本实用新型涉及一种医疗用品，尤其是一种推拿器。
背景技术
中医推拿是我国的一种物理治疗方法，能对预防和治疗疾病起到很好的作用，中医推拿通过力作用于人体体表穴位和特定部位，从而有效地调节患者的病况。中医推拿总体要求为“持久、有效、均匀、柔和”。推拿治疗对推拿师有较高的要求，其水平经验与患者的感受、疗效密切相关。同时，推拿治疗工作量较大，需耗费推拿师大量体力，医生必须长期用手进行推拿按摩，指力和腕力必须长久用力，以保证力施加在穴位或经络部位上，这使医师常常感到指、腕、肘非常疲劳，费时费力；另一方面，手、腕、肘直接和病人身体接触，也不卫生，易传染疾病，给推拿师增加了极大地工作难度。

本实用新型的技术任务是针对以上现有技术的不足而提供一种推拿器。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种推拿器，包括推拿轮和手柄，所述推拿轮的两端轴连接有支架，所述支架的另一端与所述手柄连接，在所述手柄的内部设有电池腔，在所述电池腔中设有电池组，在所述推拿轮的内部设有振动器，在所述推拿轮的表面设有若干空心凸起，在所述凸起的内部设有红外线发射灯，所述振动器和红外线发射灯分别通过导线与电池组电连接。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有以下有益效果：1、结构简单，设计合理，使用方便，在给病人进行推拿时能够满足中医推拿相关手法的运动学要求，省时省力，干净卫生，减轻了医务人员的工作强度；2、推拿师在用推拿器进行推拿时不与病人进行直接的皮肤接触，降低了交叉感染的风险；3、设有凸起可以保障施加在穴位和经络上的力度，提高推拿效果；4、设有振动器和红外线发射灯加快了推拿部位的血液循环，提高了推拿效果，可以有效地缩短推拿时间。

如图1所示，一种推拿器，包括推拿轮6和手柄1，所述推拿轮6的两端轴连接有支架5，所述支架5的另一端与所述手柄1连接，在所述手柄1的内部设有电池腔2，在所述电池腔2中设有电池组3，在所述推拿轮6的内部设有振动器9，在所述推拿轮6的表面设有若干空心凸起7，在所述凸起7的内部设有红外线发射灯8，所述振动器9和红外线发射灯8分别通过导线4与电池组3电连接。上述支架5可以做成空心的，这样导线就可以布设在支架的内部，如此，既美观又有利于推拿操作；上述电池组可以使干电池也可以是蓄电池。

1. 一种推拿器，其特征在于包括推拿轮和手柄，所述推拿轮的两端轴连接有支架，所述支架的另一端与所述手柄连接，在所述手柄的内部设有电池腔，在所述电池腔中设有电池组，在所述推拿轮的内部设有振动器，在所述推拿轮的表面设有若干空心凸起，在所述凸起的内部设有红外线发射灯，所述振动器和红外线发射灯分别通过导线与电池组电连接。
