背景技术
    络筒（又称络纱）是织前准备的第一道工序，它的任务是将来自纺部的管纱或绞纱在络筒机上加工成符合一定要求的筒子，筒子卷装容量要大，以提高后道工序的生产效率，筒子卷绕应坚固结实，以便于贮存和运输，在运输筒子的过程中，如果采用人工搬运，既费时又费力，因此，本发明人对此做进一步研究，研发出一种半自动筒子搬运装置，本案由此产生。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种半自动筒子搬运装置，提高了筒子搬运的效率，节省了人工。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种半自动筒子搬运装置，包括平移导轨、滑座，所述滑座能在平移导轨上滑动，滑座上设置有横向的、且能上下移动搭载杆，搭载杆外套设有滑筒。
进一步，所述的滑座呈L型构架，所述搭载杆设置在滑座竖直的构架上，所述滑座水平构架与竖直构架之间设置有倾斜的支架。
进一步，所述搭载杆上开设有滑槽，所述滑筒通过滑槽与搭载杆内的丝杆联动。
进一步，所述平移导轨旁设置有搭载架，所述搭载架左右两侧面能挂载若干排筒子，搭载架下设置有滑轮。
进一步，所述搭载架设置在圆形转盘上，圆形转盘能带动搭载架进行360°的转动。
将筒子套在搭载杆上，滑座从平移导轨上移动到搭载架处，调整搭载架的位置，通过控制滑座在平移导轨上的左右移动、搭载杆在滑座上的上下移动、以及滑筒在搭载杆上的内外移动，将搭载杆上的筒子套到搭载架上。
采用上述方案后，本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有以下优点：
    提高了筒子的搬运效率，节省了人工与体力。

如图所示，本实用新型揭示的一种半自动筒子5搬运装置，包括平移导轨1、滑座2，滑座2的底部与平移导轨1相匹配，滑座2能在平移导轨1上水平滑动，平移导轨1的长度取决于筒子5需要搬运的距离。
滑座2呈L型构架，在滑座2竖直的构架上设置有横向的搭载杆3，搭载杆3与在滑座2顶部的电机联动，在电机的带动下能在滑座2上上下移动；
搭载杆3上开设有滑槽31，搭载杆3外套设有滑筒32，滑筒32通过滑槽31与搭载杆3内的丝杆联动，滑筒32能在电机的带动下在搭载杆3上滑动。滑座2水平构架与竖直构架之间设置有倾斜的支架，起到固定支撑的作用。
平移导轨1旁设置有搭载架4，所述搭载架4左右两侧面能挂载若干排筒子5，搭载架4下设置有滑轮。且搭载架4可以固定设置在圆形转盘6上，圆形转盘6由上下两层圆盘组成，两层圆盘之间有滚轮使两层之间可以相对转动，在搭载架4挂完一侧面后可以转到另一侧面继续挂载。
筒子5的挂载过程如下：
将筒子5套在搭载杆3上，滑座2从平移导轨1上移动到搭载架4处，调整搭载架4的位置，通过设置滑座2在平移导轨1上的左右移动距离及频率、搭载杆3在滑座2上的上下移动距离及频率、以及滑筒32在搭载杆3上的内外移动距离及频率，将搭载杆3上的筒子5一一套到搭载架4上。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种半自动筒子搬运装置，其特征在于：所述搭载杆上开设有滑槽，所述滑筒通过滑槽与搭载杆内的丝杆联动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种半自动筒子搬运装置，其特征在于：所述平移导轨旁设置有搭载架，所述搭载架左右两侧面能挂载若干排筒子，搭载架下设置有滑轮。
