Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种外螺杆背栓，包括锥形螺杆、套设于锥形螺杆上的扩压环及T型套筒，所述套筒的上端向外延伸形成有一凸缘，所述套筒的截面呈T形。本实用新型的有益效果主要体现在：安装方便，T型套筒作为一体化成型安装简便，增加同挂件接触面积，同时，也保证了石材正表面到背栓承载面之间的距离为定值，消除石材厚度误差，提升安装精度的同时保证了受力性能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于将石材板块锚固到龙骨上的紧固件，尤其涉及一种T型套筒的外螺杆背栓。
背景技术
背栓能有效固定大理石、花岗岩、微晶石、陶瓷板、水晶玻璃及各类人造纤维板等。一般现有的背栓如图1所示，包括锥形螺杆1，分别套设锥形螺杆1上的膨胀环5、套筒4组成。安装完成后，套筒4同石材表面齐平，由于石材厚度具有正负公差，该型背栓不能消除石材本身厚度的误差，所以安装精度低。背栓中螺母2及垫片3为用于紧固铝合金挂件的配件。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决上述的技术问题，提供一种T型套筒的外螺杆背栓。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现：
外螺杆背栓，包括锥形螺杆、套设于锥形螺杆上的扩压环及套筒，所述套筒的上端向外延伸形成有一凸缘，所述套筒的截面呈T形。安装完成后，套筒承载面与石材正表面的距离为定值。
优选地，所述锥形螺杆为外螺纹式，所述扩压环为膨胀环或受压后横截面呈花型的三点式扩压环。
本实用新型的有益效果主要体现在：安装方便，套筒为一体化成型，且截面呈T形，整体效果好，增加了背栓与铝合金连接件的受力面积，同时，也保证了石材正表面到背栓承载面之间距离为定值，消除尺寸厚度误差的影响，提高安装精度。

具体实施方式
本实用新型揭示了一种外螺杆背栓，如图2所示，包括外螺纹式锥形螺杆1、套设于锥形螺杆1上的扩压环2及套筒3。所述扩压环2为膨胀环或受压后横截面呈花型的三点式扩压环。当然，也不局限于三点式扩压环，也可以采用多点扩压。具体的，三点式扩压环是指与锥形螺杆1底部膨胀端11在初始状态时由三脚接触。当受压时，扩压环会周向扩张膨胀。所述套筒3的上端向外延伸形成有一凸缘31，所述套筒3的截面呈T形。所述凸缘31增加与挂件的接触面积，增加挂件的受力面积。所述套筒3的结构为一体化成型。
结合图3-图4所示，在安装时将背栓置于石材4的预留孔内，此时套筒3的顶端32即背栓的承载面，对背栓施力，背栓固定与预留孔内，保证了石材正表面41至套筒顶端32之间的距离为定值。本实用新型的背栓能消除石材本身厚度的误差，增加同挂件的接触面积，提升安装精度的同时保证了受力性能。
本实用新型尚有多种具体的实施方式，凡采用等同替换或者等效变换而形成的所有技术方案，均落在本实用新型要求保护的范围之内。

1.外螺杆背栓，包括锥形螺杆、套设于锥形螺杆上的扩压环及套筒，其特征在于：所述套筒的上端向外延伸形成有一凸缘，所述套筒的截面呈T形，所述套筒为一体化成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外螺杆背栓，其特征在于：所述锥形螺杆为外螺纹式，所述扩压环为膨胀环或受压后横截面呈花型的三点式扩压环。
