Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种碳酸钙干燥机,包括除尘器、进料口、传送带、干燥箱和排料口,干燥箱上侧设有除尘器与进料口,干燥箱内设有传送带,干燥箱下侧设有出料口,进料口与出料口通过传送带连通,干燥箱还包括风机、加热箱、烘干槽、吸风盒和出风过渡室,风机通过出风过渡室与加热箱连通,加热箱与烘干槽连通,烘干槽下方设有传送带,吸风盒设置于烘干槽中,吸风盒与风机通过吸风弯管连接。干燥箱中风机将风吸入加热箱产生热风,热风进入烘干槽为湿料烘干除湿,带有余温的热风被烘干槽中的吸风盒吸入风机中,形成风机与烘干槽的热风循环系统,有效利用多余的热风,温度提高快,热处理迅速,节约烘箱空间,节能环保,提高热能利用率。

[0006] 通过采用上述技术方案,碳酸钙湿料从进料口进入干燥机,通过传送带进入干燥箱,干燥后的碳酸钙从排料口出去,干燥箱中风机将风吸入加热箱产生热风,热风进入烘干槽为湿料烘干除湿,带有余温的尾气被烘干槽中的吸风盒吸入风机中,形成风机与烘干槽的热风循环系统,吸收烘干槽中的热风,有效利用多余的热风,温度提高快,热处理迅速,节约烘箱空间,节能环保,提高热能利用率。

[0017] 一种碳酸钙干燥机,包括除尘器3、进料口 2、传送带5、干燥箱1、和排料口,所述干燥箱1上侧设有除尘器3与进料口 2,所述干燥箱1内设有传送带5,所述干燥箱1下侧设有出料口 13,所述进料口 2与出料口 13通过传送带5连通,所述干燥箱1还包括风机9、加热箱12、烘干槽6、吸风盒10和出风过渡室8,所述风机9通过出风过渡室8与加热箱12连通,所述加热箱12与烘干槽6连通,所述烘干槽6下方设有传送带5,所述吸风盒10设置于烘干槽6中,所述吸风盒10与风机9通过吸风弯管连接,碳酸钙湿料从进料口 2进入干燥机,通过传送带5进入干燥箱1,干燥后的碳酸钙从排料口出去,干燥箱1中风机9将风吸入加热箱12产生热风,热风进入烘干槽6为湿料烘干除湿,带有余温的尾气被烘干槽6中的吸风盒10吸入风机9中,形成风机9与烘干槽6的热风循环系统,吸收烘干槽6中的热风,有效利用多余的热风,温度提高快,热处理迅速,节约烘箱空间,节能环保,提高热能利用率。

1.一种碳酸钙干燥机,包括除尘器、进料口、传送带、干燥箱和排料口,所述干燥箱上侧设有除尘器与进料口,所述干燥箱内设有传送带,所述干燥箱下侧设有出料口,所述进料口与出料口通过传送带连通,其特征是:所述干燥箱还包括风机、加热箱、烘干槽、吸风盒和出风过渡室,所述风机通过出风过渡室与加热箱连通,所述加热箱与烘干槽连通,所述烘干槽下方设有传送带,所述吸风盒设置于烘干槽中,所述吸风盒与风机通过吸风弯管连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳酸钙干燥机,其特征是:所述加热箱与出风过渡室之间设有热电偶。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种碳酸钙干燥机,其特征是:干燥机上部加装陶析环及旋流片。
