一种新型花盆，包括有围环1、盆体2、渗口3，盆体2为上细下粗直立的锥形柱体外壳结构，盆体2外侧腰部套有一围环，围环1为水平上粗下细的窄锥形环体，围环1与盆体2外侧壁形成一个水平绕盆体一周的V形槽，V形槽内盆体2侧壁上开有渗口3，渗口3为V形槽内侧根部盆体2侧壁上水平周向开设的一圈密集细小的针孔，将待施加的养料加入水中和匀，倒在花盆外侧的V形槽内，让其缓慢均匀的自渗口3渗入盆内，达到均匀吸收的效果。
