本实用新型提供一种立体停车设备用前护盖，包括载车板边梁、载车板左边梁、前挡板、三角板、左边梁主体，载车板边梁上设置前挡板，前挡板与三角板相连接。本实用新型有益效果：本实用新型与现有技术相比采用模具加工更简单，效率更高，金属内衬安装方便、牢靠，颜色醒目标示性更强，材质较金属更软防止刮伤轮胎，前端的倾斜角度让载车板变宽，使停车更快更安全，也使载车板更美观，本实用新型可以广泛的应用于立体停车设备中特别是升降横移类立体停车设备中。

本实用新型属于前护盖领域，具体涉及一种立体停车设备用前护盖。
背景技术
以往的立体停车设备载车板边梁为平板与折弯板焊接式，折弯板加工复杂，表面处理时前端也不能处理成不同颜色，在进车方向上没有醒目标示，出现停车停偏、重复停靠的情况。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决上述现有技术中存在的不足，为了解决上述问题，本实用新型提出了一种立体停车设备用前护盖，材质为聚氨酯，表面颜色做成醒目的黄色，采用螺栓将其固定在载车板边梁前端。安装完成后载车板前端较宽，进车宽度增大，对停车的司机起到标示及导向作用，此种材质又能防刮轮胎，使停车更快更安全，也使载车板更美观。
本实用新型的目的是由以下技术方案实现的，研制了一种立体停车设备用前护盖，包括载车板边梁1、载车板左边梁2、前挡板3、三角板4、左边梁主体5，载车板边梁1上设置前挡板3，前挡板3与三角板4相连接。
所述的三角板4的一角衔接载车板左边梁2。
所述的前挡板3的一侧面与左边梁主体5连接。

如图1本实用新型一种立体停车设备用前护盖，包括载车板边梁1、载车板左边梁2、前挡板3、三角板4、左边梁主体5，载车板边梁1上设置前挡板3，前挡板3与三角板4相连接。
所述的三角板4的一角衔接载车板左边梁2。
所述的前挡板3的一侧面与左边梁主体5连接。
载车板边梁2是由前挡板3、三角板4及左边梁主体5焊接而成，因是焊接件表面处理时颜色只能是一致的，在载车板左边梁2前端加工通孔，然后将聚氨酯的前护盖使用螺栓和螺母固定在边梁前端。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种立体停车设备用前护盖，其特征在于：所述的三角板(4)的一角衔接载车板左边梁(2)。
