背景技术
在豆油的生产加工过程中，大豆被提取豆油后可得到副产品豆粕，豆粕是棉籽粕、花生粕、菜籽粕等12种动植物油粕饲料产品中产量最大，用途最广的一种。作为一种高蛋白质，豆粕是制作牲畜与家禽饲料的主要原料，还可以用于制作糕点食品，健康食品以及化妆品和抗菌素原料。现有的豆油的生产加工厂中，生产出的豆粕通过出料斗进行装袋，在一次装袋操作完成后，需要关闭出料斗，由人工取下装袋后的包装袋并更换新的包装袋，这种装袋方式装袋效率低，需要等待更换新包装袋的时间，且物料在出料斗内容易发生堵塞的现象，进而影响生产效率。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种物料防堵塞交替出料装置，以解决现有技术中传统的物料出料装置在物料一次装袋操作完成后需要关闭出料装置以等待更换新包装袋，装袋效率低，且物料在出料斗内容易发生堵塞现象，进而影响生产效率的问题。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
一种物料防堵塞交替出料装置，包括有出料斗，其特征在于：所述出料斗下端连通有左、右分料斗，所述出料斗与左、右分料斗的连通腔内转动安装有水平的轴杆，所述的连通腔内在轴杆上方设有一排转辊，还包括有分料导板，所述分料导板沿中轴线固定安装在轴杆上，所述轴杆一端伸出出料斗并固定安装有推杆，所述出料斗上在推杆一侧安装有液压装置，所述液压装置的活塞杆杆端铰接在推杆上以推动分料导板分别向左、右分料斗内送料。

本实用新型结构简单，安装使用方便，采用出料斗下端连通左、右分料斗的设计，并在连通腔内设置分料导板，通过液压装置驱动分料导板分别向左、右分料斗送料，可使得出料斗不间断的进行供料，在一个分料斗装袋完成后可对另一分料斗进行装袋，同时更换新包装袋，相比传统的出料斗装袋效率高，速度快，不需要等待时间，且采用在出料斗内设置转辊的设计，防止物料发生堵塞的现象，且下料均匀，有效地提升了生产效率。

如图1所示，一种物料防堵塞交替出料装置，包括有出料斗1，出料斗1下端连通有左、右分料斗2、3，出料斗1与左、右分料斗2、3的连通腔4内转动安装有水平的轴杆5，连通腔4内在轴杆5上方设有一排转辊6，还包括有分料导板7，分料导板7沿中轴线固定安装在轴杆5上，轴杆5一端伸出出料斗1并固定安装有推杆8，出料斗1上在推杆8一侧安装有液压装置9，液压装置9的活塞杆10杆端铰接在推杆8上以推动分料导板7分别向左、右分料斗2、3内送料。左、右分料斗2、3下方均设有工作台11。

1.一种物料防堵塞交替出料装置，包括有出料斗，其特征在于：所述出料斗下端连通有左、右分料斗，所述出料斗与左、右分料斗的连通腔内转动安装有水平的轴杆，所述的连通腔内在轴杆上方设有一排转辊，还包括有分料导板，所述分料导板沿中轴线固定安装在轴杆上，所述轴杆一端伸出出料斗并固定安装有推杆，所述出料斗上在推杆一侧安装有液压装置，所述液压装置的活塞杆杆端铰接在推杆上以推动分料导板分别向左、右分料斗内送料。
