[0004] 本实用新型解决技术问题采用的技术方案是:筋板结构式风电法兰包括:上法兰体、下法兰体,其特点是上法兰体的下端面和下法兰体的上端面之间圆周均布焊接装有多个筋板,上法兰体的端面上圆周均布设有多个上法兰体孔,下法兰体的端面上圆周均布设有多个下法兰体孔,上法兰体孔与下法兰体孔之间一一对应。

[0009] 实施例,参照附图1,筋板结构式风电法兰的上法兰体I和下法兰体2均由等弧的多个环形弧片焊接组合而成,上法兰体I的下端面和下法兰体2的上端面之间圆周均布焊接装有多个筋板3。上法兰体1、筋板3、下法兰体2组合后将上法兰体I的上端面和下法兰体2的下端面车平,在上法兰体I的上端面上圆周均布钻多个上法兰体孔1-1,在下法兰体2的下端面上圆周均布钻多个下法兰体孔2-1,上法兰体孔1-1与下法兰体孔2-1之间一一对应,使用时可以在上法兰体I上焊接连接筒节连接体、也可以在下法兰体2上焊接连接筒节连接体,筒节之间通过上法兰体孔1-1和下法兰体孔2-1用高强螺栓进行连接。
