本实用新型公开了一种一体化手持式等离子熔覆设备,包括等离子熔覆焊枪以及与等离子熔覆焊枪连接的等离子熔覆主机和气瓶,还包括装有滚轮的车体,等离子熔覆主机和气瓶设在车体上。等离子熔覆主机包括有等离子熔覆控制系统、等离子熔覆专用电源、循环水冷系统和送粉器,等离子熔覆专用电源采用了IGBT逆变式弧焊电源,单电源双输出结构。由于采用上述的结构形式,采用一体化设计,只需要推动车体就可以移动整套的等离子熔覆设备,不需要逐件搬动,也不需要重新连接管线,省时省力。专用的等离子熔覆电源,大大加强了设备的易用性和可靠性。
Description
技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及对工件进行熔覆图层的熔覆焊炬,具体是一种手持式等离子熔覆设备。
背景技术
[0002] 粉末等离子弧熔覆(亦称等离子喷焊,国外称为PTA工艺),是采用氩气等离子弧作高温热源,采用合金粉末4作填充金属的一种表面熔敷(堆焊)合金的工艺方法。
[0003] 粉末等离子弧熔覆的基本过程如图1所示,利用等离子熔覆焊枪21,在阴极8和水冷紫铜喷嘴5之间,或阴极8和工件I之间,使气体9电离形成电弧3,此电弧3通过孔径较小的喷嘴5孔道,弧柱的直径受到限制,在压缩孔道冷气壁的作用下,产生热收缩效应、机械压缩效应、自磁压缩效应,使弧柱受到强行压缩,这种电弧为“压缩电弧”称为等离子弧。电弧3被压缩后,和自由电弧相比会产生很大的变化,突出的是弧柱直径变细,促使弧柱电流密度显著提高,气体9电离很充分,因而电弧3具有温度高、能量集中、电弧稳定、可控性好等特点。等离子弧焊枪21产生的等离子弧分非转移型弧(阴极8与喷嘴5间建立的电弧)和转移型弧(阴极8与工件I间建立的电弧3)。等离子弧熔覆的主要热源是转移型等离子弧。熔覆过程一直有保护气12进行保护。
[0004] 在采用联合弧堆焊时,一般采用两台独立的直流弧焊机作电源,分别供给非转移弧(简称“非弧”)和转移弧(简称“转弧”)。两个电源的负极并联在一起,通过水电缆接至焊枪21的钨电级(阴极8)。非弧电源10的正极通过水电缆接至焊枪21的喷嘴5。转弧电源11的正极接至工件I。循环冷却水7通过水电缆引至焊枪21,冷却喷嘴5和阴极8。电离气体9通过电磁气阀和流量调节器进入焊枪21。非弧电源10接通后,借助在阴极8和喷嘴5之间产生的高频火花引燃非转移弧。转弧电源11接通后,借助非弧在钨极和工件I间造成的导电通道,引燃转弧。转弧引燃后,可保留或切断非弧,主要利用转弧的热量在工件I表面产生熔池和熔化合金粉末4。合金粉末4按需要量连续供给,借助送粉气流送入焊枪21,并吹入电弧3中。粉末在弧柱中被预先加热,呈熔化或半熔化状态落入熔池,在熔池里充分熔化,并排出气体和浮出熔渣。通过调节转移弧电流来控制熔化合金粉末4和传递给工件I的热量,合金粉末4和工件I表层熔合。随着焊枪21和工件I的相对移动,合金熔池逐渐凝固,便在工件I上获得所需要的合金堆焊层2。
[0005] 现有技术存在的问题:粉末等离子熔覆需要水、电、气、粉联合供应才能工作,现有技术是每部分独立开来,要移动很麻烦,必须拆开再搬运和重新连接;工作时候,控制也是分开,不能集中控制和调节参数;起弧收弧不能自动调节参数,起弧收弧效果不好;采用两台独立的的直流弧焊机作电源,从而使得主机笨重不易携带,进而使得机器只适合单项工作,不宜外出工作。
发明内容
[0006] 本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种省时省力的一体化手持式等离子熔覆设备。
[0007] 为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:
[0008] —体化手持式等离子熔覆设备,包括等离子熔覆焊枪以及与等离子熔覆焊枪连接的等离子熔覆主机和气瓶,还包括装有滚轮的车体,所述等离子熔覆主机和气瓶设在车体上。
