技术领域
本实用新型创造涉及一种用在凿岩机上的气腿,具体地说涉及一种在煤矿、隧道、铁路、交通、水电、国防石方基础工程建设中使用的凿岩机上用的气腿,属于凿岩机械技术领域。 
背景技术
气腿的功能是支承推进凿岩机。支承功能是将凿岩机像支架一样地支起来;推进功能是给凿岩机在钻进方向施一推力,使钎头始终与岩石紧密接触不致于出现空冲击空转、凿岩不进尺现象。正是气腿的这种双重功能,实现了凿岩机在岩壁上钻凿出了各种高度、各种深度的孔。 
凿岩机与气腿的连接是:凿岩机缸体上有凸出的圆柱状部分,其内有一通孔;该通孔与气腿的横臂轴配合相连,横臂轴上有螺纹,通过螺母将二者锁在一起。连为一体后,凿岩机可绕横臂轴转动,便于凿岩机钻凿各方位孔。 
凿岩机的工作原理是以空压机输出的压缩空气为动力,通过凿岩机配气阀控制活塞往复运动。冲程时,活塞冲击钎杆及钎头凿碎岩石;回程时,活塞带动钎杆及钎头回转一定的角度,连续地冲击、回转使钎头在岩石上凿出圆形炮孔。 
气腿的工作原理是通过凿岩机柄体上的控制机构使压缩空气进入到气腿气缸上腔,气腿伸长;当压缩空气进入气腿下腔,气腿就收缩。 
现有气腿的结构存在如下缺陷: 
1.伸缩管与支承叉的连接采用螺纹结构,在使用过程中经常出松脱现象;由于振动比较大,螺纹脱扣而失效。用户经常采取焊接方式恢复其功能,这为用户的维护、保养带来了不便,增加用户的使用成本。
2.伸缩管另一端连接有活塞,活塞端面承受压缩空气施加的压力,圆周方向槽内安装有“V”型无骨架密封圈。活塞与气缸产生相对移动时,主要承受轴向力,对活塞强度要求不高。现用的活塞采用圆钢机械加工制造,加工为成品还需进行发蓝防锈处理。在加工安装有“V”型无骨架密封圈槽时很难保证槽底尺寸一致性,加工难度大效率低下。 
为了彻底改变凿岩机运用上的麻烦及降低加工难度,亟需开发出一种新型气腿,对促进我国凿岩机的发展有着深远地意义。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的问题就是为了改变现有气腿的不足。提供一种伸缩管与支承叉间连接稳固可靠,安装拆卸方便的用在凿岩机上的新型气腿。 
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案: 
一种用在凿岩机上的新型气腿,包括气缸、支撑叉,所述气缸内设置有可上下滑动的伸缩管,伸缩管的下端固定连接有外锥连接轴,所述支撑叉上与伸缩管的下端相对的位置设置有与外锥连接轴通过锥度配合连接的内锥孔顶尖。
这种锥面配合连接质量比现用螺纹连接牢固可靠,不需要像螺纹连接的经常检查是否松脱,安装拆卸非常方便,为用户提供了使用上的方便。 
以下是本实用新型对上述方案的进一步优化: 
外锥连接轴与内锥孔顶尖的配合面的锥度为7°。
进一步优化:为了保证连接牢固的可靠性,内锥孔顶尖的底部设有与内锥孔顶尖的内部锥孔连通的排气孔。 
进一步优化:所述气缸内还设置有与伸缩管连接的活塞,所述活塞的外圆周面与气缸的内壁滑动密封连接。 
所述活塞的外圆周上靠近前端的位置和靠近后端的位置分别设置有沉槽,所述两个沉槽内分别安装有“V”型无骨架密封圈。 
所述活塞的上端部与气缸之间形成气缸上腔,所述活塞的下端部与气缸之间形成气缸下腔,所述伸缩管的其中一部分位于气缸下腔内并与气缸的下端密封滑动连接。 
两个“V”型无骨架密封圈相背设置,其缺口分别朝向所靠近的气缸上腔和气缸下腔。 
当气腿支撑凿岩机凿孔时,伸缩管通过外锥连接轴、内锥孔顶尖、支承叉与支承面接触。活塞上安装有两个方向不同的“V”型无骨架密封圈,由于伸缩管是固定不动的,当气缸的上腔进入压缩空气时,左边的V”型无骨架密封圈及活塞左端面同时受力,气缸7发生相对移动而支承高度会升高。 
当气缸的下腔进入压缩空气时,下方的V”型无骨架密封圈及活塞下端同时受力,这时伸缩管、外锥连接轴、内锥孔顶尖及支承叉不承担支承作用,伸缩管、外锥连接轴、内锥孔顶尖及支承叉相对于气缸7移动而使支承高度降低。 
正是由于气腿的双向调节功能,可使操作者在气腿支承凿岩机的作用下,在岩壁上凿出不同高度的孔。本实用新型采用上述方案,使得伸缩管与支承叉间连接稳固可靠,安装拆卸方便,很好地解决了现有气腿使用中存在的问题。 
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。

