Abstract
本实用新型公开了用于更换耐张塔双串绝缘子的支撑工具,它包括主体支架(1)、滑轮轴(4)和滑轮组件(6);所述主体支架(1)由U形底座(1-1)、垂直支架(1-2)和两个分别安装在垂直支架两侧的三角支撑架(1-3)组成,垂直支架(1-2)的顶部安装滑轮轴(4),垂直支架(1-2)的底部与U形底座(1-1)连接,U形底座(1-1)的底部装有锁紧螺栓(5),滑轮轴(4)上安装有位于垂直支架中垂线上的滑轮组件(6)。本实用新型支撑工具极大的方便了操作人员对绝缘子的更换作业,且达到了操作便捷、重量轻、简单实用的目的,操作人员的安全性以及工作效率都得到大大的提高。

背景技术
[0002]目前在对输电线路耐张塔双串绝缘子进行更换时,需要使用托瓶架配合大刀卡具,才能对绝缘子进行更换。工作中,需要塔上3人配合完成,将重达78kg的整串绝缘子安装到导线连接金具上,在高空作业面狭小,容易碰伤、夹伤、高空坠落,造成人身伤害。
实用新型内容
[0003] 本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能与大刀卡具配合使用的支撑工具,让输电线路工在作业时不需要使用托瓶架也能正常开展作业,极大的方便了操作人员对绝缘子的更换作业,且达到了操作便捷、重量轻、简单实用的目的,操作人员的安全性以及工作效率都得到大大的提高。

[0005] 本实用新型更换耐张塔双串绝缘子的支撑工具包括主体支架1、滑轮轴4和滑轮组件6 ;所述主体支架I由U形底座1-1、垂直支架1-2和两个分别安装在垂直支架两侧的三角支撑架1-3组成,垂直支架1-2的顶部往下2cm处安装滑轮轴4,垂直支架1_2的底部与U形底座1-1连接,U形底座1-1的底部装有锁紧螺栓5,滑轮轴4上安装有位于垂直支架中垂线上的滑轮组件6。
[0006] 所述滑轮轴4的两端装有开口销3,并设有盖型螺母2进行锁紧定位。

[0008] 1、使用本实用新型支撑工具进行耐张塔双串绝缘子更换操作,工作量大大降低,在进行更换绝缘子串时不需要搬运重达28斤的托瓶架,工作人员可由塔上操作人员3人减至2人配合完成;
[0009] 2、大大降低了工作人员碰伤、夹伤、高空坠落的风险,安全系数得到大大的提高;

具体实施方式
[0017] 如附图所示,本实用新型更换耐张塔双串绝缘子的支撑工具主要由主体支架1、滑轮轴4和滑轮组件6构成;主体支架I由U形底座1-1、垂直支架1-2和两个三角支撑架1-3组成,两个三角支撑架1-3分别安装在垂直支架的两侧,起到加强固定的作用,垂直支架1-2的顶部往下2cm处安装滑轮轴4,底部与U形底座1_1连接,U形底座1_1设有锁紧螺栓5,滑轮轴4上安装有位于垂直支架中垂线上的滑轮组件6,滑轮轴4的两端插有开口销3,并通过盖型螺母2进行锁紧定位。
[0018] 主体支架I的底座1-1可以根据卡具尺寸制作出一个能卡稳大刀卡的底座,可由5mm厚度的槽钢制作而成,其起到稳固、支撑作用。
[0019] 所述垂直支架1-2由两块5mm厚度的钢板分别焊接在底座顶部构成;所述三角支撑架1-3由Φ12的两条圆钢把垂直支架上端与底座连接固定形成。
[0020] 本实用新型采用的滑轮轴4是穿心轴,在垂直支架1-2上端打两个孔,把滑轮组件6用滑轮轴4组装固定在垂直支架的中间位置,起到支撑作用;滑轮轴4的两端分别连接盖型螺母2把滑轮轴4牢固的固定在垂直支架,并在盖型螺母2的前端插有开口销3,通过盖型螺母2和开口销3限定滑轮轴4发生位移,使滑轮组件6能正常运转。
[0021] 本实用新型采用的锁紧螺栓5是Φ10的镀锌螺栓,它位于底座1-1下端,把主体支架I的底座1-1牢固的固定在大刀卡前卡上,防止底座打滑现象,起到稳固作用。
[0022] 本实用新型采用的滑轮组件6通过滑轮轴4固定在垂直支架1-2的中间,让滑轮组件6在更换绝缘子串11时,地面电工用绳索13通过滑轮组件6人力能提升绝缘子串。
[0023] 本实用新型工具的使用方法如下:
[0024] 如图3所示,在进行更换绝缘子时,横担7 —侧的工作人员将大刀卡后卡8安装在联板上,导线13 —侧的工作人员将大刀卡前卡12安装在联板上,同时将本实用新型支撑工具的底座1-1通过锁紧螺栓5固定在大刀卡前卡12上,大刀卡前卡12与大刀卡后卡8之间由伸缩丝杠9、绝缘拉板10连接,通过转动伸缩丝杆9,使绝缘子串11上的张力转移到伸缩丝杠9、绝缘拉板10和卡具上时,使绝缘子串11处于松弛状态,导线14 一侧的工作人员用绕在滑轮组件6上的绳索13绑扎好绝缘子串一端,然后地面工作人员拉动绳索13通过滑轮组件6人力提起绝缘子串11,这样就很容易将绝缘子串与导线金具完成脱离操作,将绝缘子串11缓慢放到不受力状态,横担7—侧的工作人员与地面工作人员通过工作滑车将整串绝缘子放落地面,即通过大刀卡与本实用新型工具配合完成放落整串绝缘子的操作过程,换上新串绝缘子的过程即为相反操作。

1.用于更换耐张塔双串绝缘子的支撑工具,其特征在于,它包括主体支架(I)、滑轮轴(4)和滑轮组件(6);所述主体支架(I)由U形底座(1-1)、垂直支架(1-2)和两个分别安装在垂直支架两侧的三角支撑架(1-3)组成,垂直支架(1-2)的顶部安装滑轮轴(4),垂直支架(1-2)的底部与U形底座(1-1)连接,U形底座(1-1)的底部装有锁紧螺栓(5),滑轮轴(4)上安装有位于垂直支架中垂线上的滑轮组件(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述用于更换耐张塔双串绝缘子的支撑工具,其特征在于,所述滑轮轴(4)的两端装有开口销(3),并设有盖型螺母(2)进行锁紧定位。
