目前垃圾焚烧发电厂均配有焚烧炉炉排。由于炉排重量大，尺寸大，在炉排上焊接吊耳的吊装方式容易损坏炉排，吊装过程容易出现危险事故。吊装结束需要割除吊耳，容易损伤炉排外观。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于针对以上问题，提供一种安全性高、且装卸简单方便的单元化炉排吊装吊具。
本实用新型包括两个吊装侧梁、扁担梁，每个所述的吊装侧梁包括“L”形梁本体，在所述“L”形梁本体上方的前、后两侧分别设置第一吊耳；在“L”形梁本体的其中一端设置可用于调节长度的调节柱；两个所述的吊装侧梁分别通过第一钢丝绳垂直连接在扁担梁两端的下方；在所述扁担梁上方中部设置第二吊耳，在所述第二吊耳内穿置第二钢丝绳。
本实用新型在使用时，将吊装侧梁的一端分别与单元炉排的后立柱通过螺栓连接，将调节柱的下端与单元炉排的前立柱通过螺栓连接，调节柱可以调节前、后立柱的高度差；然后通过扁担梁进行吊装，吊装就位后，只需拆除螺栓，即可拆除吊具，方便快捷。
