背景技术
[0002]目前我国大气环境问题越来越突出,区域霾污染引起全社会关注。霾污染主要是由大气中细颗粒物(PM2.5)增多导致的。为了治理区域霾污染问题,我国将从2016年I月I日起实施新的环境空气质量标准(GB 3095-2012),其中增加了 PM2.5的日均值和年均值标准。我国1990-2005年期间排放的一次PM2.5中约50%来自固定污染源,如火电厂、水泥厂、钢铁厂和工业锅炉等。各地要达到新标准规定的浓度限制,必须对固定污染源的PM2.5排放进行管理和控制,而监测固定污染源的PM2.5排放是前提条件。目前,我国针对固定污染源排气中颗粒物的标准只有GB 16147-1996和HJ/T 397-2007,两者的采样方法相同,仅规定了总烟尘的采样方法,尚无固定污染源烟气中PM2.5的采样方法。
[0003] HJ/T 397-2007《固定源废气监测技术规范》规定如下将烟尘采样管由采样孔插入烟道中,使采样嘴置于测点上,正对气流,按颗粒物等速采样原理,抽取一定量的含尘烟气。根据采样管滤筒上所捕集到的颗粒物量和同时抽取的气体量,计算出排气中颗粒物浓度。”“颗粒物具有一定的质量,在烟道中由于本身运动的惯性作用,不能完全随气流改变方向,为了从烟道中取得有代表性的烟尘样品,需等速采样,即气体进入采样嘴的速度应与采样点的烟气速度相等,其相对误差应在10%以内。气体进入采样嘴的速度大于或小于采样点的烟气速度都将使采样结果产生偏差。”因此,从固定源烟气中采集颗粒物时需要等速采样。但此采样方法只能采集总烟尘样品,不能将烟气中的颗粒物按粒径大小进行分级采集。
[0004] HJ 93-2013《环境空气颗粒物(PM10和PM2.5)采样器技术要求及检测方法》规定如下:“PM10和PM2.5采样器通过流量测量及控制装置控制抽气泵以恒定流量(工作点流量)抽取环境空气样品,环境空气样品以恒定的流量依次经过采样器入口、PMlO或PM2.5切割器,PMlO或PM2.5颗粒物被捕集在滤膜上,气体经流量计、抽气泵由排气口排出。” “当采样器测量的流量与规定的工作点流量的偏差超过±10%,且持续时间超过了 60秒时,采样器应停止抽取空气样品,同时停止采样时间累计;采样器应对此种情况给出报警记录和累计采样时间记录,用于判断该采集样品的有效性。”因此,从环境空气中采集PMlO或PM2.5颗粒物时需要恒流采样。
[0005] 国内现有的采样仪器不能满足从固定污染源烟气中采集PM 2.5颗粒物的要求。现有的烟气采样器只能采集总烟尘样品,分离不出PM2.5颗粒物;现有的PM2.5采样器,只能进行恒流采样,没有等速采样功能,不能用于烟气采样。国外有些采样仪器虽然可以做到等速恒流采样,但由于采样点的烟气流速经常变化,为了满足等速采样的要求,采样过程中需要更换不同直径的采样嘴,无法实现连续自动采样。实用新型内容

1.一种烟气等速恒流采样装置,其特征在于:所述采样装置包括采样单元、补气单元、测速单元; 所述采样单元包括采样嘴、颗粒物切割器、滤膜夹、采样流量控制器、抽气泵;所述补气单元包括进气管、空气流量控制器、空气泵;所述测速单元包括烟气流速仪; 所述采样嘴安装在颗粒物切割器的入口 ;所述颗粒物切割器、滤膜夹、采样流量控制器、抽气泵通过管道依次连接;所述滤膜夹内放有滤膜;所述采样嘴上有一个开孔连接进气管,所述进气管依次连接空气流量控制器和空气泵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烟气等速恒流采样装置,其特征在于:所述颗粒物切割器可以是单一粒径颗粒物切割器,也可以是不同粒径颗粒物切割器的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的烟气等速恒流采样装置,其特征在于:所述采样装置还包括控制单元,所述控制单元分别电性连接采样流量控制器、空气流量控制器、烟气流速仪。
