背景技术
目前,太阳能被越来越多的用户使用,尤其是中小城市,80%以上的家庭都在使用,太阳能节省能源,直接使用太阳能,但是,太阳能的清洗现阶段还停留在人工清洗阶段,费时费力,劳动强度大,效率低,而且清洗的效果不理想,急需一种太阳能清洗装置。
实用新型内容
为了解决现在太阳能人工清洗劳动强度大、效率低的问题,本实用新型提供一种太阳能自动清洁装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种太阳能自动清洁装置,包括太阳能板和太阳能底架,所述太阳能底架上安装清洗机构,所述清洗机构位于太阳能板上方,所述清洗机构包括清洁刷,所述清洗机构在所述太阳能板上方移动的同时所述清洁刷做旋转运动实现对所述太阳能板的清洗。
优选地,所述太阳能底架两侧分别安装有横向导轨支架,所述横向导轨支架上分别安装横向导轨,所述横向导轨上安装齿条。
优选地,所述清洗机构包括横向行走轴,所述横向行走轴两端分别设有横向行走齿轮,且横向行走齿轮分别与所述齿条啮合。
优选地,所述横向行走轴通过设置在所述行走横梁上面的行走轴带座轴承与行走横梁相连,所述横向行走轴上连接有横向行走皮带轮,所述横向行走皮带轮通过皮带与横向行走电机相连。
优选地,所述行走横梁下面设有清洁刷和清洁刷轴,所述清洁刷安装在清洁轴上,所述清洁轴通过安装在所述行走横梁下面的清洁刷轴带座轴承上,所述清洁轴与清洁刷皮带轮连接,所述清洁刷皮带轮与清洁刷电机相连。

如图1-3所示,一种太阳能自动清洁装置,包括太阳能板4和太阳能底架1,所述太阳能底架1上安装清洗机构,所述清洗机构位于太阳能板4上方,所述清洗机构包括清洁刷18,所述清洗机构在所述太阳能板4上方移动的同时所述清洁刷18做旋转运动实现对所述太阳能板4的清洗。
其中,清洗机构在动力装置的作用下,在太阳能板4上方移动同时清洁18做旋转运动,动力装置优选地为电机。
本实用新型中所述太阳能底架1两侧分别安装有横向导轨3支架2,所述横向导轨3支架2上分别安装横向导轨3,所述横向导轨3上安装齿条。
本实用新型中所述清洗机构包括横向行走轴,所述横向行走轴两端分别设有横向行走齿轮6,且横向行走齿轮6分别与所述齿条9啮合。
本实用新型中所述横向行走轴通过设置在所述行走横梁10上面的行走轴带座轴承7与行走横梁10相连,所述横向行走轴上连接有横向行走皮带轮,所述横向行走皮带轮12通过皮带与横向行走电机13相连,所述横向行走电机13与电源14电连。

实施例1,一种太阳能自动清洁装置,包括太阳能板4和太阳能底架1,所述太阳能底架1上安装清洗机构,所述太阳能底架1两侧分别安装有横向导轨3支架2,所述横向导轨3支架2上分别安装横向导轨3,所述横向导轨3上安装齿条9,清洗机构包括横向行走轴11,所述横向行走轴11两端分别设有横向行走齿轮6,且横向行走齿轮6分别与所述齿条9啮合,所述横向行走轴11通过设置在所述行走横梁10上面的行走轴带座轴承7与行走横梁10相连,所述横向行走轴11上连接有横向行走皮带轮12,所述横向行走皮带轮12通过皮带与横向行走电机13相连,所述行走横梁10下面设有清洁刷和清洁刷轴17,所述清洁刷安装在清洁刷轴17上,所述清洁刷轴17通过安装在所述行走横梁10下面的清洁刷轴17带座轴承15上,所述清洁刷轴17与清洁刷皮带轮16连接,所述清洁刷皮带轮16与清洁刷电机5相连,在横向导轨3两端分别安装行程开关8,用于限制清洁机构的滑行位置。
工作时,横向行走电机13通过皮带传动带动横向行走轴11旋转,并随横向导轨3直线移动,清洁刷电机5带动清洁刷轴17旋转,从而带动清洁刷旋转,当清洁刷随行走横向移动到太阳能板4的另一端时,触碰行程开关8,从而反向行走,其中,清洁刷直线移动与旋转方向反向。
