Abstract
一种高压水回转接头，其特征包括以下零部件：快捷接头、外套、高压水动密封、角接触球轴承、防尘压盖、防尘圈、芯轴、密封圈。快捷接头通过左旋螺纹接在高压水回转接头的外套上；两个角接触球轴承装于外套内，并夹持着芯轴，以保证芯轴的转动与位置的稳定性；双层高压水动密封结构，能够高质量的保证对高压水的密封性，同时经久耐用。

技术领域
本实用新型属于煤矿井下坑道钻进装置及煤层水力割缝领域，尤其涉及高压水回转接头。
背景技术
高压水回转接头，主要用于煤矿井下地质勘探孔、抽放瓦斯孔、注水孔等其他工程用孔的钻进以及煤层的钻孔割缝装置上；目前市场上的同类装置，存在着对高压水的密封性能差、耐用性差。同时结构不合理，有抱死现象，灵活性差。
发明内容
采用双层高压水动密封结构，能够高质量的保证对高压水的密封性，同时经久耐用；
中空的芯轴通过两个角接触球轴承固定，保证了芯轴的旋转灵活性。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：快捷接头通过左旋螺纹连接在高压水回转接头的外套上。两套高压水动密压封压嵌于外套内，以保证角接触球轴承与高压水的隔离。两个角接触球轴承装于外套内，并夹持着芯轴，以保证芯轴的转动与位置的稳定性。防尘压盖把轴承压紧在外套内，并装有防尘圈。通过螺栓把防尘压盖紧固于外套前端。芯轴前段设有左旋的螺纹接头。

具体实施方式
结合示意图图1，对本实用新型做进一步说明：
快捷接头（1）通过左旋螺纹连接在高压水回转接头的外套（2）上。快捷接头（1）主要用来方便更换高压胶管。为了防止芯轴（7）转动过程中快捷接头（1）的松动，故采用左旋螺纹；
密封圈（8）安装于快捷接头（1）末端，以防止高压水的泄漏；
两套高压水动密封(3)压嵌于外套（2）内，以保证角接触球轴承（4）与高压水的隔离；
角接触球轴承（4）装于外套（2）内，并夹持着芯轴（7），以保证芯轴（7）的转动与位置的稳定性；
防尘压盖（5）把角接触球轴承（4）压紧在外套（2）内，并装有防尘圈（6），通过螺栓把防尘压盖（5）紧固于外套（2）前端。
芯轴（7）前段设有左旋的螺纹接头。

1.高压水回转接头，其特征在于：它包括快捷接头（1）通过螺纹连接于高压水回转接头的外套（2）上，两套高压水动密封(3)压嵌于外套（2）内，角接触球轴承（4）安装于外套（2）前端的轴承孔内，并夹持着芯轴（7），防尘压盖（5）把角接触球轴承（4）压紧在外套（2）内，通过螺栓把防尘压盖（5）紧固于外套（2）前端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压水回转接头，其特征是：防尘压盖（5）内装有防尘圈（6）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高压水回转接头，其特征是：芯轴（7）前段设有左旋的螺纹接头。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高压水回转接头，其特征是：密封圈（8）安装于快捷接头（1）末端，快捷接头（1）连接部分采用左旋螺纹。