[0009] 进一步地,所述的等离子熔覆主机包括有等离子熔覆控制系统、等离子熔覆专用电源、循环水冷系统和送粉器,所述等离子熔覆专用电源的正负极分别与等离子熔覆焊枪的阴阳极电连接,所述等离子熔覆专用电源的负极还与被加工工件连接;所述循环水冷系统,用以冷却等离子熔覆焊枪,所述送粉器通过送粉管线与等离子熔覆焊枪连通。
[0010] 进一步地,所述等离子熔覆专用电源设在循环水冷系统的顶部,送粉器设在等离子熔覆专用电源上,循环水冷系统设在所述的车体上。
[0011] 进一步地,所述车体上设有气瓶固定架。
[0012] 进一步地,所述滚轮采用万向轮。
[0013] 进一步地,所述的等离子熔覆专用电源采用了 IGBT逆变式弧焊电源,单电源双输出结构,改变了现有需要用到两个不同电源的结构形式。
[0014] 本实用新型的有益效果:由于采用上述的结构形式,采用一体化设计,只需要推动车体就可以移动整套的等离子熔覆设备,不需要逐件搬动,也不需要重新连接管线,省时省力。主机采用数字化的控制系统及人机界面操作系统,专用的等离子熔覆电源,大大加强了设备的易用性和可靠性。

具体实施方式
[0020] 如图2、3所示,一体化手持式等离子熔覆设备,包括等离子熔覆焊枪21以及与等离子熔覆焊枪21连接的等离子熔覆主机22和气瓶16,还包括装有滚轮13的车体14,所述滚轮13采用万向轮,所述等离子熔覆主机22和气瓶16设在车体14上,所述车体14的气瓶固定架15,将气瓶16固定。
[0021] 所述的等离子熔覆主机22包括有等离子熔覆控制系统18、等离子熔覆专用电源19、循环水冷系统20和送粉器17,所述等离子熔覆专用电源19设在循环水冷系统20的顶部,送粉器17设在等离子熔覆专用电源19上,循环水冷系统20设在所述的车体14上。所述等离子熔覆专用电源19的正负极分别与等离子熔覆焊枪21的阴阳极电连接,所述等离子熔覆专用电源19的负极还与被加工工件I连接;所述循环水冷系统20,用以冷却等离子熔覆焊枪21,所述送粉器17通过送粉管线与等离子熔覆焊枪21连通。所述的等离子熔覆专用电源19采用了 IGBT逆变式弧焊电源,单电源双输出结构。
[0022] 设备采用一体化设计,只需要推动车体14就可以移动整套的等离子熔覆设备,不需要逐件搬动,也不需要重新连接管线,省时省力。等离子熔覆主机22中的等离子熔覆控制系统18采用数字化的控制系统及人机界面操作系统,可以集中控制各种工作参数,以及控制起弧和收弧的过程。专用的纯等离子熔覆电源体积小重量轻适合在任何场合工作,大大加强了设备的易用性和可靠性。

1.一种一体化手持式等离子熔覆设备,包括等离子熔覆焊枪以及与等离子熔覆焊枪连接的等离子熔覆主机和气瓶,其特征在于:还包括装有滚轮的车体,所述等离子熔覆主机和气瓶设在车体上。
2.根据权利要求1的一体化手持式等离子熔覆设备,其特征在于:所述的等离子熔覆主机包括有等离子熔覆控制系统、等离子熔覆专用电源、循环水冷系统和送粉器,所述等离子熔覆专用电源的正负极分别与等离子熔覆焊枪的阴阳极电连接,所述等离子熔覆专用电源的负极还与被加工工件连接;所述循环水冷系统,用以冷却等离子熔覆焊枪,所述送粉器通过送粉管线与等离子熔覆焊枪连通。
3.根据权利要求2的一体化手持式等离子熔覆设备,其特征在于:所述等离子熔覆专用电源设在循环水冷系统的顶部,送粉器设在等离子熔覆专用电源上,循环水冷系统设在所述的车体上。
4.根据权利要求2的一体化手持式等离子熔覆设备,其特征在于:所述车体上设有气瓶固定架。
5.根据权利要求2的一体化手持式等离子熔覆设备,其特征在于:所述滚轮采用万向轮。
6.根据权利要求2的一体化手持式等离子熔覆设备,其特征在于:所述的等离子熔覆专用电源采用了 IGBT逆变式弧焊电源,单电源双输出结构。
