    本实用新型涉及羽绒加工技术领域，具体是一种羽绒的分离装置。
背景技术
    羽毛在完成清洗甩干烘干后，其中仍存留很多羽毛的杆，这直接影响了羽绒的质量，现有的羽绒都没有将杆除尽，现有的设备将杆除尽，只能打到某一标准。
实用新型内容
为解决上述问题，本实用新型公开了一种羽绒的分离装置，包括：分离箱、鼓风机、隔离网、进料口、出料口、残留物出口、搅拌器，所述的鼓风机安装在分离箱底部，所述的隔离网安装在分离箱的内部，位于分离箱的下部，所述的进料口安装在分离箱中部，所述的残留物出口安装在分离箱上，位于进料口下方，所述的出料口安装在分离箱上部，所述的搅拌器安装在分离箱内部的中间位置。
本实用新型是一种羽绒的分离装置，羽绒通过进料口进入分离箱，再经搅拌器将结块的羽绒打开，由于受到鼓风机从底部吹出风的作用，不带杆的羽绒飘到出料口排出，而带杆的羽绒，则不能排出，当鼓风机停止工作，带杆的羽绒落至隔离网，由残留物出口排出，进行再处理。
本实用新型中可针对不同的标准，调节鼓风机的风速，风速越小，得到的羽绒质量越优良。
本实用新型具有结构简单、方便实用等优点。

具体实施方式
    如图1所示的一种羽绒的分离装置，包括：分离箱1、鼓风机2、隔离网3、进料口4、出料口5、残留物出口6、搅拌器7，所述的鼓风机2安装在分离箱1底部，所述的隔离网3安装在分离箱1的内部，位于分离箱1的下部，所述的进料口4安装在分离箱1中部，所述的残留物出口6安装在分离箱1上，位于进料口4下方，所述的出料口5安装在分离箱1上部，所述的搅拌器7安装在分离箱1内部的中间位置。
