背景技术
脐带缆(Umbilical)是电缆(动力缆或信号缆)、光缆(单模或多模光缆)、液压或化学药剂管(钢管或软管)的组合。脐带缆的主要功能有：为水下生产系统提供电能；为水下生产系统控制提供液压通道；提供油气田开发所需化学药剂管线；传递上部模块的控制信号及水下生产系统传感器数据。 
目前，我国已成为脐带缆生产及应用的大国。近些年，随着社会经济的发展，对脐带缆的要求越来越高，传统的脐带缆结构不稳定、抗拉伸性能差、易变形、抗挤压性能差且比重也较大，还存在易损伤不易操作等问题。 
所以研究一种结构稳定、抗拉伸性能高、抗弯抗变形性能高、抗挤压性能高的脐带缆是目前绳缆制造技术面临的重大问题。 
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是如何克服现有技术存在的不足，提供一种脐带缆。本实用新型产品结构稳定、抗拉伸性能高、抗弯抗变形性能高、抗挤压性能高。 
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一种脐带缆，所述脐带缆设置有加强缆，所述加强缆为热牵伸处理的绳缆，所述加强缆平行置放于脐带缆中心，所述加强缆外部设置有光纤及电缆，所述光纤、电缆及加强缆之间设置有平直纤维，所述平直纤维平行置放于光纤与电缆的周围，所述光纤、电缆整体扭曲成旋绕结构，所述旋绕结构外面设置有加强层，所述加强层与旋绕结构之间的间隙填充有功能性纤维，所述加强层外部设置有绝缘保护层。 
所述平直纤维有效减小脐带缆重量，同时对光纤、电缆形成有效保护。 
所述加强层采用强力纤维，有效提高轴向钢度。 
所述旋绕结构，形成延伸空间，有效提高抗拉伸性能。 
所述功能性纤维在脐带缆受挤压或弯曲时，有效提高其抗变型能力，同时保证脐带缆结构更加稳定。 
所述绝缘保护层具有绝缘、耐磨、防水的功能。

以下参照附图，详细说明本实用新型一种脐带缆实施例。 
本实用新型采用经过热牵伸处理的纤维绳缆放置于脐带缆中间以作加强缆1；平直纤维2平行置放于光纤3与电缆4的周围，有效减小脐带缆的重量，同时减轻对光纤3、电缆4的受力；所述光纤3、电缆4整体扭曲成旋绕结构，所述旋绕结构形成的延伸空间可有效提高抗拉伸性能；所述旋绕结构外面设置有一层加强层6，所述加强层6采用强力纤维，可有效提高轴向钢度；在旋绕结构与加强层6之间间隙填充有功能性纤维5，有效保证脐带缆受挤压或弯曲时的抗变型能力，同时脐带缆结构更加稳定；最后整体进行绝缘保护层7包覆。

1.一种脐带缆，其特征在于：所述脐带缆设置有加强缆，所述加强缆为热牵伸处理的绳缆，所述加强缆平行置放于脐带缆中心，所述加强缆外部设置有光纤及电缆，所述光纤、电缆及加强缆之间设置有平直纤维，所述平直纤维平行置放于光纤与电缆的周围，所述光纤、电缆整体扭曲成旋绕结构，所述旋绕结构外部设置有加强层，所述加强层与所述旋绕结构之间的间隙填充有功能性纤维，所述加强层外部设置有绝缘保护层。
