碰撞缓冲设施是用以避免因失控而脱离道路的车辆直接冲撞坚硬固定物体的保护设施，为公路设定净空区内固定的危险物体建立了碰撞缓冲的屏障。目前，国内研发的碰撞缓冲设施包括两种，一种加之在车辆本身，例如增加安全气垫、气囊、保险杠等等，只能保护高速公路上发生失控车辆碰撞事故后，减少碰撞对开车人的损伤。另一种设置在高速公路上，强行为失控车辆减速，但减速效果不佳。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供特种车辆后置车载防撞垫。
本实用新型涉及特种车辆后置车载防撞垫，包括侧板、底板、梯形侧板、后端罩、内腔隔板、支撑板。其特征在于：所述内腔隔板与支撑板以交叉方式连接。所述侧板和梯形侧板包裹内腔隔板与支撑板，保护内部结构的稳定。所述底板固定在防撞垫底部，加强防撞垫的刚性。所述后端罩设置在防撞垫的侧面，与碰撞车辆直接接触。
作为本实用新型的进一步方案，所述侧板、底板、梯形侧板、内腔隔板、支撑板均采用铝镁合金。

如图1所示，特种车辆后置车载防撞垫，包括侧板2、底板5、梯形侧板6、后端罩1、内腔隔板3、支撑板4。所述内腔隔板3与支撑板4以交叉方式连接。所述侧板2和梯形侧板6包裹内腔隔板3与支撑板4，保护内部结构的稳定。所述底板5固定在防撞垫底部，加强防撞垫的刚性。所述后端罩1设置在防撞垫的侧面，与碰撞车辆直接接触。除后端罩外，所述全部构件均采用铝镁合金。
当车辆被失控车辆追尾碰撞时，安装在车辆尾部的防撞垫上的后端罩1进行初步缓冲，释放动能。所述内腔隔板3是主要吸能部件，能够吸收撞击的能量，在80km/h情况下撞击，能够使车辆后部不受损害，追尾车辆也能最大限度进行保护。所述支撑板4，预留足够的变形空间，使车辆发生碰撞后，保护车辆减少损失。
经碰撞测试，本实用新型可以减缓时速100公里(62英里/小时)标准客车的冲力。
