Abstract

背景技术
[0002] 为增加取暖效果,现有的家庭采用回风炉大都是通过增加煤烟气的流动行程来增加取暖、节能效果,但这种结构的回风炉存在燃气不足,甚至排烟管易堵塞,从而导致该种炉存在排烟效果差,炉火燃烧不旺盛,难以满足煤炉用来坎事的问题。
[0003] 为了解决上述问题,公开号为CN 202868718 U的中国专利公开了一种风门式回风炉,该回风炉包括炉底,炉壁、炉面板及置于炉壁内的炉芯,所述炉壁置于炉底和炉面板之间,在炉壁的外侧设有排烟箱,排烟箱通过炉壁上的排烟孔与炉壁所围成的腔体连通,在排烟箱下部一侧设有风门,排烟箱顶部设有排烟管,排烟管与排烟箱连通,所述炉壁底部设有炉桥,炉底下方设有灰箱,在炉桥和灰箱之间设有把手。该技术方案是通过在排烟箱上设置风门来调节炉体内腔与空气的接触,促使燃料充分燃烧,炉火旺盛;但是风门只能打开或关闭,不能起到调节风量大小的作用,因此在坎事时不能调节炉火的大小来满足使用要求。同时风门一但关闭,容易导致炉体内燃料因缺氧而熄灭,而将风门完全打开,也会导致炉体内燃料自由燃烧,不能达到真正节能的目的。
[0004] 另外,现有的回风炉大都是通过自然进风,当需要加大火力时,由于自然风力不足而不能使炉芯内燃料迅速燃烧旺盛,因此不能满足大火力坎事的要求。

[0006] 一种高效供风式回风炉,包括炉座,炉桶、炉面板及置于炉桶内的炉芯,所述炉安装在炉座上,炉面板置于炉桶上方,所述炉桶底部设置有炉桥,所述炉芯置于炉桥上,所述炉桶侧壁上还固定有排烟箱,所述排烟箱与炉桶的内腔连通,所述炉座上设置有与排烟箱连通的供风管,在供风管上连接有风机,所述风机的出风口与供风管为可拆卸连接。

[0016] 与现有技术相比,本实用新型通过设置供风管,并将供风管与风机相连,克服了现有技术中采用自然供风所存在的不足,更好地满足需要大火力坎事的使用要求;由于在供风管上设置阀门控制进风量,当打开阀门时,使炉体内腔与空气充分接触,促使燃料充分燃烧,炉火旺盛;当阀门关闭时,能对炉体内部起到密封作用,防止炉体内燃料自由燃烧,从而起到节能的功效;由于是采用阀门控制进风量,因此,可根据使用要求调节火力的大小,同时在关闭时,可通过阀门进行调整进风量,在保证炉体内燃料不熄灭的情况下达到节能的效果,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益,可在家用炉具技术领域广泛推广应用。

[0021] 如图1、图2所示,本实用新型所述的一种高效供风式回风炉,包括炉座1,炉桶2、炉面板3及置于炉桶2内的炉芯15,所述炉2安装在炉座I上,炉面板3置于炉桶2上方,所述炉桶2底部设置有炉桥17,所述炉芯15置于炉桥17上,所述炉桶2侧壁上还固定有排烟箱4,所述排烟箱4与炉桶2的内腔连通,所述炉座I上设置有与排烟箱4连通的供风管6,在供风管6上连接有风机10,所述风机10的出风口与供风管6为可拆卸连接。采用本技术方案,通过在供风管6上连接风机10,从而满足回风炉在大火力下的使用要求;由于风机10与供风管6是采用可拆卸式连接,当需要使炉芯15内的燃料迅速燃烧时,接通风机10,通过风机10将风力从供风管6经过排烟箱4传到炉体内,从而使炉芯15内的燃料迅速燃烧旺盛,达到快速坎事要求;当不需要鼓风时,直接将风机10拆除即可。所述风机10的出风口与供风管6采用法兰连接。拆卸安装方便。
[0022] 所述供风管6上设置有阀门7。采用本技术方案,通过设置有与排烟箱4连通的供风管6,并在供风管6上设置有阀门7控制其进风量,以满足不同坎事工况下的火力使用要求,同时不会出现传统风门完全关闭时炉体内燃料熄灭的现象,有效提高燃料的然利率,达到有效节能的目的。
[0023] 所述炉座I内位于炉桥17下方设置有灰箱8,在炉桥17和灰箱8之间设置有把手9。在使用时,通过摇动把手9达到是炉芯内燃料充分的目的。
[0024] 所述炉桶2与炉芯15之间还设置有保温层16。通过保温层16可以防止炉芯15内燃料燃烧损失,从而达到储能保温的效果。
[0025] 所述炉面板3上位于炉芯15上方设置有炉圈13及与炉圈13内径相配合的炉盖14,并在炉盖14的中心设有出气孔。所述保温层16上方还设置盖板,用于防止燃料进入保温层16与炉芯15形成的腔体内。

1.一种高效供风式回风炉,包括炉座(I),炉桶(2)、炉面板(3)及置于炉桶(2)内的炉芯(15),所述炉桶(2)安装在炉座(I)上,炉面板(3)置于炉桶(2)上方,所述炉桶(2)底部设置有炉桥(17),所述炉芯(15)置于炉桥(17)上,所述炉桶(2)侧壁上还固定有排烟箱(4),所述排烟箱(4)与炉桶(2)的内腔连通,其特征在于:所述炉座(I)上设置有与排烟箱⑷连通的供风管(6),在供风管(6)上连接有风机(10),所述风机(10)的出风口与供风管(6)为可拆卸连接。
