技术领域
本实用新型属于瓦楞纸板生产技术领域，具体涉及一种生产瓦楞纸板的可调节自动控制喷雾加湿装置。
背景技术
瓦楞纸板生产过程，就是多层、多种瓦楞原纸的加热、粘合、成型过程。由于瓦楞原纸的种类、生产厂商不同，甚至相同种类、厂商和产地的原纸由于生产批次不同或储放地方和时间不同而造成瓦楞原纸的含水率不同，在瓦楞纸板生产过程的预热缸、单面机、双面机、热板皆为加热环节，极易因瓦楞原纸含水率差异过大造成瓦楞纸板脱胶、爆线、断裂、弯翘等问题，以及面纸、里纸、瓦楞纸因收缩差异过大而需要加大修边幅度而造成浪费等等直接提高企业生产成本的情况。
当前瓦楞纸板生产企业为解决这一问题，大多采用一根与生产线幅宽相同的钢管喷淋装置给纸板喷蒸汽或喷水达到加湿的目的，但由于多数时候生产所用原纸的幅宽小于生产线幅宽，与生产线同宽的喷淋装置往往宽于原纸和纸板，极易造成浪费，且大多数喷淋装置为简易装置，不能与生产线同步，当生产线停止运行时喷淋装置还在继续喷汽或者水，极易造成原纸因过潮断裂或者在纸板表面形成水渍。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型的目的在于提出一种生产瓦楞纸板的可调节自动控制喷雾加湿装置，根据瓦楞纸板生产线所用原纸的幅宽调节喷淋加湿的宽度，实现喷淋加湿的自动开关，节约蒸汽也避免对原纸的损害，操作简单，可有效实现对原纸的加湿效果，提高瓦楞纸板的良品率。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种生产瓦楞纸板的可调节自动控制喷雾加湿装置，包括固定在瓦楞纸板生产线热缸底座上的蒸汽管5，固定在瓦楞纸板生产线热缸导纸辊侧下方和/或单面机正前方与蒸汽管5直接连通的主喷雾管1，设置在主喷雾管1两端与蒸汽管5通过阀门4连通的N个副喷雾管2，其中N为大于等于2的偶数，即主喷雾管1两端布置的副喷雾管2数量相同且位置对称，所述主喷雾管1和副喷雾管2上开有一排及以上的喷雾孔3，所述蒸汽管5通过电磁阀7与蒸汽源8连通，还包括电控部分，所述电控部分包括与电磁阀7通过控制线12连接的电源控制开关9和传感器10，与传感器10连接的设置在热缸导纸辊侧面和/或单面机侧面的感应探头11。
所述主喷雾管1的长度由生产线最常用的原纸最小幅宽决定，所述副喷雾管2设置的数量及长度根据生产线的最大幅宽和最常用原纸幅宽综合确定。
所述蒸汽管5的端部通过固定片6固定在瓦楞纸板生产线热缸底座上。
本实用新型和现有技术相比较，具有如下优点：
1)喷淋范围可根据实际需要调节，提高蒸汽的利用效率；
2)避免出现因生产线临时停机对某一部分原纸喷淋过度造成的原纸断裂或者形成水渍污染，进而影响产品质量；
3)操作简单，便于维护，且具有相当好的安全性。
总之，本实用新型根据瓦楞纸板生产线所用原纸的幅宽调节喷淋加湿的宽度，实现喷淋加湿的自动开关，节约蒸汽也避免对原纸的损害，操作简单，可有效实现对原纸的加湿效果，提高瓦楞纸板的良品率。

本实用新型的工作原理为：工作时，感应探头11探测到运动中的原纸，由传感器10给电磁阀7发出工作指令，蒸汽进入蒸汽管道5，由主喷雾管1和副喷雾管2喷淋到原纸上，起到加湿的作用。当原纸出现断裂或停止上料时，感应探头指令电磁阀7关闭，主喷雾管1和副喷雾管2停止喷雾。需要增加车速时，可通过调节蒸汽量加大喷淋加湿的幅度。

1.一种生产瓦楞纸板的可调节自动控制喷雾加湿装置，其特征在于：包括固定在瓦楞纸板生产线热缸底座上的蒸汽管(5)，固定在瓦楞纸板生产线热缸导纸辊侧下方和/或单面机正前方与蒸汽管(5)直接连通的主喷雾管(1)，设置在主喷雾管(1)两端与蒸汽管(5)通过阀门(4)连通的N个副喷雾管(2)，其中N为大于等于2的偶数，即主喷雾管(1)两端布置的副喷雾管(2)数量相同且位置对称，所述主喷雾管(1)和副喷雾管(2)上开有一排及以上的喷雾孔(3)，所述蒸汽管(5)通过电磁阀(7)与蒸汽源(8)连通，还包括电控部分，所述电控部分包括与电磁阀(7)通过控制线(12)连接的电源控制开关(9)和传感器(10)，与传感器(10)连接的设置在热缸导纸辊侧面和/或单面机侧面的感应探头(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生产瓦楞纸板的可调节自动控制喷雾加湿装置，其特征在于：所述主喷雾管(1)的长度由生产线最常用的原纸最小幅宽决定，所述副喷雾管(2)设置的数量及长度根据生产线的最大幅宽和最常用原纸幅宽综合确定。
