[0001] 本实用新型涉及纺织行业的编织设备技术领域,特别涉及一种织机上用于控制纱罗织物经纱的装置。
背景技术
[0002] 目前,纱罗织物经纱的控制装置常配备有许多根相邻的各带一个经纱导纱眼的针综和许多具有相邻的经纱导纱眼的元件。经纱与固定的针综按针综的纵向进行交叉运动。设置有导纱眼的元件在导向装置内引导按针综纵向进行的纵向运动和其后交叉进行的横向运动。对于这种类型的设备来说,被上述元件引导的经纱交替地在针的左右移动,多根经纱连续移动并且连续地经纱左右交替织造,这种经纱的左右摆动在织造速度过高时会对纱线产生磨损且会有织疵的危险,因此这种类型的装置不适合进行高速织造。
实用新型内容
[0003] 为了解决织造纱罗织物的织机在高速织造时产生的磨损纱线及织疵危险问题,本实用新型提供了一种织机上用于控制纱罗织物经纱的装置,包括多个综框、支架、第一综丝、第二综丝、双向支架、连杆组和多臂机构;所述第一综丝和第二综丝成对前后安装在所述支架上;所述支架并排平行设置,并且与所述综框相连;所述综框上下横梁分别连接有多个木框;所述综框安装在织机两侧的挡板内;所述综框与所述连杆组相连;所述连杆组与多臂机构相连;相邻综框间设置有所述双向支架,所述第一综丝和第二综丝分别穿过所述双向支架;所述双向支架通过尼龙片和弹簧与织机的上下横梁分别连接。
[0004] 所述第一综丝和第二综丝均由两根基综和一根“U”型绞综构成;所述两根基综分别安装在所述支架上,并且所述两根基综两端均有基综综耳;所述“U”型绞综上端有绞综综眼,所述“U”型绞综两臂末端有绞综综耳,所述“U”型绞综骑跨在所述两根基综上;所述第一综丝与第二综丝的绞综综耳互为反方向。

[0009] 本实用新型提供的用于织造纱罗织物的织机所使用的控制经纱的装置,具有适合粗支纱线高速织造、开口清晰及避免剐蹭纱线等优点,结构设计简单、合理;通过在综框的支架及用弹簧作补偿作用的双向支架上安装特殊的第一、第二综丝,在多臂机构的带动下,综框在垂直于经纱水平面的方向上进行有规律的上下运动,带动第一、第二综丝的起综运动,使旋转经纱在静止经纱左右扭绞,从而达到了安全可靠的高速织造,并且综框在织机两侧挡板的沟槽内稳定运行,不易出现断线,降低了因摆动产生织疵的危险。

具体实施方式
[0023] 下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型技术方案作进一步描述。
[0024] 纱罗织物的特性产生于交织点、绞织特性的不同构造,纱线的交织可通过两种经纱相互捻回而实现,从而无需使纬纱与经纱交织;在每个织造周期中,经纱组都是一根经纱在上,一根经纱在下,经纱不是通过相互交换上下位置产生交织作用,而是通过相互捻回产生交织作用。因此,经纱通常被分为两组,包括静止经纱组15和旋转经纱组14(如图1所示),通过特殊的经纱控制机构使它们产生左右交替的捻回运动。
[0025] 本实施例用于织造纱罗织物的织机所使用的控制经纱的装置,采用了由两根基综和一根“U”型绞综构成的综丝,包括第一综丝和第二综丝。图2为沿着织机宽度方向均匀地安装有多根本实施例综丝的织机整体结构示意图。本实施例的第一综丝I和第二综丝^均由两根基综2和一根“U”型纟父综构成;两根基综两端均有基综综耳;“U”型纟父综上端有绞综综眼,“U”型绞综两臂末端有绞综综耳,“U”型绞综骑跨在两根基综上;第一综丝I与第二综丝I ’的不同点在于:第一综丝I的“U”型绞综3与第二综丝I ’的“U”型绞综3 ’的绞综综耳互为反方向(“U”型绞综3的绞综综耳方向朝下,“U”型绞综3 '的绞综综耳方向朝上),如图5a和图5b所示。如图4所示,第一综丝和第二综丝成对前后放置;第二综丝的两根基综分别安装在支架41、42上,第一综丝的两根基综分别安装在支架43、44上;支架41、42、43、44并排平行设置,且按顺序分别固定在综框51、52、53、54上。在实际应用中,支架与综框的数量可以根据设计需要,安排任意成对的多个;支架可采用活动连接方式,方便拆卸更换。
