背景技术
[0002] 二氧化碳(CO2)是导致全球气候变暖的主要温室气体,燃煤电厂烟气中CO2的捕集分离是温室气体减排的重要领域。此外,炼钢、水泥、化工(如合成氨、制氢、天然气净化)等工业领域也存在大量CO2捕集或分离过程。吸收法是目前最为成熟和有望实现大规模商业化应用的0)2捕集分离技术。
[0003] 传统的0)2吸收法捕集分离技术在应用过程中的能耗和运行成本很高,尤其是吸收剂再生所消耗蒸汽热能在整个系统能耗中占到了绝大比重。能耗高的主要原因是富液采用高温解吸,且富液中水的比例较高(一般70wt%以上),在CO2高温解吸过程中水的升温与挥发将消耗大量的能量。开发新型的具有突出低能耗特点的0)2吸收剂及其过程工艺是降低运行成本的有效途径之一。稠浆型CO2捕集工艺通过化学交换技术或结晶手段实现负载CO2的组分在富液中的浓缩或相分离,通过加热CO 2富相从而降低富液再生过程中水的参与度,以达到节能降耗的目的。
发明内容
[0004] 为了克服现有技术的缺陷,开发、验证和评估稠浆型0)2捕集技术,本实用新型的目的是提供一种变工况稠浆型二氧化碳捕集工艺测试装置,可应用于稠浆型0)2捕集技术和传统溶液吸收法的测试和评价,用于进行稠浆型0)2捕集吸收剂和捕集工艺的中间试验,获取工艺和能耗数据,进行操作条件的优化设计。

[0012] 0)2混合气由吸收塔I下部的气体进口输入吸收塔内,与此同时来自搅拌式混合罐12的吸收溶液由吸收段2上端的溶液进口向塔内喷淋,0)2气体与吸收剂在塔内充分逆向接触而被吸收剂吸收;被吸收剂脱除0)2后的气体继续向上流动,通过洗涤段3和除沫段4后,经吸收塔I顶部的气体出口直接排入大气;吸收CO2后的富液在吸收塔I底部通过富液泵5、第一阀门6进入结晶器7进行冷却结晶处理;含有晶体的浆液由浆液泵9送至可控浓缩器10进一步浓缩,并通过可控浓缩器10控制浆液中的晶体含量,滤液经过第三阀门11进入搅拌式混合罐12,浓缩晶浆经过第四阀门13进入换热器14,与来自再生塔17底部的热贫液换热升温后,经过第五阀门15和第六阀门16进入再生塔17 ;第五阀门15和第六阀门16分别位于再生塔17的上部和塔釜部位。再沸器21提供富液再生所需的热量。含有部分水蒸气、吸收剂蒸气的0)2再生气由再生塔17顶部的气体出口流出,经过冷却器20冷却后成为高浓度CO2气体,冷凝液返回再生塔17 ;脱除CO 2后贫液从再生塔17底部由贫液泵18引出,经过换热器14换热后进入搅拌式混合罐12,与来自可控浓缩器10的滤液进行混合后形成吸收溶液。吸收溶液由溶液泵19送至吸收段2的上端入口而循环使用;在开启第二阀门8,关闭第一阀门6、第三阀门11和第四阀门13的情况下,该系统可将结晶器7、浆液泵9和可控浓缩器10短路,适用于传统溶液吸收法捕集0)2的测试和评价。

1.一种变工况稠浆型二氧化碳捕集工艺测试装置,其特征在于:包括吸收塔(1),吸收塔(I)由底部的吸收段(2)、中部的洗涤段(3)和上部的除沫段(4)组成;吸收塔I的底部CO2富液出口连接富液泵(5)后分两路,一路通过第一阀门(6)与结晶器(7)的富液入口相连,一路与第二阀门(8)相连;结晶器(7)的晶浆出口通过浆液泵(9)与可控浓缩器(10)的入口相连;可控浓缩器(10)的滤液出口通过第三阀门(11)与搅拌式混合罐(12)的入口相连,可控浓缩器(10)的浓缩液出口通过第四阀门(13)与第二阀门(8)的另一端出口管路汇合后,再经过换热器(14)、第五阀门(15)、第六阀门(16)与再生塔(17)相连;再生塔(17)底部的贫液出口通过贫液泵(18)、换热器(14)与搅拌式混合罐(12)的入口相连;搅拌式混合罐(12)的底部溶液出口通过溶液泵(19)与吸收段(2)上端的入口相连;再生塔(17)顶部的CO2再生气出口与冷却器(20)的气体入口相连;与再生塔(17)配套的再沸器(21)设置在塔底部。
