[0002] 在现有方形铝壳锂离子电池的生产过程中,将电池电芯装入方形铝壳后,需要将电池盖板分别与电芯的正负极耳焊接,由于加工要求,负极耳采用的是电阻焊,正极耳采用超声波焊接的方式,而且正极耳焊接后还要将其折弯才能保证最后的组装。目前电池制造企业大都采用手工单工位焊接正负极耳,以及手工折极耳。用手工单工位焊接正负极耳的方式,往往导致盖板与极耳的位置定位精度差,生产效率较低,产品合格率较低,手工折极耳因员工的熟练程度与随意性,也会导致产品不良品增加,使企业经营成本过高。

[0003] 本实用新型的目的是提供一种方形铝壳锂电池电芯盖板焊接机,适合于批量生产方形铝壳锂电池的加工方式,自动化程度高,焊接极耳定位准确,焊接牢固,并具备过长极耳剪切功能,从而提高生产效率和产品合格率,有效的解决了现有方形铝壳锂离子电池电芯正负极耳与盖板焊接的问题。
[0004] 本实用新型所采用的技术方案是,一种方形铝壳锂电池电芯盖板焊接机,它包括焊接机的工作台、工作台后侧安装的盖板自动输送装置及盖板输送槽、工作台左端安装的电芯自动收料装置,以及与焊接设备连接的操控装置,所述的工作台上装有一电芯平移搬运架,电芯平移搬运架上装有一根由气缸所控制上下和左右移动、并装有若干电芯搬运吸盘、且横跨工作台面安装的搬运横板,于搬运横板下方,按各加工工位设有若干电芯夹持平台,所述右端的电芯夹持平台用来做为电芯定边机构,对应电芯定边机构前面,装有切极耳机构;由电芯定边机构左侧起、依次设有的电芯夹持平台前面,按工位分别对应设有测短路机构、送盖板机构、盖板回转机构、电阻焊机构、超声波焊接机构;所述搬运横板左端的电芯夹持平台前面,设有一套电芯盖板极耳折弯整形机构;所述测短路机构和电阻焊机构共用的安装架中间安装的送盖板机构的盖板上夹送爪与盖板输送槽衔接。

[0027] 本实用新型方形铝壳锂电池电芯盖板焊接机运行工作时,工作台I上的搬运横板8通过电芯平移搬运架6气缸驱动向右移动,搬运横板8最右端的电芯搬运吸盘7将与电池电芯盖板焊接机衔接的电池电芯入壳机左端自动落料装置输送带(图中未示)上的电池电芯吸附起来,再向左移动至工作台I右端的电芯定边机构10基准平台18上方,电芯平移搬运架6气缸驱动向下移动搬运横板8向下移动,将电芯搬运吸盘7吸附电池电芯放到基准平台18上后,又向右移动准备去吸附下一块电池电芯,放到基准平台18上的电池电芯由真空吸盘嘴21吸附后,并由气缸驱动侧定位夹板20横移,将电池电芯向定位基板19靠紧并夹紧电池电芯;此时,基准平台18支架板面下方连接的步进马达22和丝杠23驱动基准平台18带着电池电芯向切极耳机构10 ’移动,当电池电芯移动到切极耳机构10 ’下方,电池电芯的负极耳将切极耳机构10 '顶端极耳激光感应器28遮挡,极耳激光感应器28感应到信号,步进马达根据设定参数运行一段距离,将电池电芯的正极极耳置于上切刀27和下切刀27丨之间,在气缸驱动下,将电池电芯的正极极耳按要求长度切断,切去长出部分,随后步进马达22和丝杠23驱动基准平台18带着电池电芯向后退,经光电管24和检测钢片25组成的前后移动限位机构完成定位,电芯平移搬运架6气缸驱动搬运横板8向下移动,用右边第二个搬运吸盘7将基准平台18上的电池电芯电芯吸附,气缸驱动侧定位夹板20横移放开电池电芯,电芯平移搬运架6气缸驱动搬运