Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种催化剂混合搅拌桶，包括设有顶部设有桶盖的桶体，桶体下方设有出料口，所述桶盖中央设有竖直伸入桶体内的搅拌棒，搅拌棒顶端与设在桶盖上的减速机传动连接，搅拌棒的底端接近桶体底部，所述搅拌棒上设有至少一层搅拌叶，在搅拌棒的底部设有一截中空的储存腔，所述搅拌棒上设有储存腔的侧壁上至少设有两个通孔，储存腔通过通孔与桶体内部连通。本实用新型通过在搅拌棒的底部设置储存腔，预先将催化剂注入储存腔内，然后在进行搅拌的时候，催化剂被搅拌棒直接送入搅拌桶的底部，使混合效果更均匀，混合工艺时长更短。特别是，催化剂的加入比例可以精确控制。

背景技术
搅拌机是各种行业经常用到的设备，如食品配料的搅拌、混凝土的搅拌等等，在化工行业更是如此，不同的原料添加到一起，为了使反应或者融合均匀，都需要搅拌机来对混合物进行搅拌。
在有的化工原料进行混合时，后加入的原料密度小于其他原料的密度，这样便会造成后加入的原料会漂浮在其他原料上，在搅拌时需要更多的时间去进行搅拌，这样的话，既增加了工艺时长，又增加了能耗。特别是当后加入的原料是微量的催化剂，更需要较长的时间。
实用新型内容
为了克服上述缺陷，本实用新型提供了一种催化剂混合搅拌桶，可以从其他原料的底部加入催化剂，降低混合工艺的时长。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：
催化剂混合搅拌桶，包括设有顶部设有桶盖的桶体，桶体下方设有出料口，所述桶盖中央设有竖直伸入桶体内的搅拌棒，搅拌棒顶端与设在桶盖上的减速机传动连接，搅拌棒的底端接近桶体底部，所述搅拌棒上设有至少一层搅拌叶，在搅拌棒的底部设有一截中空的储存腔，所述搅拌棒上设有储存腔的侧壁上至少设有两个通孔，储存腔通过通孔与桶体内部连通。
所述桶体上半部为圆柱状，下半部为圆锥形。
所述搅拌叶为三层。
本实用新型的有益效果：
本实用新型通过在搅拌棒的底部设置储存腔，预先将催化剂注入储存腔内，然后在进行搅拌的时候，催化剂被搅拌棒直接送入搅拌桶的底部，使催化剂可以从其他原料的内部进行混合搅拌，使混合效果更均匀，混合工艺时长更短。特别是，催化剂的加入比例可以精确控制。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型包括设有顶部设有桶盖2的桶体1，桶体1下方设有出料口3，所述桶盖2中央设有竖直伸入桶体1内的搅拌棒4，搅拌棒4顶端与设在桶盖2上的减速机5传动连接，搅拌棒4的底端接近桶体1底部，所述搅拌棒4上设有至少一层搅拌叶6，所述搅拌叶6为三层。
为了方便混合后的混合液流出，桶体1上半部为圆柱状，下半部为圆锥形。
如图2所示，在搅拌棒4的底部设有一截中空的储存腔7，所述搅拌棒4上设有储存腔7的侧壁上至少设有两个通孔8，储存腔7通过通孔8与桶体1内部连通。
储存腔7用于预先放置催化剂，在搅拌棒4搅拌工作旋转过程中，催化剂会从通孔8流出，而且多个通孔8可以使原料以及催化剂在桶体1和储存腔7之间流动，是两者混合更充分。

1. 催化剂混合搅拌桶，包括设有顶部设有桶盖的桶体，桶体下方设有出料口，其特征在于：所述桶盖中央设有竖直伸入桶体内的搅拌棒，搅拌棒顶端与设在桶盖上的减速机传动连接，搅拌棒的底端接近桶体底部，所述搅拌棒上设有至少一层搅拌叶，在搅拌棒的底部设有一截中空的储存腔，所述搅拌棒上设有储存腔的侧壁上至少设有两个通孔，储存腔通过通孔与桶体内部连通。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的催化剂混合搅拌桶，其特征在于：所述桶体上半部为圆柱状，下半部为圆锥形。
