在常见电缆车间生产加工过程中常常需要对物料根据颗粒物的大小进行分级处理，最常见的分级机器为振筛机。现有技术的振筛机多为一次振筛，而且结构布局不合理，不能满足物料的多级振筛需求，振筛效率低。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种方便适用、安全可靠、能够同时进行多级振筛、工作效率高、清洗方便的多级振筛机。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现：
一种多级振筛机，包括电机、底座、筛盘，所述筛盘设置为倾斜的长条形结构，所述倾斜的筛盘自上而下设置有由四个隔离板分隔开的进料区、第一筛网、第二筛网、第三筛网、出料区；所述进料区上方设置有进料斗；所述第一筛网、第二筛网、第三筛网上方设置有盖板，下方分别设置有第一出料口、第二出料口、第三出料口；所述盖板一侧上设置有挂钩，所述筛盘一侧上设置有门扣式快速夹钳，所述挂钩与门扣式快速夹钳形成干涉；所述出料区底端设置有粗料出料口。
所述底座与筛盘之间设置有减震弹簧。
所述第一筛网、第二筛网、第三筛网网孔直径由小到大递增。

如图1，一种多级振筛机，包括电机1、底座2、筛盘3，底座2、筛盘3为不锈钢制成，所述底座2与筛盘3之间设置有减震弹簧4，缓冲振筛机在工作中的震动情况，提高振筛机的稳定性。所述筛盘3设置为倾斜的长条形结构，方便物料在振筛过程中的滚动，以实现多级振筛的要求。
所述倾斜的筛盘3自上而下设置有由四个隔离板36分隔开的进料区31、第一筛网32、第二筛网33、第三筛网34、出料区35，所述第一筛网32、第二筛网33、第三筛网34网孔直径由小到大递增，所述第一筛网32、第二筛网33、第三筛网34下方分别设置有第一出料口321、第二出料口331、第三出料口341，所述出料区35底端设置有粗料出料口351。在振筛过程中，物料可以根据颗粒物直径的由小到大通过筛网，并从第一出料口321、第二出料口331、第三出料口341、粗料出料口351滚出来，从而完成一次三步振筛形成四个品级物料，实现本实用新型振筛机的多级振筛目标。所述隔离板36设置为不锈钢材质，三角棱柱状，干涉物料通过筛网的流速，防止物料未进行筛网的完成振筛就通过了振筛区，使物料振筛完全。
所述进料区31上方设置有不锈钢材质的进料斗311，能够方便物料进入筛盘3的进料区31。所述第一筛网32、第二筛网33、第三筛网34上方分别设置有三个盖板37，所述盖板37一侧上都设置有挂钩38，所述筛盘3一侧上设置有三个门扣式快速夹钳39，所述挂钩38与门扣式快速夹钳39形成干涉，保证了物料在振筛过程中不易散落、飞溅，而且打开盖板方便、快捷、安全可靠，清洗也非常方便。