具体实施方式
实施例,如图1、图2所示一种用在凿岩机上的新型气腿,包括气缸7、支撑叉6,所述气缸7内设置有可上下滑动的伸缩管3,伸缩管3的下端固定连接有外锥连接轴4,所述支撑叉6上与伸缩管3的下端相对的位置设置有与外锥连接轴4通过锥度配合连接的内锥孔顶尖5。 
这种锥面配合连接质量比现用螺纹连接牢固可靠,不需要像螺纹连接的经常检查是否松脱,安装拆卸非常方便,为用户提供了使用上的方便。 
伸缩管3与外锥连接轴4通过焊接形成一个整体,内锥孔顶尖5与支承叉6也是通过焊接形成一个整体。 
外锥连接轴4与内锥孔顶尖5的配合面的锥度为7°。 
锥体连接的锥度对连接质量影响很。锥度越小,连接性越好,但拆卸性越差,并且容易引起胀裂;锥度越大,拆卸性越好,但连接性差,使用中容易脱离。经过大量试验验证,当锥度为7°时连接性和拆卸性为最佳结合点。 
为了保证连接牢固的可靠性,内锥孔顶尖5的底部设有与内锥孔顶尖5的内部锥孔连通的排气孔8。 
事先安装时,用手将内锥孔顶尖5与支承叉6焊接的整体推入到外锥连接轴4上,随着轴向力的施加,其很牢固地连接起来。当将两整体拆分时,在支承叉上施加轴向敲击力即可。 
所述气缸7内还设置有与伸缩管3连接的活塞1,所述活塞1的外圆周面与气缸7的内壁滑动密封连接。 
所述活塞1的上端部与气缸7之间形成气缸上腔M,所述活塞1的下端部与气缸7之间形成气缸下腔N,所述伸缩管3的其中一部分位于气缸下腔N内并与气缸7的下端密封滑动连接。 
所述活塞1的外圆周上靠近前端的位置和靠近后端的位置分别设置有沉槽9,所述两个沉槽9内分别安装有“V”型无骨架密封圈2,两个“V”型无骨架密封圈2相背设置,其缺口分别朝向所靠近的气缸上腔M和气缸下腔N。 
当气腿支承凿岩机凿孔时,伸缩管3通过外锥连接轴4、内锥孔顶尖5、支承叉6与支承面接触。活塞1上安装有两个方向不同的“V”型无骨架密封圈2,由于伸缩管是固定不动的,当气缸的上腔M进入压缩空气时,左边的V”型无骨架密封圈2及活塞1左端面同时受力,气缸7发生相对移动而支承高度会升高。 
当气缸7的下腔N进入压缩空气时,下方的V”型无骨架密封圈2及活塞1下端同时受力,这时伸缩管3、外锥连接轴4、内锥孔顶尖5及支承叉6不承担支承作用,伸缩管3、外锥连接轴4、内锥孔顶尖5及支承叉6相对于气缸7移动而使支承高度降低。 
正是由于气腿的双向调节功能,可使操作者在气腿支承凿岩机的作用下,在岩壁上凿出不同高度的孔。 
活塞采用改性的尼龙塑料通过注塑加工而成,其强度完全满足活塞在气腿中的功能需求。这种活塞结构比现用活塞取消了中间的一个槽,同时也就减少了槽内安装的一个零件。这个零件的功能是防止当活塞左右两端的“V”型无骨架密封圈磨损时,圆钢加工的活塞划伤气腿的气缸内孔。这种活塞的特点是质轻、生产效率高、尺寸稳定性好、生产成本低。 
当两“V”型无骨架密封圈2磨损时,活塞1本身材料就决定了不会划伤气缸7的内孔。因此这种新型活塞不但加工简单、生产效率高,而且结构简化、气腿的零件种类也得以减少。 

Claims (7)

1.一种用在凿岩机上的新型气腿,包括气缸(7)、支撑叉(6),所述气缸(7)内设置有可上下滑动的伸缩管(3),其特征在于:伸缩管(3)的下端固定连接有外锥连接轴(4),所述支撑叉(6)上与伸缩管(3)的下端相对的位置设置有与外锥连接轴(4)通过锥度配合连接的内锥孔顶尖(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用在凿岩机上的新型气腿,其特征在于:
外锥连接轴(4)与内锥孔顶尖(5)的配合面的锥度为7°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用在凿岩机上的新型气腿,其特征在于:
内锥孔顶尖(5)的底部设有与内锥孔顶尖(5)的内部锥孔连通的排气孔(8)。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种用在凿岩机上的新型气腿,其特征在于:
所述气缸(7)内还设置有与伸缩管(3)连接的活塞(1),所述活塞(1)的外圆周面与气缸(7)的内壁滑动密封连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种用在凿岩机上的新型气腿,其特征在于:
所述活塞(1)的外圆周上靠近前端的位置和靠近后端的位置分别设置有沉槽(9),所述两个沉槽(9)内分别安装有“V”型无骨架密封圈(2)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种用在凿岩机上的新型气腿,其特征在于:
所述活塞(1)的上端部与气缸(7)之间形成气缸上腔(M),所述活塞(1)的下端部与气缸(7)之间形成气缸下腔(N),所述伸缩管(3)的其中一部分位于气缸下腔(N)内并与气缸(7)的下端密封滑动连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种用在凿岩机上的新型气腿,其特征在于:
两个“V”型无骨架密封圈(2)相背设置,其缺口分别朝向所靠近的气缸上腔(M)和气缸下腔(N)。
