[0002] 由于热固性塑料(常见的有 PMC: Phenolic Molding Compounds and BMC: BulkMolding Compounds)成型后具有硬而脆特性及进胶口大的特点,从制件上在注入口处去除进胶口,一直以来是从事热固性塑料专业技术人员,需针对不同的产品以及产品的不同的要求,要研宄出不同的去除方法及工艺,如果方法使用不当,在去除的过程中一是会影响产品的外观,二是会损坏产品,并会耗费大量的人力处理进胶口的外观。针对较大的圆盘类产品(如图1所示),这类产品的原料是属于带高强度的长玻璃纤维的BMC ( Bulk MoldingCompounds)材料,这款BMC材料经注塑成形后它的强度特别高,另外由于长纤维的原因,造成材料的流动性会比较低下,所以模具的几个进胶口形成的注入口就比较大,它的注入口在产品的中间,注入口为一直经为100丽,高度为:3丽,要把这样一个成型后的制件,把流道从产品的进胶口上分离开,是一件有一定难度的工作。

1.一种热固性塑料注入口专用冲切机,其特征在于:包括上固定板(I)、下固定板(2)、移动板(3)、至少两根哥林柱(4)、主气缸(5)、机架(6)、模治具(7),所述主气缸(5)设有气缸轴(51),所述模治具(7)包括上模(71)和下模(72),所述哥林柱(4)两端分别固定安装上固定板(I)和下固定板(2),所述移动板(3)置于上固定板(I)和下固定板(2)之间与哥林柱(4)滑动连接,所述下固定板(2)安装于机架(6),所述主气缸(5)安装于上固定板(1)上,所述气缸轴(51)固定连接于移动板(3),所述模治具(7)置于下固定板(2)和移动板(3)之间,所述上模(71)安装于移动板(3),所述下模(72)安装于所述下固定板(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的热固性塑料注入口专用冲切机,其特征在于:所述模治具(7)包括上模(71)和下模(72),所述上模(71)包括面板(711)、中板(712)、活动压板(713)、冲头(714)、导柱(715)、拉杆(716)、弹性元件(717),所述中板(712)固定安装于面板(711),所述中板(712)四个角落处各设有一根导柱(715),所述活动压板(713)置于中板(712)下与导柱(715)滑动连接,所述拉杆(716)穿过活动压板(713)和中板(712)固定安装于面板(711),所述拉杆(716)与活动压板(713)活动连接,所述中板(712)与活动压板(713)之间设有弹性元件(717),所述冲头(714)穿过面板(711)、中板(712)和活动压板(713)固定安装于面板(711),所述冲头(714)与活动压板(713)活动连接;所述下模(72)设有容纳并定位待加工产品(8)的空腔(721)和下废料的废料通道(722);待加工产品(8)置于空腔(721)内,所述上模(71)向下模(72)方向运动,所述活动压板(713)在弹性元件(717)作用下先压住待加工产品(8),然后所述冲头(714)再向下运动冲切掉待加工产品(8)内的水口废料(81),所述水口废料(81)经废料通道(722)下料。
3.如权利要求2所述的热固性塑料注入口专用冲切机,其特征在于:所述弹性元件(717)为弹簧。
4.如权利要求2所述的热固性塑料注入口专用冲切机,其特征在于:所述下模(72)还设有方便取放产品的缺口(723)。
5.如权利要求1至4任一项所述的热固性塑料注入口专用冲切机,其特征在于:所述热固性塑料注入口专用冲切机还设有增压气缸(9),所述增压气缸(9)与主气缸(5)连接,用于增加主气缸(5)的压力。
