背景技术
在管件的加工过程中，管件的装夹是比较重要的程序。由于管件的形状特殊，因此其装夹难道较大。人们常常使用的夹具为压板和垫块，这种夹具在装夹时如果装夹不紧容易出现松动，但是装夹太紧会引起管件局部变形。现在没有一款夹具能方便的解决这一问题。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题便是针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种管件加工夹具，装夹稳定、牢固并且操作方便。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种管件加工夹具，包括工作台和两组夹件，每组夹件均包括夹紧块，所述夹紧块侧面开有连接孔，连接孔内设有滑动套，所述滑动套内设有滑动螺杆，滑动螺杆其中一端设有手柄，另一端连接有卡箍，卡箍上设有紧固螺钉，夹紧块通过支柱与工作台可拆卸连接，所述支柱为可伸缩套管结构，所述两组夹件的卡箍对称设置，工作台上表面靠近其中一短边边缘处通过伸缩杆连接有照明装置，工作台下表面设有支撑脚，所述支撑脚为两段，两段支撑脚之间通过弹簧连接。

如图1所示，一种管件加工夹具，包括工作台1和两组夹件，每组夹件均包括夹紧块2，所述夹紧块2侧面开有连接孔，连接孔内设有滑动套3，所述滑动套3内设有滑动螺杆4，滑动螺杆4其中一端设有手柄5，另一端连接有卡箍6，卡箍6上设有紧固螺钉7，夹紧块2通过支柱8与工作台1可拆卸连接，所述支柱8为可伸缩套管结构，所述两组夹件的卡箍6对称设置，工作台1上表面靠近其中一短边边缘处通过伸缩杆9连接有照明装置10，工作台1下表面设有支撑脚11，所述支撑脚11为两段，两段支撑脚11之间通过弹簧12连接。作为优选，所述支柱8与工作台1之间的可拆卸连接方式为螺纹连接。作为优选，支撑脚11与工作台1可拆卸连接。
使用时，将支柱8安装在工作台1上，旋动手柄5，调节滑动螺杆4在滑动套3内移动，带动卡箍6的移动。两组夹件的卡箍6对称设置，可将管件固定好。调节紧固螺钉7，固定管件。这样就可以进行加工。
