背景技术
我国现有的医用辐射防护平开门通常使用普通的木门铰链，材质单薄，结构简单，门体间隙不能调整，且由于医用辐射防护平开门门体较重，开关频繁，造成铰链极易损坏。
发明内容
为解决上述技术的不足，本实用新型使用下列技术方案：
一种平开门铰链，它包括铰链套、铰链轴和铰链片。
优选的，铰链套一端是套孔，另一端是固定插块，固定插块通过2个内六角螺钉和双孔螺母与门框内的五金件相连以固定铰链套。
作为优选方案，固定插块开有阶梯过孔，双孔螺母置于阶梯过孔上。双孔螺母长度和宽度大于阶梯过孔下部，小于阶梯过孔上部。这样的设计便于安装时调整门体与门框的前后间隙。
优选的，铰链轴上部与铰链片一端通过螺纹固定连接，底部落入套孔内；铰链片另一端开有至少2个长圆形螺栓孔，通过至少2个内六角螺钉与门页内的五金件固定连接。
较佳的，铰链片另一端开有4个长圆形螺栓孔，通过4个内六角螺钉与门页内的五金件固定连接。
套孔内放置了一枚钢球，铰链轴底部开有与钢球匹配的凹槽。钢球的设置使得门体转动更加灵活。
铰链轴上部还包含一个配套的锁紧螺母。

本实用新型提供的一种平开门铰链，在门体安装时，方便调整门体相对于门框的左右、前后、上下间隙；由于铰链套中有钢球，因此门体转动灵活，铰链耐用。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，一种平开门铰链，它包括铰链套1、铰链轴2和铰链片3。铰链套1一端是套孔101，另一端是固定插块102，固定插块102通过2个内六角螺钉4和双孔螺母9与门框内的五金件5相连以固定铰链套1。
固定插块102开有阶梯过孔8，双孔螺母9置于阶梯过孔8上。双孔螺母9长度和宽度大于阶梯过孔8下部801，小于阶梯过孔8上部802。这样的设计便于安装时调整门体与门框的前后间隙。
铰链轴2上部与铰链片3一端通过螺纹固定连接，底部落入套孔101内；铰链片另一端开有4个长圆形螺栓孔12，通过4个内六角螺钉6与门页内的五金件7固定连接。长圆形螺栓孔12的设计，便于在安装时调整门体与门框的左右间隙。
套孔101内放置了一枚钢球10，铰链轴2底部开有与钢球匹配的凹槽。钢球的设置使得门体转动更加灵活。
铰链轴上部还包含一个配套的锁紧螺母11。安装时，可以先通过螺纹调整铰链片3和铰链套1的距离，以调整门体与门框的上下间隙，再拧紧锁紧螺母11，固定铰链片3和铰链轴2。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种平开门铰链，其特征在于：所述固定插块开有阶梯过孔，所述双孔螺母置于阶梯过孔上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种平开门铰链，其特征在于：所述双孔螺母长度和宽度大于阶梯过孔下部，小于阶梯过孔上部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种平开门铰链，其特征在于：所述套孔内放置了一枚钢球，所述铰链轴底部开有与钢球匹配的凹槽。