横板8向上、向左移动,用电芯搬运吸盘Ί将吸附的电池电芯放到测短路机构11位置电芯夹持平台9的基准平台18上面,与此同时,最右边的搬运吸盘7又将电池电芯入壳机左端自动落料装置输送带上的电池电芯吸附起来,放到电芯定边机构10的基准平台18上面进行定位、切极耳;进入测短路机构11位置,放置在电芯夹持平台9的基准平台18上面电池电芯由真空吸盘嘴21吸住,测短路机构11气缸驱动一对触头29向下移动,进行正负极耳之间的短路测试。短路测试结束后,真空吸盘嘴21释放电池电芯,经过短路测试的电池电芯又被第三个搬运吸盘7向左移动至电阻焊机构14的电芯夹持平台9基准平台18上面由真空吸盘嘴21吸住,经侧定位夹板20和压板压住定位。
[0028] 此时安装在安装架中间的送盖板机构12盖板上夹送爪17由盖板自动输送装置2的盖板输送槽3中夹取一片竖直的盖板,移送至下面与其对接的盖板接送爪33中夹住,经回转气缸驱动齿轮和齿条带动盖板接送爪33回转90度,将竖直的盖板转为水平状态,然后放到送盖板机构12左侧安装的盖板回转机构13盖板平台35中间回转盘37的顶升块36右边,经气缸驱动齿轮和齿条带动回转盘37转动180度,将顶升块36顶起与盖板平台35平齐,由盖板平台35上平面装有的盖板平推杆38将推至电阻焊机构14电芯夹持平台9基准平台18上面、夹紧定位电池电芯的正负极耳下方,电阻焊机构14电阻焊焊头32上方极耳激光感应器28感应到信号,电阻焊焊头32随电阻焊导向滑块31向下移动到负极耳处,实施电阻焊,将负极极耳与盖板的负极片焊在一起。
[0029] 完成负极耳电阻焊后,基准平台18的压板和侧定位夹板20松开,真空吸盘嘴21释放电池电芯,该电池电芯又被后一个搬运吸盘7向左移动至超声波焊接机构15电芯夹持平台9的基准平台18上面,由真空吸盘嘴21吸住,经侧定位夹板20和压板压住定位。超声波焊接机构15的超声波焊接机对电池电芯正极耳实施超声波焊接,将正极极耳与盖板的正极片焊在一起。
[0030] 完成正极极耳的超声波焊接后,基准平台18的压板和侧定位夹板20松开,真空吸盘嘴21释放电池电芯,该电池电芯又被后一个搬运吸盘7向左移动至电芯盖板极耳折弯整形机构16,电芯夹持平台9的基准平台18上面,由真空吸盘嘴21吸住,经侧定位夹板20夹紧定位。此时位于电池电芯左侧的盖板极耳折弯装置39的移送架41向右移动,用移送架41前端立架42上端轴孔中的盖板夹嘴43夹住平放的盖板边缘,此时盖板整形装置40的上折刀45向前、向下移动到盖板与电池电芯焊接的正负极耳上方,盖板整形装置40的下折刀47向上移动到盖板与电池电芯焊接的正负极耳下方,盖板夹嘴43的后轴端连接的气缸向前伸出,驱动摇摆杆44带动盖板夹嘴43夹着盖板向上翻转90度,盖板整形装置40的上折刀45向下、下折刀47向上运动,形成错位对插,折弯正负极耳后退回,安装在盖板整形装置40主支架中段的气缸驱动顶送块46向前,将盖板顶送至电池电芯的端面压平,完成电芯盖板和极耳的折弯整形。
[0031] 在此需要说明的是,在有的加工工位之间还设有一些电芯夹持平台9,为的是让电芯平移搬运架6气缸驱动搬运横板8左、右移动时符合各电芯夹持平台9的间距,起到为电芯搬运吸盘7搬运电芯时的转接作用,让搬运电芯移动距离均等和协调。同时也可以根据需要,增加不同的焊接设备。
