Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种自动键盘组装机,所述自动键盘组装机包括机架和设置于所述机架上的工作台,所述工作台上设置有字键排列系统和键帽组装系统,所述字键排列系统包括设置于所述工作台的上表面的滑轨,所述滑轨上设置有可沿所述滑轨滑行的包括横向伸缩机构和纵向伸缩机构的组合冶具;所述键帽组装系统包括架设于所述工作台上方的两个滑行导轨,两个滑行导轨之间架设有压键模块。本实用新型结构简单、自动化程度高,压键模块底部通过压键气缸连接有吸附压板,吸附压板在键帽吸附区吸附键帽后,随压键模块滑行至键帽组装区并把键帽压入键盘上,不用停机直接放上新的键帽和键盘,就能实现压键帽工序,而不用担心危险,工作效率也大大提高了。

[0002] 键帽需要压合在键盘上,现有技术中都是人工排键帽并进行压合,而且目前市场上因生产多款键盘而需要更换键盘排位装置,人工操作非常麻烦,浪费时间、工人劳动强度大,生产效率低,从而增加了制造费用和管理成本。
[0003] 中国专利CN 203165737U提供了一种键帽机,包括机架,机架设置有键盘模组,键盘模组包括上模组件、用于摆放键帽的键帽托盘和用于固定键帽装配板的下模组件,机架还设置有上模组件固定件,上模组件连接于上模组件固定件,上模组件固定件还连接有用于吸取键帽的抽吸空气装置和用于驱动上模组件按压键帽的按压驱动装置,上模组件包括用于取放键帽的弹性件。本实用新型提供的一种键帽机,采用具柔性的弹性件形成上模组件,不仅能够从正面吸取键帽,还能够自动调整键帽卡扣与键帽装配板剪刀脚的位置,顺利完成装配,保证了键帽装配的生产效率和键盘的品质。

[0006] 为此,本实用新型提供了一种自动键盘组装机,所述自动键盘组装机包括支撑于地面上的机架,所述机架的上方设置有工作台,所述工作台上设置有字键排列系统和键帽组装系统,其中,所述字键排列系统包括设置于所述工作台的左部上的滑轨,所述滑轨上设置有可沿所述滑轨滑行的组合冶具,所述组合冶具包括能携带所述键帽收缩至键盘面壳尺寸的横向伸缩机构和纵向伸缩机构;所述键帽组装系统包括设置于所述工作台右部上的支撑架,所述支撑架的前部和后部分别设置有滑行导轨,所述滑行导轨之间架设有起横梁作用的压键模块,所述压键气缸设置于所述压键模块上,所述压键模块通过所述压键气缸连接有吸附压板,所述吸附压板随所述压键模块在所述滑行导轨上滑行;在所述工作台中部处为键帽吸附区;在所述工作台右部处为键帽组装区;其中,所述吸附压板在所述键帽吸附区吸附键帽后,所述吸附压板随所述压键模块滑行至所述键帽组装区并把所述键帽压入键盘上。

[0022] 如图3和图4所示,键帽组装系统4包括设置于工作台2右部上的支撑架40,支撑架40的前部和后部分别设置有滑行导轨41,如图1所示,支撑架40由固定设置于工作台2上的四条支撑腿和架设于两条支撑腿之间的两条横梁构成。再回到图3和图4,滑行导轨41之间架设有起横梁作用的压键模块42,压键气缸44设置于压键模块42上,压键模块42通过压键气缸44连接有吸附压板45,吸附压板45随压键模块42在滑行导轨41上滑行;在工作台2中部处为键帽吸附区35 ;在工作台2右部处为键帽组装区43 ;其中,吸附压板45在键帽吸附区35吸附键帽6后,吸附压板45随压键模块42滑行至键帽组装区43并把键帽6压入键盘上。
[0023] 由此可见,本实用新型的自动键盘组装机在工作时,组合冶具31能携带键帽6收缩至键盘面壳尺寸,压键模块42底部通过压键气缸44连接有吸附压板45,吸附压板45在键帽吸附区35吸附键帽6后,随压键模块32滑行至键帽组装区43并把键帽6压入键盘上,工人不用停机便可直接装上新的键帽或者键盘上盖,而不用担心危险,工作效率也大大提尚了。
[0024] 如图1和图3所示,压键模块42的底部四角分别设置有垂直于压键模块42的直线轴承8,直线轴承8的底部与吸附压板45相连接并与吸附压板45相垂直,由此吸附压板45通过直线轴承8与压键模块42可伸缩连接,从而保证压键帽会更加平稳。另外,吸附压板45与地线9电连接,以及时释放吸附压板45积累的静电,保证操作工人的安全。
[0025] 如图1所示,键帽组装区43的两侧分别设置有位移传感器10,如图3所示,机架I的一侧设置有系统操作屏11,从而保证整机的自动化程度和稳定性都更高。

1.一种自动键盘组装机,所述自动键盘组装机包括支撑于地面上的机架(1),机架(I)的上方设置有工作台(2),工作台(2)上设置有字键排列系统(3)和键帽组装系统(4),其特征在于, 字键排列系统(3)包括设置于工作台(2)的左部上的滑轨(32),滑轨(32)上设置有可沿滑轨(32)滑行的组合冶具(31),组合冶具(31)包括能携带键帽(6)收缩至键盘面壳尺寸的横向伸缩机构(313)和纵向伸缩机构(314); 键帽组装系统(4)包括设置于工作台(2)右部上的支撑架(40),支撑架(40)的前部和后部分别设置有滑行导轨(41),滑行导轨(41)之间架设有起横梁作用的压键模块(42),压键气缸(44)设置于压键模块(42)上,压键模块(42)通过压键气缸(44)连接有吸附压板(45),吸附压板(45)随压键模块(42)在滑行导轨(41)上滑行;在工作台(2)中部处为键帽吸附区(35);在工作台(2)右部处为键帽组装区(43);其中,吸附压板(45)在键帽吸附区(35)吸附键帽(6)后,吸附压板(45)随压键模块(42)滑行至键帽组装区(43)并把键帽(6)压入键盘上。
2.如权利要求1所述的自动键盘组装机,其特征在于,压键模块(42)的底部四角分别设置有垂直于压键模块(42)的直线轴承(8),直线轴承(8)的底部与吸附压板(45)相连接并与吸附压板(45)相垂直,吸附压板(45)通过直线轴承(8)与压键模块(42)可伸缩连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的自动键盘组装机,其特征在于,吸附压板(45)与地线(9)电连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的自动键盘组装机,其特征在于,键帽组装区(43)的两侧分别设置有位移传感器(10)。
5.如权利要求1所述的自动键盘组装机,其特征在于,机架(I)的一侧设置有系统操作屏(11)。
6.如权利要求1所述的自动键盘组装机,其特征在于,支撑架(40)由固定设置于工作台(2)上的四条支撑腿和架设于两条支撑腿之间的两条横梁构成。
