本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案：这种简约便携台灯，包括底座，底座上安装有灯座和灯泡，灯泡外罩有套筒，套筒底部固定在底座上，套筒的顶部设有倾斜设置的开口，开口上设有盖板，盖板通过固定销转动连接在套筒的最高处，盖板的内侧面设有反射层。该结构通过盖板上的反射层控制灯泡光线照亮的区域，结构简约，体积小，携带方便。
为了进一步完善，套筒为磨砂亚克力薄板制成。

其中套筒4为薄板卷绕而成，薄板卷绕的连接处安装有压条8，薄板与压条8之间通过螺丝固定连接。盖板5转动连接在压条8的顶端。
其中底座1上开有固定压条的插槽1-1。底座1上开有固定套筒的环形槽1-2。
在使用时，灯泡3亮起从套筒4透出柔和弱光，具有保护眼睛的效果，转动并打开盖板5，盖板的角度可以随意调节，将灯泡的光线反射到指定区域内，反射层7采用外凸的圆弧面结构，可以将光线反射的区域扩大，增大照亮的区域。
