动作;清扫组件会在模板组件运行时自动完成对模板的清扫工作;当模板运行至洒芝麻组件下方时,系统自动启动洒芝麻组件,芝麻会均匀的洒在模板上面;模板运行的供浆口下方时,供浆组件启动注浆和注浆开关,所需浆料会注在洒好芝麻的模板上,模板运行,关模组件自动运行合上模板,系统连续运行以上动作,进入自动运行状态。