[0026] 如图2和图3所示,综框51、52、53、54前后并排平行放置(本实施例中设定进经纱的方向即后梁是前方向,织出布的方向为后方向),每个综框的上下横梁均连接有多个长方形木框6,木框6的厚度大于综框的厚度以防止综框运动时相互产生摩擦。如图2和图12所示,综框延伸至织机整个宽度,安装在织机两侧的挡板231内设置的多个沟槽中,并通过钩夹与连杆组7相连,连杆组7通过多臂机构8的驱动而运动。
[0027] 如图2和图3所示,双向支架91设置在综框51和综框52之间,双向支架91穿过第二综丝P的“U”型绞综3'的绞综综耳,双向支架91通过螺丝与尼龙片10连接,尼龙片10通过弹簧11连接在上方的金属横梁121上;双向支架92设置在综框53和54之间,双向支架92穿过第一综丝I的“U”型绞综3的绞综综耳,双向支架92通过螺丝与尼龙片10连接,尼龙片10通过弹簧11连接在下方的金属横梁122上。金属横梁延伸至织机整个宽度,并固定在织机的边侧框架(图中未示出)上。弹簧11按照均匀地间距设置在金属横梁上。
[0028] 如图2和12所示,驱动机构驱动多臂机构8在一个平面内进行上下垂直运动,多臂机构8包括第一臂杆组80、滑杆组81和第二臂杆组82 ;第一臂杆组80与滑杆组81连接,滑杆组81与连杆组7连接;第二臂杆组82与滑杆组81中部连接,用于支撑连杆组7 ;外部驱动机构通过滑杆组81驱动连杆组7做有规律地上下运动。第一臂杆组80包括多根并排设置的第一臂杆;滑杆组81包括多根并排设置的滑杆;第二臂杆组82包括多根并排设置的第二臂杆;相应地,连杆组7包括多根并排设置的连杆;第一臂杆、滑杆、第二臂杆和连杆的数量均相等。本实施例中,第一臂杆组80包括4根第一臂杆、滑杆组81包括4根滑杆、第二臂杆组82包括4根第二臂杆,连杆组7包括4根连杆;第一臂杆连接滑杆、滑杆连接连杆、第二臂杆与滑杆中部连接,用于支撑连杆。每个综框的上横梁或下横梁均连接有一组固定的连杆组7,本实施例中每个综框的下横梁均连接有一组固定的连杆组7。综框在垂直于经纱水平面的平面内运动。多臂机构的规律运动主要由机械式纹板阅读装置来控制,这种装置是通过探针主动探索纹板有孔、无孔来传递信息,有孔则综框升起,无孔则综框下降。通过设计这种纹板,多臂机构的运动形式发生改变,包括多臂机构驱动的综框上升下降起伏规律和上升下降的持续时间等,这些改变会影响旋转经纱和静止经纱形成的绞转梭口、开放梭口、平梭口的形成,从而形成特殊的纱罗织物。
[0029] 如图1至图4所示,本实施例用于控制纱罗织物经纱的方法包括:经纱通过后梁13从经轴被弓I出,从后梁向前,经纱被分为旋转经纱组和静止经纱组,经纱按顺序依次通过经停片16,经停片16为经纱张力变动的补偿装置;静止经纱组先被引入第二综丝的“U”型绞综的综眼,然后穿过第一综丝的两根基综的空档,最后进入钢筘241的滑动件之间;旋转经纱组先穿过第二综丝的两根基综的空档,然后被引入第一综丝的“U”型绞综的综眼,最后进入与静止经纱组共用的钢筘241的滑动件之间。经轴上的经纱依次按上述方式引入经纱控制装置,在钢筘的滑动件之间的各槽就可以分别接收各组内的一根旋转经纱和一根静止经纱,在滑动件之间的各槽里引导的经纱共同形成一个绞经组织,只要引入纬纱19,就可产生纱罗织物。
