Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种电子烟雾化器的雾化芯及电子烟，雾化芯包括用于吸附烟油的多孔陶瓷管；所述多孔陶瓷管两端分别通过上端盖和下端盖密封；所述多孔陶瓷管内壁与发热体接触，且所述发热体两端分别与所述上端盖和下端盖接触。本实用新型采用多孔陶瓷材料来导油，产品材质相对于传统材质更环保，使用寿命更长，且加工方便，因此本实用新型的雾化芯容易组装，工艺简单，质量稳定；本实用新型电子烟结构简单，加工方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电子烟雾化器的雾化芯及电子烟。
背景技术
目前市场上的电子烟雾化芯均含纤维类材质（如纤维绳），不环保，使用寿命短，且因材质比较软，很难实现全自动加工，导致雾化芯组装难度大，工艺复杂，质量不稳定。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种电子烟雾化器的雾化芯及电子烟。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种电子烟雾化器的雾化芯，包括用于吸附烟油的多孔陶瓷管；所述多孔陶瓷管两端分别通过上端盖和下端盖密封；所述多孔陶瓷管内壁与发热体接触，且所述发热体两端分别与所述上端盖和下端盖接触。
所述发热体为发热丝，所述发热丝弯折为螺旋状，可以增大发热丝与烟油的接触面积，提高发热效率。
本实用新型还提供了一种电子烟，包括电池还包括上述雾化芯；所述电池正极、上端盖、发热体、下端盖、电池负极依次连接形成加热回路。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型所具有的有益效果为：本实用新型采用多孔陶瓷材料来导油，产品材质相对于传统材质更环保，使用寿命更长，且加工方便，因此本实用新型的雾化芯容易组装，工艺简单，质量稳定；本实用新型电子烟结构简单，加工方便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型一实施例雾化芯包括用于吸附烟油的多孔陶瓷管2；所述多孔陶瓷管2两端分别通过上端盖1和下端盖4密封；所述多孔陶瓷管2内壁与发热体3接触，且所述发热体3两端分别与所述上端盖1和下端盖4接触。
为了增大发热体与烟油的接触面积，提高发热效率，本实用新型的发热体为发热丝，所述发热丝弯折为螺旋状。
本实用新型的电子烟包括电池，还包括上述雾化芯；所述电池正极、上端盖、发热体、下端盖、电池负极依次连接形成加热回路
当电源开关接通后，发热丝发热。烟油通过多孔陶管渗透到发热丝上.形成烟雾。
Claims (3)
1. 一种电子烟雾化器的雾化芯，其特征在于，包括用于吸附烟油的多孔陶瓷管（2）；所述多孔陶瓷管（2）两端分别通过上端盖（1）和下端盖（4）密封；所述多孔陶瓷管（2）内壁与发热体（3）接触，且所述发热体（3）两端分别与所述上端盖（1）和下端盖（4）接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器的雾化芯，其特征在于，所述发热体（3）为发热丝，所述发热丝弯折为螺旋状。
3.一种电子烟，包括电池，其特征在于，还包括上述权利要求1或2所述的雾化芯；所述电池正极、上端盖（1）、发热体（3）、下端盖（4）、电池负极依次连接形成加热回路。