[0030] 在多臂机构8有规律的驱动下,综框54、52上升,综框53、51下降,综框上连接的支架也相应的上升或下降,即支架44、42上升,支架43、41下降。支架44带动第一综丝的基综24上升,骑跨在基综的“U”型绞综随着基综24上升,基综23在支架43的带动下下降。同理,支架41带动第二综丝的基综21下降,骑跨在基综的“U”型绞综随着基综21下降,基综22在支架42的带动下上升。这些动作最终使穿入第一综丝的“U”型绞综的综眼的旋转经纱随着第一综丝的上升而上升至最高点,穿入第二综丝的“U”型绞综的综眼的静止经纱随着第二综丝的下降而下降至最低点,而旋转经纱在静止经纱组的右侧升起,旋转经纱14与静止经纱15没有扭绞,形成了清晰的开放梭口,其中开放梭口的经纱底面是由静止经纱15形成,开放梭口的经纱顶面是由旋转经纱14形成,如图6和图7所示。此时,送纬剑携带纬纱进入梭口,接纬剑接收送纬剑上的纬纱,完成开放梭口的打纬动作。随后,综框54、52下降,综框53、51上升,综框上连接的支架也相应的下降或上升至如图8和图9的相应位置;同时在弹簧11的作用下,双向支架91上的第二综丝及双向支架92上的第一综丝快速复位,形成平梭口。支架43带动第一综丝的基综23上升,骑跨在基综的“U”型绞综随着基综23上升,基综24在支架44的带动下下降;同理,支架42带动第二综丝的基综22下降,骑跨在基综的U型绞综随着基综22下降,基综21在支架41的带动下上升。这些动作最终使穿入第一综丝的“U”型绞综的综眼的旋转经纱扭转到静止经纱的左侧,并且随着第一综丝的上升而上升至最高点,穿入第二综丝的“U”型绞综的综眼的静止经纱随着第二综丝的下降而下降至最低点,由于旋转经纱与静止经纱发生扭绞、左右位置互相交替,形成了清晰的绞转梭口,其中绞转梭口的经纱底面是由静止经纱15形成,绞转梭口的经纱顶面是由旋转经纱14形成,如图10和图11所示。此时,送纬剑携带纬纱进入梭口,接纬剑接收送纬剑上的纬纱,完成绞转梭口的打纬动作。随后,综框53、51下降,综框54、52上升,综框上连接的支架也相应的下降或上升至如图8和图9的相应位置;同时在弹簧11的作用下,双向支架91上的第二综丝及双向支架92上的第一综丝快速复位,形成平梭口。
[0031] 在生产纱罗织物时,开放梭口和绞转梭口的运动交替反复进行,并在每次清晰梭口形成时,进行投纬动作,即:旋转经纱总是交替地穿到静止经纱的左右两侧,并在静止经纱左右两侧升至最高点时,纬纱进行打纬,从而形成纱罗织物组织。
[0032] 在本实施例中,纱罗织机设置了由第一综丝和第二综丝组成的两套综丝,每套综丝需要固定在两排综框上。类似的,可根据织造工艺中的经纱密度和总颗数参数设计,设置三套或更多套的综丝供经纱排列,相应地,综框是成倍数的设置。
[0033] 尽管优选在织机宽度范围内均匀布置本实施例的综丝,但也可以根据需求在织机的宽度范围内调节本实施例综丝的密度以达到不同间距布置,这能够形成特殊的纱罗织物。
[0034] 在任何情况下,一根旋转经纱和一根静止经纱所组成的一对经纱组可以由一套本实施例综丝所引导,应当明了可以借助一个特定的本实施例综丝引导两根或更多根经纱,这能够形成特殊的纱罗织物。
[0035] 本实施例用于织造纱罗织物的织机所使用的控制经纱的装置,具有如下优点:
[0036] 1、与经纱接触的综丝通过两组综框有规律的上下垂直运动实现了标准的梭口运动,这种垂直运动的驱动机构,可以设置在综框的上下方,直接形成空间大且清晰的梭口。在配置有许多导纱眼的元件和带导纱眼的针综装置中,导纱眼的元件除了按针综的纵向完成纵向运动外,还要按针综的横向完成横向运动,导纱眼的元件复杂的运动将对织机工作频率产生冲击作用。相比于配置有许多导纱眼的元件和带导纱眼的针综装置,本实用新型实施例采用特殊结构综丝的控制装置,简化了驱动机构,提高了动作的精准性。
[0037] 2、为了防止静止经纱在两根基综上下交替运动时嵌入U型绞综和基综之间,影响捻回运动,本实用新型实施例特别设置了两组不同结构的U型绞综和基综组合,分别形成第一综丝和第二综丝的形式。两组不同结构的综丝带动经纱可实现上下开口及扭绞运动。由于两组不同结构的综丝通过支架分别固定在综框上,在起伏的综框的带动下,各自互不干扰地做上下动作,因此每组经纱都是相对独立互不干扰的;相比于配置有许多导纱眼的元件和带导纱眼的针综装置,不会出现由于导纱眼内的经纱未贴近在固定安装的针综位置,而导致针综引起的摆动危险和针综磨损纱线起毛的现象。
